I have bought ASICS many times, this pair started making loud popping noises after about 2 weeks. I purchased from their website and tried to do a return.. they sent an email back asking for a lot of information, instead of just saying to return them. I'm very disappointed that they just won't exchange or return my money.

Worst Shoe ever, do not buy this shoe. I ordered a bigger size but still it is very tight and made my feet swollen.

The fit changed a lot from the prior models. There does not seem to be arch support in the 23 or the 24. The last gel nimbus model that worked for me was the 22. Fit is very different

These shoes run at least half a size too small. I've been running in Asics for two decades and never had such a tight pair.

I usually love ASICS, but not these. The tongue is a completely different design than the other shoes I've owned and I couldn't wear them for more than a minute or two without my feet hurting and feeling way too tight. I tried them again a few days later and just couldn't do it.

It was too tight from the bottom of the foot to the top in the toe area

Unfortunately part of the sole came off on my second time wearing these. So disappointed. This happened to my last pair but I had assumed it was wear and tear. This time it just seems defective.

I've been wearing this shoe for 20 years. For some reason this pair makes the soles of my feet burn . Doesn't make sense. I am thinking they may be defective. Very disappointing.

Such bad quality shoes, never again online purchase

This pair of gel nimbus 23 made the instep on my right foot sore. I thought I needed to break them in, but after a week of soreness I have given up. I have worn gel nimbus for many years and am very disappointed.

Wife hates the latest changes. Shorter, and more narrow than older version, and she doesn't like all the extra stuffing in the tongue and around the heel. Bottom line, not as comfortable as her older ones bummer

The tongue rubs a sore on the top of my feet it's the material not like the nimbus 21 and the heels fold in when you try to put your shoes on I hate them waste of money!

Only had about 3 weeks and tread on side of sole is already coming off. I am a nurse and not new to ASICS (they are my preferred shoe) but will not purchase this style again.

The sizing is different to kayanos and they hurt my toe, it wasn't noticeable at first but when I ran for a few minutes which meant I couldn't return them.

I tried this style again after 4 years hoping the mold had been changed back to the original. it is still hurting my foot around the upper toes. I will be returning.

Disappointed. This is nothing like the previous versions of gel-nimbus (I have been running in gel-nimbus for 10+ years). They feel like elf shoes. The tip of the shoe points up like an elf shoe - just missing the bell. I already wore them, so can't return. Asics, Please bring back the old design - this one is awful!

I am always a size 7 but this shoe runs very small. It really hurt my feet.

The mesh in the toe box is coming apart after just a couple of months of use...

Too tight and not comfortable! I wish i could return

I've been using the Asics Cumulus on my shorter runs and the Nike Zoom Pegasus on my long runs. The Asics Cumulus fits better, but the Nike's have better cushioning. I decided to try the Nimbus, hoping the cushioning would match my Nikes but hug my feet more and provide a better overall fit like the Cumulus. The Nimbus fits great, but the cushioning is awful. I've worn these twice, and both times the soles of my feet started to feel sore about a mile into my run. My Nikes, in comparison, carried me through a marathon and all of my long training runs. I'm 5'4", 130lbs. Disappointed these didn't work for me and wish I had bought these somewhere that allows used shoe returns.

I purchased the Gel Nimbus 23's as my new running shoes. Previously, I have ran in 19, 21, and now 23's. The gel Nimbus 19's were my favorite and I ran 3 half marathons in 19s. The 23's are by far the worst. It almost feels like there is foam or gel missing from the outside base of the shoe. I have tried running in them several times and end up in pain. I even tried breaking them in by walking on several different occasions, but that did not help. I was still in pain after a couple of hours. I am so disappointed because I love my Nimbus 19s. They have been demoted to walking shoes now, but I cannot part with them. They are my favorite shoes. Please fix the problem with the 23s, otherwise I will have to go with a different brand running shoe.

This review comes from having had the 21's, which were great! These are terrible! They are squeaky beyond belief! These were for my clinical rotations at hospitals but due to the noise, I cannot wear them. They changed the material of the sole. They are way too cushiony, especially the tongue. I've only worn these 3 times but I can't wear them anymore. These are going in the donate pile, sadly. What a waste of money!

I have purchased Nimbus models for many years. I even bought two pairs of 23s. The padding is much softer than other models which provided good comfort for about 2 days before starting to lose it's shape and support. A squeak / suction like sound developed on day 3 which is really annoying since I wear them to work in a hospital. I can be heard coming from a mile away. WIth three days of use, I did not think that I could return them. Foolishly, I ordered a second pair thinking that it was just a faulty shoe. The same thing happened on the second pair. I am disappointed and sadly, now need to find a new shoe.

These feel like boards on my feet. I'm an avid ASICS user, but they've gone down hill. Going to switch back to Brooks Ghost
