Fantastic Mug. Husband likes it a lot. Keeps his coffee hot for many hours. The mug had been dropped a few times. The thermos has held up very well, but the lid has cracked. All in all definitely worth it.

Different cap system on this model. I like it and it's easy to clean.

This is my 2nd mug Gen 2 . New and improved lid , which is much easier to remove and clean than Gen 1 . I give them as gifts !!!

Just use to drink water. because more little gap in the cap component , not good for clean.

I use this as my regular coffee mug wished it had a finger hold or handle something because it is very bottom heavy.

Use along with bottle and have hot coffee for 8+ hours

This is an awesome mug. I ordered the 16oz version and it fits under my keurig barely,witch is a plus for me. However I thought I was ordering a hammer tone green to match my extensive collection and received a white one. A lil disappointed in that so I took a star away for that reason only. GREAT MUG

drop , bang , roll. will handle it all even two stories up onto cement. If you want to drink right away keep the lid off for about 5 minutes. It will stay warm/hot. I load my cup up and not finish sometimes for 3 hours and its just as hot....will stay above room temp for twice that long or longer.. My issue is the lid. The push button goes out on them and then they leak. I contacted the company and they sent me 2 new ones, then now that both leak again I contacted them again . 3 emails but no replacement lids. Im so bummed over this because I even offered to pay for the lids but did not want to replace my mugs... im attached to them dents and all..........16oz mug D16

I wanted the cinnamon from bottom of mug. I inverted mug to drink and hot liquid spilled all over me through the button / trigger. No bueno. Otherwise I love the mug and feel safe with the Stanley warranty!

I use this mug every day for the past 2yrs keeps stuff hot.very easy to clean until u put to much pressure on the center bolt post an pop it off.that was my bad!!

Should offer a video on how to do a thorough cleaning of the lid including how to take it apart and put it back together again properly

I bought my mug last year, $35 in canukistan!! Worked beautifully for a couple of months , my tea would stay hot for hours then started going cold within an hour and now stone cold freezing inside a half hour. Have another so not too stressed but need to have a back up.

I love it but both lids broke on the same day I wanted to update that after I wrote my last review (13 days ago) I poked around on the website and did find an area where you can request replacement parts. I received a prompt reply and a replacement Lid was shipped fairly quickly at no cost. The only issue was I had needed two lids as we bought two at the same time with the same problem. So if you have more than one replacement to request I recommend submitting them separately. I have already sent in my second request and expect to have this resolved in a few days. So long as these lids work better or replacements can always be had at little to no charge, I will recommend to others.

I bought this a few months ago. I love it and it keeps my coffee hot for hours. But my spring on the lid won't stay on. As soon as I push to get coffee out it comes off.

Bought mine at least 4 years ago. I have used it daily, dropped it and the lid broke. Need to order a replacement ASAP.

I guess my wife doesn't feed her cats enough and this part must taste like cat kibble, how do I get parts? Thanks!

Now that cold Canadian weather is beginning to set in, I've noticed that this unit is better suited for cold liquids. This thermal keeps liquids HOT for a long time, therefore, caution must be used when drinking directiy from this or any hot 'thermos'. A Stanley with a cup would be more suitable for hot stuff.

This is a great mug HOWEVER, it is not dish washer safe. I put the lid on the top rack and lost the little rubber piece that seals the opening. NOW I've lost the spring in the lid so my cup is useless. Simply hand wash and it will be a great mug.

We bought one and loved it, easy to clean and keeps beverage hot or cold for hours, so we bought more. After so many cleanings we have lost several of the rubber seals which renders the mugs useless. Can't find these seals to replace without buying new lids or mugs. This should be an easy fix and offer replacement packs with the parts...

Are you supposed to have to hold down the button the whole time you are taking a drink from this mug? I.e. You have to hold down the button every time you want to take a drink, there's no way to just leave it open?

I love this mug use it everyday. Only problem i have is here in the last couple mounths the seal for the mouth hole is leting coffe leak out when it is on its side. I have had it for three years or so maybe.

i bout my mug about two weeks ago to carry to work. so i'll take you through my entire day. i wake up fill it with coffee. get to work at 3:00 in the afternoon, sit in the break room waking up for 30 minutes and drink a few cups more of coffee through it then i clean it out which is a snap because of the stainless steel, then i fill it with sweet tea from my vacuum bottle. drink tea the entire night until about 1:30 am, switch back to coffee and drive home in the dark. now this is where it gets to part about how i really love this mug. i could very easily buy a mug that keeps my drink cold or hot just as long if not longer, but fact of the matter is it doesnt even actually matter because i drink it faster than that anyway and im sure im not alone in this. but what makes this mug awesome isnt the fact that it keeps it cold or hot, its the opening system the one handed opening has a button at the back of the mug. with my old mug i would often have the turn the light in the car on taking my eyes off the road momentarily to make sure that the mug was oriented correctly so i dont spill hot coffee all over myself. this fixes that problem with the button. i know the button is at the back so i press the button and i can take a drink without either wearing my coffee or taking my eyes off the road. side from just that which is what makes the cup worth it for me it has a great size. big enough to hold a good amout of liquid but not so big that its cumbersome to manage. everything about it is perfect except one thing that kind of bothered me. on most of my other stanley products the branding sticker is sunken into the metal. but not this one. within a day the sticker had worn off of the mug. which kind of sucks. i know its only a sticker but its kind of like buying a pair of levis or any other iconic brand and the red tag on the pocket falling off or it losing its branding somehow. stanley, pay attention to the stickers, some of us actually like them. aside from that perfect product

I love my Stanley, wouldn't buy another mug. Keeps my coffee good and hot all morning long. Having trouble with small rubber gasket where you drink from. Can't keep it on and last night it fell off while washing and didn't notice, wound up grinding it up in the garbage disposal. Very disappointed and can't figure out if this can be replaced and if so where do I get it from.

This mug works great! My only gripe is that the rubber stopper makes my coffee taste funny. I've hand washed it 3-4 times so far and it still tastes like vulcanized rubber. Other than that, it is AWESOME!!! One day last week I went out to my truck after work. My mug was sitting in my truck for 9 hours in 40 degree temps and my coffee was still warm!!!
