Hands down, the most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever worn and I've been wearing Brooks since 2012. So glad I decided to try the Glycerin 19.

Read reviews on the glycerin 19 prior to purchasing and quite a few of the posts commented on the tight toe box. Having a narrower foot, I decided to order a half size up to see how they felt. At first, the toe box did seem unusually small/tight but after a couple of weeks it seems to be somewhat better. I'll give them a few more weeks though before making a final decision.

Great support for my weak feet. I have achilles issues and knee pain, but since using the Glycerin 19 I have had zero pain in my achilles or knees. Grateful to have found these shoes, I thought I was going to have stop running , but now I am able to run daily.

I'm female and wear an 11 wide in women's active shoes. I bought mens 9 1/2 in this shoe and had to return it for a 10. Still tight. I should have got the wide.

This is the best running shoe I have ever owned. The Glycerin large sole is pretty high but it still gives me the lateral stability that I need as a 6'3" height runner. The bottom gives you just enough "cush" but also firm so the balence between the two is spot on. Love the Ghost as well but as I become middle-aged, the Glycerin is just the best shoe for me.

I have had back problems most of my life and now have severe arthritis is my back. I supinate and have big feet. I have a hard time finding shoes for work that don't feel like I'm hearing high heels that cause my feet to slide forward and squish my toes into the toes of the shoes. FINALLY, I have found the perfect shoe for me! They are very cushiony, the supinating isn't embarrassingly exaggerated, and my feet have stopped hurting so badly. I can't speak for how it affects my back yet because I'm having surgery in June so I'm not standing for 12 hours at work as I normally would, but so far the pain in my back and feet is somewhat diminished in the time I do stand. I will update post-surgery, after I return to work.

The Glycerin 19 is an awesome shoe, it feels great on my feet and the cushion and support excites me to get preped to get ready to run, at 67 years young to be still able to run is something that reminds me that life is as good as we make it and Glycerin 19 is a great inspiration to living well.

These shoes run too small, and killed my heels to the point where I'd cringe even putting them on. This happened after the 3rd use. Typically I'm a huge fan of the Glycerin series, especially as a daily runner, but this was a huge miss for Brooks.

This shoe is by far the best tennis shoe I have ever purchased. I purchased another pair to wear when the it?s time to retire the pair I am currently using.

This shoe stopped the pronation that was causing knee pain. Best cushioning I have found since the early days of the Brooks Chariot. Pricey and well worth it.

Repeat customer of the Glycerin for several years. I'm normally a 10.5 2E, and even an 11 in these felt too small. The toe height has been reduced significantly and the toe spring looks increased, which amounts to... not much room for the toes. Combined with the toe bumper, it just feels awful rubbing against the big toe. The footbed feels too contoured, even for my high arches. It does feel like there's golf balls in the shoes, like I read another reviewer say. Overall, what strange design decisions! I'm not sure its doing Brooks any favors as a brand. Such significant, nonsensical changes to a flagship shoe like this, you'll frustrate returning customers who will just move on. Aesthetically, the 19s are more attractive than previous years, so I was bummed that this didn't amount to a shoe that both looked and felt nice on the feet. I'll try the 20s when they come out, and if the fit isn't fixed then I'm afraid I'm out.

I'm a 62yo female with destroyed feet. Normally wear mens 9.5 due to orthotics, bought 9.5 2E and they are perfect fit! So comfy as well. 5 stars
