I love that I can drink from my bottle without removing the cap! I don't have to hold on to a cap or set a cap down someplace while I drink from the bottle. It all stays together this way. So glad to be able to buy just the cap for a bottle exchange I had to make for a defective bottle & new replacement bottle came with a different cap that to me is useless. All reusable bottles should have a sport cap imo.

Helps My teenager stay hydrated easier. He needs to drink a lot for a medical condition. The screw cap did not allow for easy frequent drinking but this cap does the trick!

These hydro flask are a must have,they are very durable and well made. Also they have a variety of colors to choose from. I've been using one for many years, jeeps my cold drink's colder longer and my hot drink's really hot to long sometimes, but worth the money over all.
