I got this 16oz mug for Christmas from my wife. I lakes so well I got one for my wife. Keeps coffee hot all day. Did have the outside button come off so I've been using the post. Love it! My large thermos is a Stanley purchased in 1964. Only replaced cup and stopper.

Keeping Coffee HOT has been a problem ,as i do Rounds at our Parks.This one handed Mug is the Perfect addition to the 1 Quart Stanley Thermos's that i have used for the last 45 years. (one of many i have) My compliments to the Company. I have ordered Two more Mugs,and i do like the CRIMSON Color! I had one Thermos go bad,and the Company replaced it. WONDERFUL PRODUCTs

I have had this mug for about 4 or 5 months and use it for about 3-4 refills of my daily coffee fix. Never leaks and keeps my coffee hot for hours if I happen to be busy for a while before I get back to my coffee. The finish is very durable and I don't have a single scratch on it even though I am a field mechanic and take it everywhere with me, through the dirt/mud and everything else you can think of and have dropped it a few times. Minor scratches in the lid from dropping it but that's about it. I have been very impressed with this mug and would recommend it to anyone. Oh and it also fits nice and snug in most standard cup holders in cars and trucks.

I used to own a different brand of mug and I loved it! Unfortunately the lid was so difficult to clean and got moldy pretty quick and it dented the first time I dropped it. Bye, bye Other Brand - Hello Stanley! I absolutely LOVE that this lid comes apart in three pieces for easy cleaning and reassembly. I love the navy color and the durability of this mug. It's the perfect size for me and I take it with me everywhere I go! I can easily fit it into the cup holder of my car or the side pocket on my messenger bag for commutes. I feel protected and cared for with the lifetime warranty and I am already making a wish list for future products. I'll never need another brand and now I know why this one has maintained its popularity for generations!

Initially bought one of these but it's worked out great so I bought another. Keeps my hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for extended periods. So far have used these at home and at the office, but not in the outdoors/camping but figure they're tough and efficient enough to work there too.

Worth every penny! I use mine daily. It does an amazing job keeping my coffee hot. A couple days ago I used it to bring coffee to my girlfriend yet, she didn't want coffee. I drank it 5 hours later, after forgetting about it, and the coffee was still pipping hot! This was my first Stanley product but I am looking into buying more after this wonderful experience!

I wrote a review stating the gasket had come off the lid, and within 24 hours Stanley contacted me and asked for my address. Within a week I had a replacement gasket, free! So nice to have a company that stands behind their product! :)

I had this mug and loved it EVERYDAY until someone took it home (aka stole it) and I haven't seen it since. I mourn it. My husband gave me one he got from another company, but it doesn't compare,not even close My Stanley NEVER leaked, and with the auto seal I never even had to think about it. It was ridiculously easy to clean, EVEN when I left tea in it for far far FAR too long. The one hand opening made it easy to use even when my hands were full with school work, house keys and, you know, just...when life gets a little out of hand. SOoooo If you have ANY doubts, dispel them immediately! YES, the gasket fell off, but it happened less than a handful of times, and I just put it back on. EASY PEEZY It is so sleek and stylist; truly a happy marriage of form and function Once the crimson is back in stock I will absolutely be replacing mine. Would i recommend? yes, yes, a resounding YES Best uses?.......LIFE

I'm a cop and spend hours on the road. I have tried many mugs but all leak and coffee gets cold. Not a problem for Stanley. I have owned three of these and gave one to my son-in-law as a gift. The rubber gasket on my first one got lost - only design "flaw" is the gasket attached to the stopper. It comes off easily and you have to buy the whole cap assembly - which was on backorder when I lost it. Bought a new one because product is best on the market. Thought I lost it - left it in a cruiser for a few weeks - and bought a third! Found the lost one and now I have two. I aave money as I NEVER buy coffee at work and can enjoy my coffee throughout the morning - it stays hot ALL day! No leaks at all.

Bought this because I was sick of my ceramic mugs cooling my coffee on my drive to work. This keeps it hot all the way to my desk and then some. A full 9 hours for a hot cup of joe indeed. Hands down the best mug I've owned.

I've been using this mug almost daily for three months now and can highly recommend it. I use mine for tea, let it brew for 15-25 minutes with the lid off. Initially it is a little too hot to drink and it stays hot for at least five hours, warm for at least seven hours. I really like how easy the lid is to disassemble, clean thoroughly, then put back together. For me, the 20oz size is perfect. Great product.

My boyfriend bought this for me. I love that i can use it and drinks stay hot or cold for hours! Durable and Lifetime Warranty. Who can beat that?!? Plus its red! You dont find many this color! Thank you Stanley!

I have had this for about a week and a half, and I think it is the best travel mug I've owned. It really is spill-proof, rugged, great for maintaining the temp of your beverage, and taking the top apart to clean is easy. I quickly bought the 12 oz version that will fit under a single-serve coffee brewer and it is built the same way. I look forward to these lasting for years on the road, in the office and on the trail. I only wish they would have come out years ago to prevent me from buying other mugs that don't measure up.

I got the mug for Christmas in 2014. I've used it daily since then, and it is dinged up, scratched and awesome. The button on the lid broke and I contacted warranty...i had a brand new lid in a week and everything is good to go! Thank you Stanley and thank you for the amazing customer service!

I've had this mug over a year now and just cannot live without it. Never leaked on me, easy to use, keeps my coffee hot and keeps my cold drinks cold for a long time. Had a few travel mugs before but not like this one. The best product you guys have ever made.

Spent a long deployment on a submarine where this mug was dropped beaten and abused. Still holds heat after 2 years of use.

Works great . No issues with the lid , awesome to drink and drive with ... Keeps my coffee hot ! The only thing is I rarely wash it out .... I go to the gas station in the morning and dump out yesterdays coffee put some hot H20 in screw the top on and shake , clean enough for me LOL then I fill it up and pay .67 cents . BTW I gave a couple of them away for birthdays ....

I bought this for my husband at least 2 years ago. He has used it everyday of those 2 years. But, alas all good things must come to an end. The little push button on the lid broke. I have already ordered him another one for his birthday, but would like to find a replacement for the broken one.

Have owned this mug for almost a year now! I love it and it's my favorite mug that I've owned! Would love to find a new lid though.. I am a welder an sometimes the plastic lid gets some melted spots..

Mug is easy to use and has never leaked. Then I lost the little rubber piece that fits on the stopper. I contacted Stanley customer service to ask about purchasing a replacement part. They promptly sent two replacement pieces and charged me nothing. Am so pleased!

Owned about a year and no problems. Keeps tea and coffee hot enough to enjoy for several hours, longer if preheated....great on road trips. Hasn't leaked yet. Cap comes apart for easy cleaning. I have not needed replacement parts for the lid yet....so I do not know if Stanley supports those items at reasonable cost. This is a premium product (price)....if they don't and you have to purchase a new mug that would be deal changer. Happy Sipping.

I bought my mug about 3 years ago and have used it almost every day since I purchased it. I like that the lid is totally spill proof. When I get in my truck I just lay it in the seat beside me. I have had it roll into the floor when going back into the woods and get bounced around and still never spill a drop. The heat retention is unsurpassed . I live in a cold climate and have always been able to have a drink of hot coffee after being out hunting. I also use it at work. I work in the Gulf Of Mexico on dive boats and oil platforms and despite the harsh environments it remains reliable. I have taken it to other countries with me and have put it in my checked bag. Even through the harsh airline treatment it remains good as new. Thanks for a good product.

I have a mug I had bought a couple months ago I love my mug but the rubber peice is missing can you help me get it replaced I miss my mug

Work outdoors in rock quarry, some days are hot and dust others cold and wet. This mug i can keep out with me, keeps the dust out and cold in or keeps the rain out and heat in. I have left this behind one day only to return to semi warm coffee in AM. Mug also makes a great mixed drink glass, stays cold forever. I have never had an leaking problem or lost any gaskets.
