The shoes are awesome. Run my first maraton , the Oslo Virtual Maraton with them. Very responive, stable and no soreness in legs after run. Thanks for this fantastic shoe.

Wore these during my half Ironman and the run felt so easy. The best brooks purchase I have ever made. The day I bought these I went out for a recovery run and did not want to stop running, I was supposed to run at a slower pace but these shoes just want to go!

These shoes are fantastic. I also have a pair of the Nike Alpha Flys, and I think these shoes are more responsive and provide a better overall ride while running. I can't wait to blast a road race with these beauties.

I've owned alot of shoes in the past 5 years as the running scene has become more popular. I personally didn't start running until I became active duty in the army 8 years ago. Brooks have always been part of my shoe rotation though. They always seem to outlast other brands on wear and tear. When it comes to the hyperion elite twos, I can only compare it to other carbon plated shoes I've owned. For me that is the Nike next percents, the 4 percents and the hoke carbon x. While I don't know how the first version of the hyperion elites were I can say I love these ones. I wear them as much as my nike next percents now. And I honestly didn't think I'd say that when I first got my nikes. My daily trainers are brooks, and now my racing shoe is as well!

Great shoe! Took it right out the box for 18 miles and felt great. Stable, light, and perfect stability. Only complaint I have is I wish the upper was a little more breathable. Moisture just doesn't vent well.

Loved these from day one. Really light. Cushioning is great but you can still feel the road. Best part.... no leg fatigue when the run is complete. I've increased my number of runs, pace and mileage because of these shoes. Only dislikes: color and price. That being said; these are my new normal

This time Brooks have really designed a great shoe. The midsole is both plush and really responsive, without it feeling unstable. I highly recommend the Hyperion Elite 2 ?

Didn't really fit, Too narrow for me at the instep. I was basing sizing off other Brooks which was a mistake. Should have tried on in store.

These are a great pair of shoes for racing or your faster training pace. They're extremely light and breathable, but because of that, I wouldn't expect them to really last that long. I've heard the upper has improved quite a bit with the Elite 3s, but haven't had the pleasure to see them or test them. The one downside for me at least, if you have wider feet they feel a bit snug around the top of foot.
Overall, I'd recommend the shoes if you're looking for a super light shoe to improve your speed.

Wore these for my first IM 70.3 and fell in love. I know it's generally frowned upon to test new shoes on race day, but no hots spots and felt great! I had originally purchased the Saucony Endorphins but needed more stability. I'm so happy I returned and went with the Hyperion Elite-they gave me a speedy comfortable ride with no joint pain. I love these!

I felt my Legs we're just trying to keep up with the propulsion of the shoes. I ran a 6:47 pace. It felt like my normal 7:15 pace. When you run on your toes the shoes naturally propel you forward. They are a game changer. Like them. However not for Hill strikers. They make you run forward on your toes.

I raced a 5k road race in these recently and they seemed fine. My main complaint is in the heel. Normally, I've always worn size 12 in any Brooks shoe but my heel was slipping in this model. So I exchanged them for size 11.5 and they are better, though not perfect. I would like to see Brooks get the heel locked down better so there's no slippage. The toe off with the carbon plate seemed to have some good bounce but I wonder if they might have improved upon the 3rd version that just came out.

Solid shoe. It's my go-to for workouts, but I'm afraid it doesn't have the "pop" of other road racers on the market. I'm proud to wear the Brooks brand and, unlike other brands out there, know that the shoes reach my feet in an ethical and responsible way. But I'm hopeful Brooks will continue to catch up, and ideally surpass, the competion.

I have these in both colors. I have to say, both color options suck. they are too light and stain very easily. I do like running in these, but I only use them for race day runs, because they are not designed to last very long and the tread is paper thin. I have PR'd in every distance that I have raced with these. How can brooks make them better? Offer more color options (darker) and also the tread strips on the bottom should be thicker, so they last a little longer. The white and grey tread strips isn't a good idea. Make them a different color.

Love the shoe besides the tongue. It just slides to the side during the run. If not for that this would be 5 stars for sure.
Brooks - please make this shoe with the foot sheeth like in the aurora instead of the tongue. That tweak would make this this best shoe ever made in my opinion.

I've run one race in these (a 10k). My time was good and the shoe did perform. I felt a little unstable at first, with the heal being a bit softer than I'm used to from the Adrenaline and Trance shoes. That being said, it that once I settled into them, they did seem to perform. I'm worried about the durability of getting 200 miles from them, but can't comment on that yet.
