Bought my first pair of Hoka's planning on loving them, the first design gave me blisters on my arches so I returned them, tried a different style which were the Arahi 5 hoping that they would be different. I ran less then 10 miles and ended up with blisters on my arches again. I love these shoes in the way they are cusioned, my toes have room and overall they're amazing and I would recommend them to people but my feet aren't made for this brand unfortunatley.

I love the Arahi shoes. They offer great support and I can walk all day long with these on. These are my favorite shoes for everyday wear, the only problem is that I keep getting holes where my big toe hits the top fabric, it's the 3rd pair that this happened in the exact spot. I don't have this issue with any other brands of sneakers, only with Hoka which is disappointing.

I read some reviews that said the Arahis are different every other year and I didn't listen! I recently purchased some Arahi 6s at a store and I love them. Thought that the 5s should surely be the same and they were on *sale.* NOPE! There is literally no arch support in these and the soles feel hard rather that cushiony like the 6s. Do not purchase these if you are looking for arch support and a cushiony sole. Try the 6s for more $$$.

Definitely not cushioned enough and it's so narrow that it would make my pinky toe red and would hurt!

I started using my new shoe and was very excited. Sadly it is not the same fit as my other Hoka wide shoes. This is a little snug. I chose not to return it because despite this, it didn't hurt my feet. But next time for sure I will be Leary about buying anything on sale at Hoka. I thought this was a great deal at first. Will just have to be careful.

I walked five miles today and my feet are in severe pain. I thought these would be great for walking, however that was not the case. They also bother my high instep. Sad I had to pay so much for pain.

I ordered my usual size 6B, but unfortunately they are to small (narrow) in the toe box area. They also lack the stiffness and comfort the comfort I'm use to in these shoes.

I ordered size 8 reg to account for socks. The shoes are tight. I will donate them as I am not up to spending to return. I paid $8.00 shipping on ordering.
My feet are normal- not wide snd these shoes are tight. So much for ordering shoes online. Never again

This was my third pair of Hokad but my first to order online. I certainly will not make that mistake again. This pair is so uncomfortable that I am not wearing them, rather I'm back to wearing my old Hokas.

I've bought many pairs of Bondi over the years. I love them. I thought this time I would change it up and bought 2 pair of these. That was a mistake. They are two narrow across the toes. Otherwise they're great looking shoes and they're comfortable in every other way.

I have had several pairs of Hokas that I loved. When I needed to replace my Akasaa, I was SO disappointed to discover they had been discontinued. A Hoka rep kindly helped me find a replacement, the Arahi model I recently purchased. They look good, but they are not nearly as comfortable as my other models. I have a wide foot that both the Bondi and Akasa accommodated comfortably. If you have a wider foot, I would not recommend this shoe. They are not what I expected.

I was really looking forward to Hoka, as I read online that it's wide toe friendly. The Arashi 5 is good looking and has a really great support, but even though I ordered wide, it was just not wide enough. I hope to find a pair that works for me.

This shoe was disappointingly narrower than most of the other Hoka shoes I have tried. It felt like all the other brands out there, such as Nike. The worst part was the toe box. I only buy Hoka because of their wide toe box, but these definitely were not the Hoka I have grown to love.

I really was excited to buy a pair of Hokas because I had heard such good things and I was originally happy with them they feel great on the first few runs!! However the quality is just not there. After a few wears the laces on one side shredded and now the inside layers are peeling off. I definitely expect we'll worn shoes to show their wear but they aren't lasting nearly as long as much cheaper running shoes I've had in the past. :(

These hurt my legs so bad I had to stop walking in them. I made sure to give myself full recovery to try again but it was just as bad a 2nd and 3rd time. Awful. I bought another pair of Brooks immediately after these.

This shoe came recommended to me because of prior ankle issues and overpronation. At first these shoes seemed like a great fit, but after some time I noticed that my gait was changed and it resulted in pulling my hipflexor muscle. While I believe my gait was changed for the better, but my legs/hips were not ready for it. If you are concerned about a drastic gait change after the correction in your overpronation I don't recommend this shoe.
