I purchased this for a work shoe, however the right front shoe kept rubbing the sides of my foot. I have other Hokas and unfortunately this style doesn't seem to work for me.

These are much sturdier than my previous purchases. Well made, just not a great model for me.

I use the shoes for walking, they are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, they are very light and have geat support. My problem with them is sole wear, I've had them for 12 weeks walk on average 5 miles a day and the tread is worn out.

These are called plush but feel hard to me. Not as plush as my other plush shoes. That's odd to me.

The regular size was too wide for my foot. Loose fit led to tripping on stairs which condition was further aggrevated by thick sole resulting in stability problem

This is my first pair of Hoka's and I do like them. I am not a runner but I walk 2-3 miles every morning and on some days wear them to work. After about a week though I've developed lower back pain and I don't know if it's related to the shoes. Lower back pain isn't new to me but the timing makes me wonder. I'm coming from wearing Brooks Adrenaline I if I recall correctly those gave me pain in my lower foot or calf when they were new too, so it could just be my body adjusting??? Assuming my back pain goes away here soon, would give these a 5 because they are comfortable, snug, nice looking and feel good when walking in them. I should point out they do feel a bit narrower than my previous shoes. It's not bad, but when I put the old ones on they are so much more roomy. I suppose that could be because they are two years old vs brand new, or these could run a little narrow. Also I should point out that I initially ordered the wrong size and returning for the correct size was a breeze (and free).

I have been rocking Arahi 5's. I have two pair. I have one flat foot and the support eliminates pain. Fit was perfect. Thought I would try the gaviota as they promise even more support and even more plush. Unfortunately the toe box is narrow and the heel cup is too shallow. Feels like my heel is going to lift out. So keep this in mind. Find in a store and try them on. Wish I had.

I started wearing Hoka shoes because I had a nasty case of plantar faciitis. I have a couple pairs of Bondi's and a pair of Clinton's. I use the Bondi's for work as I put 7 to 10 miles a day on my feet. I use the Cliftons to work out. They both helped immensely with my condition. The bad thing is they're quite pricey and break down rather quickly. I bought these from another online retailer based a sale pice (new version came out) and they appeared to be more of a stability version of a Bondi. I will say they look good and the support is ok. These just don't have that nice cushy feel of my other Hoka shoes. I only wear these out on weekends and short now because after wearing the a couple of days I started getting that familiar ache starting up. These are probably perfect for somebody, just not me. Back to the Bondi.

I was willing to sacrifice style for comfort, but these shoes really don't have the impact I hoped they would. They are comfortable, but don't provide much relief compared to my other shoes after prolonged walking or standing....not to mention they are extremely unattractive. Not a fan of the super thick soles...design choices and colors are limited...Do something to make them look like something other than grandpa shoes .

They fit well and are comfortable. My complaint is that the laces are hard to work with. What a crazy system!

These shoes are just to narrow to wear for any length of time. Unfortunately, a wide width is not available in the shoe I need, so I have to pay an upgrade to a different shoe to get one that fits. That doesn't make me overly happy.

Comfortable. Snug and a little large on the sides, but not clunky. Appearance is stylish but not gaudy. Plantar fasciitis checked and custom orthotic discarded.. No flaws detected in finishing, and I searched for them.

I'm suffering with horrible arthritis in my feet along with M.S. and I will genuinely say they made a difference in the pain level while walking. I'm giving a 3 star because even the wide size is not very wide. The arch support insert put pressure on my foot . I would buy again if they had a true wide shoe and better price.

I use these shoe daily I walk all day getting 27-32 thousand steps a day on average. These shoes are very comfortable that is 5 star but after 3 weeks of use the top of shoe has already started to break down and tear.

These supported my big arthritic toe better than the Biondi, so I really wanted to like them. I first tried the wide width but it was too loose on my right foot. I exchanged for the medium and it was way too tight for my right foot. The left shoes of both the wide and medium fit as expected. I gave up.

Sizing is off. I wear a W9.5 or41.5 and I ordered a mens 8D and then a put in a low profile superfeet footbed. I still wear with very thin socks. Now they are good.

After 30 days my shoes have shown significant wear and tare. These are the third pair of Hoka's I've owned. Very disappointed by there durability. Was planning on buying there hiking shoes but second guessing after this pair. Tried multiple times to load a picture but your site keeps failing to load it.

Hi, I bought a 9 wide and it definitely does not feel wide. Also, the shoe is taller than I expected, and the first time I wore them I guess that threw me a little off balance and I tweaked my knee. If you get a pair that fits your foot properly then it would probably be a good shoe. Bummed I threw away the box, so I can't return them.
