I love the style, color, design. But it just has that funny feel on the back of the ankle/Achilles area. It rubs the wrong way and so am disappointed because I really want HOKA to be the one! Sad

Ordered this shoe for Christmas for my girlfriend. She loved them so much she cried!!

I was so excited about my new shoes, I work at the hospital and am on my feet all day. They're super cute looking and I got lots of compliments. However I noticed over time that my feet felt achy and sore at the end of the day going to bed. My arches and lower legs felt so tight. I have flat feet and these just aren't working for me. I'm sad as it's after the 30 days because I'm sure there's something better out there. Also, the light color tends to get dirty really easily. Recommend shopping around more!

The sneaker was too big. Not very attractive.

It would be a nice shoe if it was not so small. I have 12 pairs of Hoka One's all in the same size. I got these and they are so tight I cannot even walk in them. Oh well live and learn

I purchased to run/jog. Not a good choice in my 50's. Knees and Hips hurting if I wear them. Cute to wear/walk- but not functional- not enough cushion for running.

Not what I expected from the hype... the support on the arch is the best thing about the shoes, however, they are rather clunky and pinched my feet within a week of wear.... Highly disappointed and won't buy another pair again.

I have the mach 3, which I like the fit of, so thought I'd try the mach 4. The updates just didn't work for my feet. I missed the pull tab and the new ankle design came up too high on my feet, rubbing against my ankle. I liked the idea of the sole being just a little softer, but the firmer sole in the previous version actually molded to my feet better. Overall the shoe felt slightly bigger and clunkier than the previous version to me. So for my particular feet, these just didn't work.

Second pair that I bought and this one's broke inside in less than a year I wearing only for work and the material inside just get ripped off, sad because I really like the brand for work I'm always ony feet more than 8 hrs a day.

Comfortable but VERY difficult to walk in. Soles TOO thick.

I purchased these shoes to wear at work in a hospital. The shoes have limited support. I returned shoes after 2 weeks.

I bought a pair of Hoka's locally and have really enjoyed wearing them as I have alot of foot pain in my left foot due to a collapsed arch. I thought I would treat myself to another pair so I ordered online. HUGE MISTAKE. I have never had so many issues with online ordering in my life. I received the shoes and they were too tight with my custom orthotics so I returned them using the online return label. I thought I would be able to reference that later but DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. Keep your tracking number handy because 3 weeks later the warehouse still does not have the return marked as returned so that the exchange could be sent to me. But I'm still paying for them! It takes forever to try and reach an associate to try and figure out why I still haven't received my shoes, why I am being charged and then guess what? THEY DON'T HAVE THE SHOES I ORDERED IN STOCK ANYMORE. In fact there are very few wide widths in women's sizes. So now I have to call back again, try to get someone on the phone to get another credit. What a disappointing experience and it's just made me look at other brands to purchase.

I bought these for my wife almost exactly a month ago and one of the shoes is coming apart inside already. Unbelievable when they are such expensive shoes. Other than that they have been very comfortable shoes.
