Tight in the toes. Was hoping they'd feel as great as my Kayano 27's. They didn't.

I love Asics. They are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn and this model is no exception. You feel like you're walking on air. You don't feel any unevenness in the ground. However, I was disappointed with the durability of this model. After only six months, the uppers wore through. Granted, I did wear them every day, but I have had other sneakers last a year of wearing every day. Nevertheless, the comfort is so great, I ordered them again even though I was disappointed with the wear.

I do question whether the width was as advertised. They seem narrower than the ones purchased by my wife for me on Father's Day in June. Those were purchased from a store that specializes in running shoes here in Medford, NJ.

I have probably bought 2 pair of asics every year for the last 15 years. But this pair fell apart after 1 month of walking. Probably not the norm for asic or this shoe. First pair to ever fall apart like this.

I have been wearing ASICS for years with full satisfaction. Unfortunately I have Mortons Neuroma in both feet and all toes. I started with Brooks Ghost 10.5 4E. Too narrow and too short. Then I ordered New Balance Fresh Foam which I am keeping. I also Ordered ASICS Nimbus 23. Great shoe, well made but it is Little short and definitely not 4E. I am very disappointed, I wish ASICS was true to the width. NB is not my first choice but I have no other choice. If any of you with Mortons Neuroma found a Shoe that is comfortable I would like to hear from you.

I use these shoes for work everyday. I Walk 5-7 miles and over various terrain. Enjoyed the comfort, however after only three months I have worn through the mesh on the outer side near my toes on both shoes, and have some sizable holes now formed.
Would buy another pair for the comfort I had while they lasted, but at the price I can't rebuy every three months.

22 was good for wide feet, this one is really tight and makes it uncomfortable.

This generation of nimbus does not hold up in the long run compared to the previous ones. I have bought Nimbus' since model #16, and enjoy them very much for running; however, the road impact and surface imperfections are more pronounced in this model. It is very comfortable for walking or exercising, but for running, I cannot give it more than 3 stars because of the pronounced discomfort from the road that you feel.

I was actually disappointed. I have other sneakers size 13/4E that are roomier than these size 13.5/4E.
I'd also recommend:

Left shoe is already wearing after a few weeks. I walk on the outside of my feet and the left one already feels like it is creasing in the sole. Right one is fine, but the left one feels like it cracked in the middle, under my foot and I feel like I am leaning in the shoe. Right one stays flat and feels good.

The shoes are great and would get 5 stars, except I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and these were recommended on several websites. I previously wore Asics Kayano 26 and I found them much more comfortable. I bought another pair of Kayano to replace these Nimbus

Very narrow and the pressure points on the bottom of the shoes are more for runners. I just walk a lot, so it didn't work.

I think it is a fantastic shoe but as the other reviewer I do agree it is slightly tight at first. I I I I did notice some people complain about the tightness - I agree with it but the mesh does stretches after a few wears. For me, it was the color that bothered me the most. In the picture, it has beautiful shades, tones, and coloration, but in reality, it is dull, and a bit cheap looking grey, honestly not as pictured at all. I bought the grey once with blue overtones and yellow soles. Now I regret it.

Very excited to try Nimbus 23, the style and comfort are exactly what you'd expect from Asics. Unfortunately, these shoes are quite narrow and very tight around the forefoot - I lost feeling in my feet after only a few minutes. Also not a lot of room around the toes.

I have utilized The Nibus series for a few years. Typically buying 5-7 pairs at a time. I have perfected my own personal break-in process as my feet are extremely temperamental. Unknowingly the engineering changed and increased the cushioning aspect of the Nimbus resulting in greater foot strike instability resulting in bilateral extreme plantar fasciitis. I was running 25-35 miles a week and have been unable to run for the last six weeks. Frustrated would be an understatement as currently even simple walking is prohibitive. For years I loved and was dedicated to the Nimbus but no longer a fan due to changes.

They feel very, very comfortable. They support my entire foot in comfort and cushion while feeling light. However, they don't stand up to lateral movement very well. Like in agility training. The tread began to detach after less than one month. Perhaps this issue was exclusive to that pair. I'll repurchase after return and refund.

Have been wearing these on my treadmill and while I like how much cushioning there is, the bottom of the sole is wearing off on my treadmill, leaving small black rubber pieces everywhere. Not durable at all

I bought a pair of these in mid 2021 and again in Jan 2022. Loved them. Felt like slippers. This latest pair - not so much. Made my toes go numb. Same size, style. Something changed. I even tried a 1/2 size larger. Same issue. I have abandoned ASIC and trying other shoes.

This is about my eight time buying aesics and am disappointed with product this time around.I purchased two pair . I buy these shoes for running on treadmill and have found that uppers on shoe are not very supportive and lose shape very easily. Do not know why unless you guys changed something but last two pairs were much more durable and supportive!

Making their shoes worse. They forgot to add the loop on the tongue that holds up the tongue by running laces thru it. Seems so cheap of them.
They used way too much fiberfill near top of the tongue for padding that pushes the laces down and places them iver the lower laces causing a painful presure point.
Theres hardly any padding on the rest of the tongue where the laces press fown from top. Tends to make my feet tingle and cause pain and discomfort.
They used a flat semiridgid material with odd spacing that puts uneven pressures on top of the feet and the laces cant float throughout the lacing area. Makes very difficult to adjust the laces to be comfortable. Its the worst lacing system ive ever deen and ive seen many.
They took away their unique lazer type of reflection out of the materials used.
Their shoe box is narrower and lower. My left toe touches the shoe box often and never did in same size and brand and model, but older versions.

Meh.
The shoes are lighter, but not better. Fewer than 50 miles has the tread worn off of the landing areas of my stride. Carbon black treads on this shoe - expected them to wear as their predecessor ASICS 22. Very disappointed. Gave the nearly new shoes worn away to the foam to a local charity resale store.
