I bought this to replace my toddlers twist lid on the 12 oz standard mouth. It works great!

I live in Houston, TX. The armpit of the world. It's extremely hot & humid. Nothing stays cold when u walk outside from May thru October! Especially in a hot car! I've left my Hydroflask in the car & in the sun all day from morning until 5:00 pm & I still had ice in it! Wonderful product! I drink more water because it stays cold. Great for kids doing sports or anyone working outside all day.

The new sports cap is amazing! It's sturdier than the old one and does not leak. As a mom who doesn't always have two hands available to unscrew a top, I love having this sports cap on rides in the car or trips to the park. Thanks for redesigning this!

This new Sports Cap makes the hydroflask so much more usable. On the golf course, in the car, anywhere where I use it ... So much quicker than unscrewing the regular top. Now, please provide a Sports Cap for the narrow mouth bottle!!! We have 2 of those (presumably for golf), but they are inconvenient with the screw cap.

I used the link on the order page and order this from Backcountry. Had no problem ordering it from them and it arrived in a few days. This is a great cap. Screws on nice and tight, doesn't leak, and water flows from it pretty smoothly. My only real complaint is that the valve is sort of hard to pull out. But on the bright side it isn't going to accidentally open in your bag.

I've been excitedly waiting for this lid to become available! Last night I filled my bottle half way with ice and then water. After sitting for almost 24 hours with the top pulled up, there is still a chunk of ice in the water. It is so much easier to to drink while driving, hiking, etc. I couldn't be happier!

I've heard for months that Hydro Flask was coming out with a Sport Cap for standard mouth bottles - well I finally got mine! I couldn't be happier. This cap is everything I wanted it to be and more. Very, very pleased with it.

Works well but will leak when used on an airplane. Be careful.

I love it. It has a straw hole on the inside but came with no straw. Wish I didn't have to buy it sperate.

Bought this for my daughter. She really likes it by says it leaks from a small hole that's not in the spout. She carries it i her lunchbox to school and has to lay it down and then water leaks out into her lunchbox

Nice, good quality mouthpiece. Arrived quickly from company. Product should be included in the price of the flask, seems a bit spendy.

Works as advertised. The nipple is a little stiff at first but it eases up after you use it a bit. The shipping took over three weeks though, when it was promosed in three days. HydroFlask did not seem to care either. Pretty much I paid for expedited shipping and got the most un-expedited shipping and no care from HydroFlask. Overall, happy just the shipping thing left a bad taste in mouth (no pun intended).

The sport cap is a good idea. It's easy to open and close, and it doesn't add much weight. The downside is that it seems to affect the insulation. It's fine for a workout session but doesn't do as well overnight as the regular cap. Also, the air hole can get a small amount of water through it if you flip it too fast, which is what I tend to do when exercising. It's much more handy for workouts than the regular lid, but could use some improvements. Also, I would like to see a wide mouth sport cap, as this would allow me to use a bigger Trail Series bottle for workouts.

Yes the Sport's Cap is a classic pop up Cap. It is made well (Solid). A must have Classic that is brand new. Thank You...

I had purchased the Mouth Sport Cap. Unfortunately, it broke into two parts. Hydro Flask was great, they sent me a replacement product, no questions asked. They really stand behind their products!

Drinking is fine. Handle is "fixed" so a bit awkward to loop finger walking.

I was worried about this product based on other reviews, but really needed a hand free option for while I breast feed. This top works well for my needs. It does make some noise if you suck on it hard. I haven't experienced leaking, but I am not doing much traveling with it.

I no longer have to constantly open and close my flask for a quick drink, and as I am not the most coordinated, I no longer get water up my nose walking and drinking! The plastic is very soft though...one drop and it looks like some one chewed on it; and that 'whistle free', well.... when it wants to it's quiet, and other times it just won't stop!

I have multiple hydro flasks and they are my absolute favorite! But this sports cap leaks all the time. I want to use the water bottle but It just pours out over everything:(

Now that readers have been properly traumatized at buying this cap I would like to say just one thing. I haven't owned this cap for very long, about a month now, but I don't know what everyone is talking about it works great for me and is very handy.
