Uncomfortable to walk in that it made me pull my inner calf strings. Color looked too pink and bright in person

I wanted to love these shoes. (Mache 4). After wearing them, the ball and heel of my left foot ached. I tried three times, but unfortunately sent them back today. Thank you for making the return process easy. (Just noticed you are asking for my nickname and location. Wonder if you only post positive reviews.)

Normally I'm a 9.5W. these weren't offered in a wide. And I wanted the sale price. So I threw caution to the wind. Mistake. At the end of their first and last 13 miles, my pinky toe had blistered from being pushed under and the foot was rubbing into the crease between the sole and the wall.

I really really wanted to keep these shoes but the fit was the most uncomfortable ever for Hoka shoes. I own over 13 pairs of the Rincon 3's and 1 pair of the Clifton's so I'm very familiar with Hoka.

I wanted to love them. Since I'm trying to transition from brooks to hoka. But omg after my first run my feet were killing me so I tried again and nope not for my feet. Debating on return them. Haven't decided yet.

My feet have never hurt so bad from a tennis shoe. All I have done is gone walking in them thus far and pain all the way up to my hips is what I get every time I wear them.

Provides little support and I feel like I'm hurting my body. I've had the original Rincons for a while and was recommended these shoes but this is no where close to the comfortable yet responsive feel the Rincons have provided me.

I have found this same issue with a few other manufacturers - the tongue material is very stiff and too long for my foot. It pressed hard on/into the front of my ankle and is super uncomfortable. I was disappointed - since so many people rave about their Hokas.

What a disappointment. I don't think I will never purchase hokas again. And will make sure to give the service the review it deserves. I was gifted these shoes for my birthday and they have given me nothing but pain. When trying to inquire about them, I was given a link to reprocess a return. The return was not guaranteed and it would leave me shoeless for over two weeks. Not only did the agent waste my time on the chat, but the link he sent never worked. He finally said the site was down and it to give it 3 days and try again. I wonder if this company is legit. This entire situation has put me in a bad spot because these were a gift also and to have to get rid of them and have no shoes and have to purchase additional ones. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in your company.

After wearing my Hoka sneakers for a month they started to to break down in the heel/ Both heels have splits in them and every time I wore them more of my sock gets stuck in the split. After spending $100 plus dollars I was not happy with these sneakers at all...

I bought this pair of tennis a month ago and the back of the shoes peeled. The worst shoe! Usually, I bought Brooks but I wanted to try a different shoe, not worthy!

I know plenty of people who swear by hoka but for my foot, at least the shoe I purchased doesn't give any arch support and after a run or standing all day for work, the shoes hurt my feet.

The shoes were fine in the beginning. I ordered two pairs and neither of them held up one month. I ordered Hoka clifton. Both pairs had holes in them in the little toe area especially. Very expensive shoes for such poor quality. Very disappointed in the life of the shoes....very poor quality

I am extremely disappointed in these shoes and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. The back / inside of my Hokas have completely ripped open leaving them inside plastic exposed after less than 5 months of owning them. I do not over wear them and they have already fallen apart and cut my heels. Not with the money.

I'd heard good things about the Mach 4 so tried them, and my runs are consistently slower than they are in my "way past their prime" Bondi Bs. They're now relegated to the back of my closet. I'd return them if I could but have worn them outside, so no go.

Fit to my regular size, but the heel was unbelievably stiff and traumatizing to my feet. Also-no pull-up tab to help you get them on. Hated them. Too much heel support can be a bad thing for some.

The fit in the heel was pure torture. It was very stiff and unforgiving. There was no loop on the back to compensate for this. This shoe traumatized my heel and I needed to untie the shoe up to the top of the tongue just to put it on. I am a big Hoka fan and like the way the footbed fits, but this iteration is not for me. I should have gotten the recovery shoe, but it was sold out in my size, so I substituted this and made a mistake.

Unfortunately, these shoes were not meant for me. First, my arc got this terrible pain. Then, it moved into my shins. I had to be on a boot for two weeks. As soon as I changed shoe all the pain went away.

The shoe itself was fine! The problem was that I was sent the wrong shoe. It was labeled wrong and placed in the wrong box.
