Was too tight even when I went one size up. Front feet ache when walking down slope or after continuous walking for more than 20 mins. Going to return

I have consistently bought the nimbus over the last four years. This is the most uncomfortable version I've had of this shoe. I'm going back and buying the nimbus 22.

The shoes squeak when I walk. The insole is uneven with a lump in the right shoe. I buy a new pair of the Gel-Nimbus twice a year and this pair is unacceptable. I can't even pretend to make it work.

I've been wearing Nimbus for at least five years, replacing them every 400 miles or so. I told my husband when I tried this one on that I felt like I had a snow boot on. I don't know what they did to this shoe. I feel like they have been changing them slightly over the years as they do all running shoes, but this has gone bad. I am on a search for something else. Why can't they design a running shoe with support and cushion without it feeling like a mass on your foot?

I wanted to use this during my clinical shift because I saw it as a recommendation. My feet are extremely sore. They don not provide appropriate support. Not happy with this purchase.

Gel-Nimbus 23 (women's) size 8 : I read the reviews...and I bought them anyway....and back they go! The back of the heel padding is very thick and rubs on the tender part of the ankle. The toe box is very short. I ordered one size up as suggested and like I always do in a running shoe, but the toe box is so short that if I bought up another half size the arch would be off and I don't think that would solve the toe box length. I LOVE the color. I got the Lichen Rock / Champagne and they are a nice color for warm sunny days. I have the Asics Gel-Excite 8 which work so I bought another pair. LOVE Zappo's...

I normally love this brand. These shoes are not "wide" at all and I should have ordered a full size up instead of a half-size.

I have worn Asics for years. The quality has diminished over the last few years. The sizes seem to be off as well. They are too small.

was not comfortable and caused bruising around my toes. I work 12 hour shifts and stand almost the entire time. I bought these to replace my old New Balance sneakers but these were definitely not a good fit for me

Like cushion feel of shoe but my arches and side of foot are having issues! Tried them on treadmill for a couple of times before wearing them outside and they felt fine! Started walking with them out on sidewalk and my foot is sore after a couple of miles! Disappointed! I was a Brooks user for 20 years and thought I would try ASICS! Might be going back!

I feel like the back heel is not high enough. Also, I feel like the arch does not fit my foot well. I have been buying these gym shoes for years and also feel the padding could be better at the front of the shoe. I am thinking of searching out a new gym shoe to buy in the future. Dissapointed for the price.

Disappointed in the size of the 22/23. These are more narrow than my previous versions. I can no longer buy Asics.

Super small. I’m a size 6.5 or 7, normal width. I ordered 7 to be safe. Could not even get it on my foot. Exchanged it for 7.5 still wouldn’t go over my foot. This shoe was super narrow.

I bought the Gel Nimbus 23 exactly a month a go. The support is amazing! Super cushy and comfortable. I was suffering from pain on my left foot and it has been gone thanks to its support. HOWEVER, for the price I paid I expected the material to be better. I only use these shoes to go walking and the area around the toe is already tearing!!! The new knit/mesh leave something to be desired. I have the black ones, and this is a disappointment.

I've been buying the GEL-NIMBUS for years. I've tried the 22 and 23 and both are smaller at the toe tip than the 20. I tried on the new 22 and 23 and my old 20s at the same time. I have several pairs of 20s too. Now my toes are bruised thinking the 22/23 would finally break in and be comfortable. I am going to try a half a size larger. They still have great support and cushion. It's very disappointing.

I developed awful plantar fasciitis after buying a pair of memory foam shoes from another brand that had no structure to them. These were recommended to me as a good shoe for people with PF. The upside is that they've worked miracles for my foot and heel pain, which is amazing. So much so that I went and bought a second pair of them.. But after wearing both pairs off and on for about a month, the left shoe on BOTH pairs has started making a popping noise with EVERY step I take. It seems to be coming from the forefoot area, and it doesn't happen until after I've worn the shoe for a couple of hours on any given occasion, but once it starts, it doesn't stop until they've been sitting again for a while. At first I thought maybe it was the tread sticking to the floor, but now it does it even on carpet... I love the way these shoes fit and feel, and how much they've helped the PF pain I had, but I have never had any sneaker do this, let alone two different pairs. Maybe it's something to do with my particular stride, but I don't feel it should even be a thought for something that costs this much. Unfortunately I've had both pairs for too long to return them. Now I just have to keep wearing them and hope it eventually goes away..

I'm a longtime Gel-Nimbus runner, but did not like the 22 or the 23. The Gel-Nimbus 23 felt uneven in the cushioning. The heel felt better cushioned than the toe box. Plus, this didn't seem sufficiently supportive of my very high arches. Finally, the sizing has really changed. I had to go up a full size for this shoe.

Too tight for wide feet. Not enough cushion under ball of foot, that's where my pain originates. Susan Walsh

I bought these to have a comfortable pair of shoes for a memorial 5k. Since then I only wear them to town and to my office job. I am not hard on shoes. I've only had these since March 2022, not even a full year. Holes get bigger with every wear.

I've been wearing Asics for several years. I've tried a few different models. Until version 23 the Gel-Nimbus was my favorite. I got these in black. Something is wrong with the soles. They were like walking on chewing gum (had to wipe off the lint and hair that got stuck on them - none of my other shoes do that) plus a squeaky noise. Had to return them. Disappointed in this version. Hope they get quality control back on track.

I have been wearing the shoes for almost 10 years and it seems like they have changed the model. They are not as comfortable and they wear down so much quicker than they used to.
