Love them. Whether you run or walk. The mid cut wraps your ankle with cushion and sole has great cushion!

So far I have owned these shoes for about a month. I have taken them on walks and I take them mountain biking a few times a week for about 20km each trip. They work great, the Gore-Tex has kept my feet dry through everything and they are really comfy.
Going to take them as my only footware on my camping/biking trip this summer.

Super light and very comfortable! I wear them sometimes to work but mostly just a daily walking shoe

Very comfortable right out of the box. Would recommend. Feet were not hot or tired after a 2 hour trail walk.

Just received my mid Gore-Tex shoes in black and LOVE them. My feet haven't been this happy in a long time. I really feel like these were made just for me, the fit is perfect, light weight, GREAT grip. Feels like my foot is wrapped in a cloud. I also have a right leg BK prosthetic so have to be aware of heel lift and there is no issue with these shoes. Perfect heel elevation. They look good too, The black is sharp with the white sole and orange highlights. I'm online now ordering another pair. Thanks Merrell!

Love the performance and comfort of these shoes, great during high level of Activities and impact on the feet, my only gripe is the soles came unglued and separated on each sided near the ball of my big toe and little toe on both shoes, 7-8 months in. Yet I would definitely buy them again.

Not the best grip. Sole wore out quickly. Comfortable for sure, I paid for Gore-Tex but they didn't keep my feet dry. Good poser boots!

Bought for work. They are comfortable and no problem working in snow or rain with them. Just don't like looking down at them.

My feet love these shoes! Feels like I'm floating on air, light like a sneaker, but strong like a hiking shoe. Easy to slip on and off without tying laces. Water beads up on gore-tex. So far so good!

My last pair of Moab Low Gore Tex, lasted maybe 8 years. I decided to try out new Moab Mid Speed GT at great sale price. Initially the shoe was a bit tight in the toe box, but has loosened up. In retrospect ideally should have ordered a half size larger. All around experience very good, light, stiff sturdy Vibram sole. I need firm to keep big toe joint from bending. The shoe keeps these kickboxing feet, comfy and out of pain.

They're great. Comfortable. A bit hot inside due no vents because of waterproofness.

Great, comfortable hiking books. Used them in hot dray dessert weather and in unforgiving terrain with many rocks and twists and turns. This pair were comfy and provide support.

Shoes are vey lightweight and designed more like a basketball shoe. Syling is attractive. I purchased 0.5 size large but even with larger size this model is more narrow vs other Merrell models I have that are more hiking boots.

I'd give the 5 stars but ran small for me. Needed to return and get a bigger size.

They feel slightly larger than other Moab shoes I've worn before and the tread is more slippery. Tread life seems in line with the rest of the Moab series.
I mostly walk on paved or gravel trails. I've worn mine in melting snow with ice, through a creek with mossy rocks (waterproof FTW) chasing a remote control rock crawler, and through parks on trails before they were really open with mud everywhere. I've been dry and comfy through it all.

Very comfortable for walking. Like a sneaker with better footbed. Would be nice if top eyelet was a loop instead of standard hole.

I wear a more traditional boot on trails, I love these for around town. Provide a little more support, yet very light. Have proven to be dry in wet weather.
I think I will stay with these mid-tops from now on.

I really wanted to like these light Gore-Tex hikers for short trail walks in the woods. They felt shorter than my regular Moab hikers in the same size, and the arch seemed pushed forward.

Took these shoes out for a 10.5 mile hike near New Paltz,NY. The trail had a lot of ascents and descents. Plenty of mud and leaves as well. Temp started in the 40's and enddd in the low 50's. Feet never felt cold or wet. No sharp sensations underfoot. Especially when going through a rock garden at the end. Only gripe I had was that I wished the toebox was wider. I wear injinji toe socks and by the end of my hike my toes were splaying out to the sides of the boots. Maybe a size bigger would have been better.

I bought these about 3 months ago for summer use. They are very nice, light and flexible, but I do have one complaint/caution. The mesh fabric that lines the interior part of the boot really grabs onto grass spears and seeds that are then difficult to get out of that fabric without damaging it. I have to use tweezers to get the seeds out or they will be a constant irritant to my ankles. I would recommend a change in the weave/knit of that fabric. I just bought a pair of Merrell boots for winter use, and will look forward to using these light ones again in the Spring.
