I love these shoes, I've had three pair of Gel Contenders, but this pair of Gel Contender 7 was too small on my right foot. I hate to return them, but unfortunately I have to.

I ordered 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, and they still seemed a little small, causing a blister on my heels. But the soles are very cushiony and comfortable

This is the second pair of ASICS GEL-Contend that I have bought for my 98 years young friend. She loves them! The wide width accommodates her bunion without the rest of her foot slipping, the arch support is good, she feels confident that she won't slip, and she loves the color (blue)! Hopefully I'll be buying another pair for her next year!

I love these shoes. I already had a pair in different color. They are perfect run around sneaker and look great. Price can't be beat for the quality.

As soon as I put them on, they felt like my shoes -- no need to break them in. I love them!

super light weight

Needed a size larger than normal shoe size.

These were very snug, but not too tight. I bought them for support at the sides of my feet, and they seem to do that well.

Fits well and very comfortable.

Great fit, I can usually buy Asics online with confidence about the fit and the quality level of the shoe. Toe box is roomy enough, heel is secure without rubbing. This pair is replacing my worn out Gel Contend 6 and they are just as cushiony with the added bonus of being just a little lighter in weight. Love them.

very confotable, but much narrower than i thought. i had the previous one- gel contend6 and it was much wider

They fit perfect, I am a 7 1/2 wide and do a lot of walking on a treadmill. I ordered another pair for every day outdoor use. They are light weight and I love the color, pink and grey.

I am super hard to fit for sneakers and am very happy ASICS makes a 10.5. I wore them around the house for bit just to make sure they would be comfortable. I love them!

I wear 91/2 but with this shoes I had to go up to 10! But I feel the 10 is a 91/2 they fit like all of my others 91/2 shoes. Other then that it’s a good fit.

Great support. The color was billed as black and Iris. The Iris, not so much. ASICS are my go-to workout shoe as they fit my feet perfectly.

These shoes are like walking on heaven absolutely so comfortable and light the only problem I had was they run narrow I had to re-order the same size in wide

I returned these because the toe felt too small for my needs. I normally wear 9.5 but ordered a size 10 to see if the length would help but it really did not. Otherwise, these were very nice shoes. Very attractive.

They are are super comfortable, stylish, and come in good colors.

These surprised me, I have worn Asics for a long time, always size 9, I also ordered tennis shoes asics size 9. The 9 in this shoe was too small. and it is replacing an asics size 9 walking shoe. The 9.5 is slightly too large but ok

I usually wear 7.5 ,after reading the reviews I ordered size 8 and it fits great,little bit narrow ,nice color

Aesthetically, I like this shoe. Problem with it is that they run narrow and my feet are aching after a few hours of wearing them. I've not had this issue with previous ASICS sneaks. I would order a "wide" next time.

I love these shoes so much that I've worn several pairs! My only complaint, however, is how quickly my toes wear through the mesh. Because of this, I seem to need new shoes every 6 months because holes are tacky.

Nice sneakers for a good price. But definitely need to size up. I’ve worn ASICS for years and always been and 8.5. I recently started buying 9s just to have extra room while exercising. But the 9 in this shoe was right at the end of my toes. Had to exchange for a 9.5, which I don’t think I’ve ever worn in my life. They fit now though!

Fit and size on Gel Contend 7 seemed a bit smaller out of the box (even the laces are shorter!) than my previous pair of Gel Contend 6 (which I was able to try on at Macys last year and found out I had to go up a whole size from 7 to 8, what!?) but after changing socks to thinner ones and walking around indoors I think they’ll stretch out a bit and break in ok. I’m on my feet, standing all day, at work and these are amazingly supportive and comfortable. The only brand that fits my feet well, albeit a whole size larger than normal
