I did not enjoy these shoes. I am a runner and the sole wore out in 6 weeks. I called a Hoka service rep and she recommended Elevors style. These have lasted better but I'm still needing the perfect runner's sole that will last longer.

I think this may have just been me and my foot, but these were the worst fitting running shoe I have ever had. Yes, it was soft with lots of cushion...but zero support. There is no side support so I felt like my foot kept sliding from side to side. Sustained a foot injury by wearing these for a 5 mile run.

These shoes are SUPER comfortable .. but they don't hold up. I wear them for workouts in the gym and walks outside .. and after not even a month of wear the tread on the bottom is completely gone. They aren't wearable for gym workouts because they're slippery and worn down. So disappointed - they are so cushiony and comfortable .. but I can't spend over $100 on a pair of shoes to wear for a few weeks.

The right shoe is very painful for my first toe. I have to take my shoe off when I wear them all day. I haven't had this happen with my other pair.

My Mach 4 hurts my right foot when I wear them. I have another pair that I love but something is rubbing my right foot terribly. Please advise. Unhappy in Tennessee

I'm a store a size 6 was a tiny bit too small. The size 7 was too big. Store didn't have 6.5 in stock. So I ordered it online. And the 6.5 is crazy narrow. Terribly uncomfortable. I'm super disappointed !

Daily runner, usually wear Brooks. I decided to give HOKA a try and see what all the buzz was about. Ran in them for two weeks and I started getting back pain. I am still waiting for my refund in this "30 day" refund promise. I am currently back in my Brooks.

I bought my first pair of Hoka sneakers a month ago (end of Sept) and I noticed the inside of the shoes have begun to rip at the heel and the bottoms are completely worn down already. I don't do much high impact training, i.e. running, so I was shocked by the condition they are in already. Pretty disappointed because these aren't cheap.

The size and fit were very good but I HATED the negative heel it felt weird and I thought it looks stupid. I was very disappointed with all the hype about how great these shoes were suppose to be and the Zappos Guy who was a sweetheart told me these would be great but for me they were below average. I don’t understand the concept of feeling like there is no heel to a shoe it just doesn’t make sense so I returned all 3 pairs and will stay with Brooks until I can find something better. Too bad Brooks can’t realize when they have a winner like the Ghost 12…
I'd also recommend:
Vince and Eileen Fisher are excellent shoes

Hi there! I hate to write anything less than great but these just aren't working for me. I've got a couple pairs of cliftons and I LOVE them - I've ran/worked in them for years now! I expected the same from these but they don't feel good on my feet. Is there anything you can do? They're hardly worn and only a few months old. If I could even exchange them for another pair I'd totally do that.

There was a dark stain right on the top of the left foot. Which meant they'd been handled since being packaged. Wasn't a fan of that. Shoes are fine. But if I'm buying white shoes, I'd like them to at least still be white when I open the box.

So excited to get these, super comfy and after 3 weeks of wear I have blisters the size of silver dollars on my heels from holes on the inside. So disappointed because they really are so comfy.
