Have two. Use them every single day. Love that I can throw it in my brief case or motorcycle pannier and it doesn't leak. Ever. My husband and I also dirt bike in the PNW and we fill up the mugs with hot coffee in the morning and in the afternoon when we get back to truck we have a nice hot cup of coffee. Please do not stop making this product or the replacement parts. I think it will last a lifetime but in case I lose it or something I want to know I can get another one. Seriously the best.

Bought as a Christmas gift & the recipient absolutely loves it, says it keeps coffee hot all day long & doesn't leak. About 4 months in the lid did begin to leak. After reading other reviews learned there is a seal in the lid which had obviously gotten lost when it was taken apart for cleaning. Contacted Stanley, got fast response & received a replacement seal. Very pleased with both the product and Stanley!

Love the durability and temperature retention of this thermal mug; Sheer mass of lid components must be a contributing factor. Only wish I could stop dropping it from countertop or taller heights as I've severely dented the base several times and chipped the edge clean off of the left side of the lip. And the mug is preheated daily with boiling water before brewing coffee directly into it then inverted to thoroughly heat the lid effectively causing the opening button to heat up, expand, lose its friction fit on its post and get jettisoned by the return spring pressure underneath. Can't understand the low ratings of other users since just hammered base dents flat (or close enough), sanded down the rough chipped lid surfaces, and expoxied button back on its post and this workhorse continues to keep liquids warm even after a full day of late NOV Adirondacks hunting while raining, snowing and high temperature never above 40F. Gave 3 more as gifts to lucky recipients.

Been using this thing for about a year now. Its been dropped out of my deer stand, lost, rolled around my truck, etc, needless to say, its seen use and abuse. I once dropped it on the concrete floor, and the botton went sailing across the building. Found the button, pushed it back on, and no worse for wear. Its gotten some scratches and dents, but this thing still works good as new. And they aint lying, fill it with coffee in the morning, and if you have any left, its still hot at noon. This product functions flawlessly, and will be my daily go-to for years to come Now to be fair, there is a downside. As with anything, there are costs and benfits. The push button feature is very convenient, and i must say works very well, but due to the more complex mechanism vs a simple cup, this is much more difficult to clean. Dissassembly is simple enough, but there are a lot of corners and small spaces for gunk to get built up, so cleaning can be tedious. That being said, great product. Probably will never buy one again, simply because it has been indestructible so a new unit will not be be needed, but would highly recommend to any potential buyer, you wont go wrong

Amazed at how long this mug keeps coffee hot. Totally leak free and very well made. Able to make coffee at 0630 in the morning and be sipping hot coffee through to 1700 in the afternoon. Beware of the first sip, this thing keeps it HOT!

I owned an older 16 oz travel mug with a twist top that started to leak. I contacted Stanley as instructed under the warranty and got a response from a consumer care specialist in 1 hr informing me that the mug I had was discontinued. They offered a replacement 16 oz travel mug that they currently make. They had shipping confirmation of the new mug to me within 2 hrs of me accepting the offer and the mug arrived in 7 days as promised! I will continue to buy Stanley with the assurance that if their product fails, even after several years of use, that they will honor their lifetime warranty!

Absolutely, hands down, the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I had a minor issue with the button sticking and being stiff and when I emailed Stanley....4 days later I had a brand new lid delivered to my door. I had only wanted some guidance on what I could do to loosen the button up on the old one as it still worked well and never leaked. If every company took care of their customers this way, it would be much nicer being a consumer. Love You Stanley. A life long customer Terry

I just got off of the phone with the company.I broke a small part on the old one hand cup lid that my boys got me for Christmas one year. Seeing nothing online,I called looking to buy the old style lid if possible. No longer made.Instead,they will send me a brand new 16 oz.one hand vacuum mug on them.Way to go Stanley!

I've had this for about 2 years. Keeps iced drink cold for a Hours on end outside in the heat. In the snowy cold winter it keeps my drinks hot for most of my work shift. Love these mugs but the little rubber stopper on the opening came off and got lost so now it leaks.

Huge fan of this Coffee Mug and company. I received this as a gift a few years ago and it has taken tons of abuse. Keeps coffee warm all day long. I had a minor warranty issue and was contacted by Stanley the same day that a replacement part was sent out for replacement. Can't say enough about the great product with great customer service.

I looked around for for a travel mug for a while and have finally found it. I bought this mug in September 2016 and after 4 months I have vowed not to buy another thermos/mug/flask/food container ever again.Unless it has Stanley marked on it. This mug literally keeps coffee too hot for the first 4 hours. I fill my mug from my tassimo machine each night around 1130 PM, put the lid on it, and toss it into my backpack. The next day during my 8-9 and 9-10 AM class I sip on my almost hot coffee and brag to my friends about the quality and performance of my mug. (They are drinking from Contigo mugs sold by the school) I LOVES IT.

I work on a ski mountain and take this in my backpack everyday. After a six hour day in sub zero temperatures this thing still has my coffee piping hot and ready to go. Never leaked, and has taken a decent amount of abuse. I now have a small army of Stanley products because of this mug.

This thing is the best, bought 2 months ago keeps coffee hot for at least 6 hours. It is also tough has fell out of tractor a few times just a little dent. True Stanley product!

I purchased this mug a year ago and love the portability of it. Easy to handle and fits in the cupholder! I usually drink between 1 1/2 and 2 cups of coffee a day and it's the perfect size.

I've had this mug a year now and it has grown on me. Fits in car console, check! Stable on flat surfaces, check! Matches Stanley flask, Big check! I was a little worried on the reassembly after the lid accidently fell apart while the wife was giving it a rinse. Parts were everywhere. She was no help on how it came apart. Went to this site looking for a reassembly schematic, but didn't find one. Finally figured out position of small spring from a photo I saw on a review post. May I suggest that you post an exploded view or something for cup users? If this was my wife's cup, she would have thrown it away.

My wife bought me this mug about two years ago because I no longer needed the travel thermos for the job I was on at the time. I was in the office all day and had a coffee pot and just needed a cup to refill. I also used it on the commute to work in the morning and my coffee was always piping hot. I've been using it every sense and it keeps my coffee hot all day when needed, I couldn't be happier with the mug and the Stanley product line.

After purchasing one of these for a friend, and having him tell me how great it was, I had to get one for myself. Boy was he right! I like my coffee very hot, and this mug will keep it that way for a LOONNNGGG time! Sometimes if I'm taking a long trip I'll make a cup in a regular travel mug and than another in this one for later, and even after a few hours it is just as hot as when I poured it. Based on my experience, and I've hadn't mine for about a year already, I don't see how anyone could rate this less than 5 stars.

This mug fits perfectly in the cup holder on my forklift at work and survives constant abuse. Hands down the toughest and most reliable vacuum mug I've ever owned.

I've had mine for about 6 years. Absolutely indestructible. Spill proof. Easy one handed use. Keeps my coffee HOT for at least 4 hours.

I put some tea in my new Stanley travel mug at 7:30 a.m. At 1:00 p.m., after four hours at 0 degrees Celsius and a biting wind while marshalling a Santa Claus parade, with my mug in the outer leg pocket of my lined coveralls, the tea inside said mug was still tolerably warm. If the mug sits on my desk at work with hot tea in it, it's still too hot to drink after 6 hours. It was expensive, but once it's paid for, you'll enjoy the mug so much that you won't mind the price.

I bought this mug about six months ago because my old coffee mug broke. This really keeps my coffee "HOT" for hours. I fix my coffee around 6:30 AM and it is still hot at 9:00 AM. So much better than my other mug.
