Unfortunately one shoe has been digging into my ankle to the point that it bled. I have to put on a bandaid to walk! The other shoe is perfect!!!

I am an avid walker and this shoes provided too much stability. It rubbed against the sides of my feet and was very uncomfortable. I would advise sizing 1/2 size up. I'm a 7 bought 7.5. Fit perfectly

I got the shoes and paid for shipping . I requested for size exchange which was available at the time. Return was easy. However when they received the shoe, they refunded me full amount without shipping, instead of giving me option to choose different size/color. Customer service was not helpful. The system should be able to keep the requested size aside when exchange was requested. Definitely don't want to pay shipping twice for one product. Heard good things about the shoes but not going to get it anymore

I love the feel of this shoe. Super comfortable and supportive! My biggest complaint is the quality. I got these in the white, and there is a clear plastic striping on the shoe. From day one, it has been peeling away from the shoe. For the price this should not be happening. It is a bummer because I probably would have purchased in other colors otherwise.

I love this sneaker as it is super comfortable but what do you use to clean this sneaker? I do not wear it often but the top looks dirty.

I have always been able to wear Hoka's in the wide option, but this update to the Arahi is narrow. It's snug at the mid foot and even more cramped in the toe box. At first, I thought it would still work, although it's definitely a snug fit, but after 3 miles my feet couldn't wait to be out of these shoes. Will be trying to return and get some Topo ultrafly's instead.

Style for square toes need to change from () to []. All my toes are same length as big toe and toes are the same width as widest foot.

This pair of Hokas felt very comfortable when I first began wearing them, and I loved the soft cushiony sole. However, after wearing them a while I discovered that they did not have enough support and my foot began to move around too much inside the shoes and I became less stable while wearing them. I have a high arch, and I realize I need a more supportive shoe that keeps my foot in place and really supports my arch . I'm giving these shoes away, although they have not been worn much, because long term use for the health of my feet requires that I wear a more supportive shoe, although it is lacks the extreme softness and cushiony feel that I at first loved from the Hokas.

Comfortable but not for long distance I have a high arch so maybe that's why they aren't that comfortable for me

I have had several Arahi shoes and these were different. Way too narrow for my foot even in the wide size. Don't know why these are different from my other ones.

The sandals I purchased were too wide. I have a narrow foot and my feet slide around in the sandals. Why are all the sandals sizes for a wide foot? Also are there any half sizes? The 3 pairs of tied shoes I bought are great. They are quite comfortable. Only question I have are the choice of colors. Being old fashioned, I would prefer plain brown, gray or navy blue shoes. I was able to get a pair of black, and another pair of light brown shoes. The shoes are great for people with foot problems.

These were comfy at first. Then left foot toes were rubbing against inside shoe? Made wrong? Probably.
Needs arch support also.

Shoes felt very good when they were new. I've been wearing them almost daily for a month or so. Feeling like the soles are breaking down quickly - expected better at this price point.

Rubs on the sides and I don't have wide fit. The Mach 4 is a much better fit for me. The online return process was a breeze. I received a full refund as soon as I shipped back delivered to my post office.

They just didn’t fit my feet. I’m a little wide in the toe box and narrow in the heel. So, I’m returning hoping to find another pair that works better.

It was more narrow in the toe box even though it was a wide. My big toe was squished.

Lots of support but due to the extra cushioning on the sides, they made my size 11 feet look like size 13!

the Arahi 3 and 4 have been my favorite running/walking shoes ever. I wear a size 11 and both the 3 and 4 were a perfect fit. Not so much with the Arahi 5. the 11 ia too small and the 12 a bit too big and therefore too wide.. I am really disappointed.and am having to abandon my loyalty to Hoka (literally I have about 6 pairs old Arahi and would buy more if I could find them) and look at other brands. Nothing compares to the fit of the Arahi 3 and the 4--for my foot anyway.

To me, this shoe felt heavy and boat-like, and not springy. The 9.5 was too big and 9.0 was too small. The heal fit was not tight. I typically wear Asics Kayano or Brooks Adrenaline.

I have flat feet, back issues, 2 knee replacements, and a hip replacement. Needless to say, buying shoes can be an incredibly frustrating experience. While the Arahi fit well and the arch was supportive without being obvious or intrusive, I felt like my gait was altered in a negative way. Not sure if the shoe was just too cushioned for me or the larger sole was the culprit, but my back hurt and they felt clunky despite the fact that they are lightweight. I wanted to like them, but could not! Thanks Zappos for the luxury of shopping in my home ??

I purchased this shoe for walking. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be, even with a new insole. Will try to break them in to determine true comfort.

The Arahi has been my favorite Hoka. The Arahi women's 2, 3 and 4 have ben different but great. Now for the Arahi 5. You ruined a good thing. The cuhsioning on the 5 is better, somewhat softer than the 4, but I had to size up from an 11 to a 12 in the 5. The 5 is a tad too big and the 4l a tad too short. With he 5, my achilles hurts. Thus the conclusion that you ruined a perfectly good shoe! (Yes, I can wear a men's 10;5. The length is good but the arch too high.

Made my left foot hurt on the fat pad. I wore these in other colors and never had any problems.
