Have bought gel nimbus for years, have about 20 pairs. They have changed the fit, now has long and narrow toe box. Not sure why they had to ruin a good thing.

Way too tight!!! What about some 2E width for people with normal feet

Horrible fit and feel. The neutrality of the shoe has disappeared

Recently your line of Kayano and now Nimbus models are cut wider in forefront of shoe. Or it's your new design(s).
I've worn size 8 in your Kayanos for 10 years.
But the last pair #26, cut wide & fits loose.
So I tried these Nimbus... same issue.
Disappointed on the change.

They didn't fit. I had to send them back. I've been buying the same size ASICS for years. This one was at least half a size too small.

The Nimbus 23 is very cushioned, but the cushion is more like the gel cushion in a knee pad. I liked the cushion when I first put the shoes on, but after 4 hours of wearing them at work walking on concrete it made my feet hurt so bad that I had to take them off. I am actually a 12 4E in foot size, but went up a half a size to make sure of a good fit. The shoe has a half inch too much cut off on the Instep of the shoe which causes my big too to rub. The weight of the shoe was also an issue the more time I had the shoe on. ASICS was very kind and gave me a full refund after receiving my return. I tried to order the Nimbus Lite 2, but there are NO WIDE SIZES.More than half of the population of the US wear wide or extra wide shoe sizes. Runners generally have Narrow to Standard D size feet. When most of the video and written reviews say the Toe Box was a little big that's a Narrow foot person and snug that's a Standard foot runner. By the way, most Standard foot runners are presently surprised to realize that they are actually a 2E wide foot person. A lot of the reviews that say they were sent a wide size instead of their selected standard size say that they can wiggle their toes freely now. In additon to that, most Standard shoe size runners comment on how their feet are considerably less tired after a run from wearing the wider shoe size. Wearing improper shoe sizes is the SOLE reason for common and not so common foot pains. I would like to see the INSTEP of the wide shoes widened out on the instep by half an inch. Secondly I would like to see TOP line shoes like the NOVABLAST and the Endorphin Series offered in WIDE and EXTRA WIDE SIZES. ASICS is a smart and innovative company which would be easily number ONE in the world if they could only dedicate some simple thinking in correcting their WIDE foot shoe options. A good example of a WIDE foot shoe option was the NIKE wide tracks cross trainer made back in the 80s. It had the best 4E TOE BOX , but not so good in the cushion area. The FF cushion on the Novablast is possibly the best feeling shoe that I have tried to wear, but I couldn't fully because of the TIGHT TOE BOX. High prices on TOP LINE shoes doesn't hurt a WIDE foot person , only foot PAIN does. Raise the cost if that's the problem.

Have bought a new pair of Gel Nimbus every year. Usually love the shoe. But I won't wear depressing black and grey when I am trying to work out. Count me out this year unless they release new colors.
