I am a faithful brook shoe buyer. I am a nurse and I love wearing these to accommodate my busy work schedule. Also, I wear them to the track to complete my 5-7 mile power walk. These shoes are so comfortable. Great performance shoe.

Heavily cushioned and very comfortable. Buuut, the trade-off for the comfort is that the cushioning takes some of the kinetic energy from my stride and makes running a little more sluggish. Probably perfect for someone with compromised joints. Not built for speed.

I love them. Felt a bit tight at first but they hug my feet properly. The cushion in these is amazing. For a heavy guy, this is the type of support I was looking for to help my knees / ankles and back. It?s working. Mike T

Very comfortable, super cushiony ? but stable. Great for standing long hours on hard surfaces and for walking, as well as running. Blackout version very subtle in a great way.

This was my 10th pair of glycerins and I bought it bc I absolutely love the shoe. I have always worn a size 8 and so naturally I ordered the same size in the 19. However, the new features have altered the shoe fit and when it arrived it was so tight I checked the size to make sure it was actually an 8. I thought maybe it was the extra cushion they added and that I just needed to break it in a bit. However, after 3 weeks I have stopped wearing them bc they hurt my feet so bad. They are tight on the sides and squeeze my feet as well as my toes are almost at the top of the shoe and so my toes hurt. I canned and asked if they had similar complaints and she had no information. I asked if with the new features they had a new sizing guide or recommendation like going up half a size, but she had no information again. This was pretty disappointing as I've been a loyal brooks customer for nearly a decade and was unhappy with the shoe and the customer service in this experience. I am going to return these and get a half size larger to see if that helps. Other than the fit, the shoe was comfortable with all the cushion and looks good, but hoping the larger size will once again get me the shoes I love.

I love the shoe. I am not a runner. I wear this model because I have a variety of painful problems with my feet. This shoe gives me the least amount of pain and discomfort of any shoe I have worn since the 1970s. I cannot give it a f ive star rating because I want the light-colored model in wide, and it is never available. Ever.

Great supportive shoe. This is my husbands 5th pair and he loves them. It gave him the cushion he needed to alleviate knee pain. I love the color on him.

Fit is bad. I have Glycerin 18 in size 12.5 and they are great. The 19?s in 12.5 are too small

This a well-built shoe. The upper shoe material is very soft and the cushioning is very comfortable. I found that they run small and required a larger size.

I have bought glycerins for years and years, and this version is unwearable due to heel pain. It is unfortunate Brooks changed up the heel height and ruined a great show.

As usual, fit and finish are great. Stable and comfortable. Very little break in was required. Waiting to see what's in the Glycerin 20.

Not as comfortable as my 17th but they are well broken in and are very comfortable. I'm sure these will get there. Nothing like a Brooks.

The overall feel and quality is no where near as good as previous iterations. Each new model feels less. The last great glycerin model was the 14. Please change course. I Love Brooks.

For someone like me in mid to late 40s who still loves running these shoes are ideal. The extra cushion means my worn knees can handle 20 miles a week no issues. Would never use anything else for daily running routine.

I made the switch from the Ghost, to this shoe. If you are getting older and need more comfortable ride this is the right move.
