Thermos great. But I have one question! At the neck of the the thermos I see a thread. I think that for a second cup. Where to get it? I need a second cup, all other thermos has two cover, two cups!

I bought my thermos many years ago, it does what it says, it keeps my coffee hot, it's strong rugged and durable. I use it at work, fishing and hunting. I recently had an issue where the thermos was no longer keeping my coffee hot, I made a warranty claim and shortly after with no hassle, they contacted me and told me they would be sending me a new thermos.I am very happy with the Stanley brand quality and craftsmanship and plan to continue to use my thermos for many years to come.

My dad carried a Stanley for 40+ years. I watched him leave for work every morning with it and come home every evening with it. I got out of college and went to work and the first thing I bought was my own Stanley. The guys at work kinda snickered at me. I was proud of it. To me it meant that one day I might be as much man as my dad. Last spring I got a call that they found my dad dead from heart failure at our hunting camp. I went down to get his things and had to go get his 4 wheeler from the woods. Sitting on the 4 wheeler was his Stanley. I sat down and had one last cup of coffee with my dad in those woods. The Coffee was still warm after 2 days.........

Best thermos ever specially in cold and rainy United Kingdom

I bought my first Stanley Thermos in 1974. It was still as good as new, except for a few dents and the paint worn off, after almost 30 rugged years of construction use. Unfortunately I was working out of town and one day I left my thermos in my motel room when I checked out. That was too bad. I didn't think I'd ever have to buy another one for my whole career. I bought a new one in 2004 and despite heavy usage, it has taken me through retirement. Thanks Stanley, you kept my coffee hot for over 40 years!

I have owned this thermos for 4 or 5 years now and took it out on an all day fishing trip a couple weeks back after filling the thermos half full with hot coffee. We were on the water nearly 8 hours and the coffee was nearly as hot as when I put the coffee in the bottle at the end of the day. I was very surprised and pleased as I do not like cold coffee. It is a great bottle and continues to serve me well. A tribute to your technology!

My boss on my new job is a PhD psychologist. When I saw his everyday routine of pouring coffee from his Stanley thermos, I was amused. I was already familiar with the green Stanley from my dad's fishing expeditions. But this was an office. I now pour my own strong coffee from my own Stanley thermos at my own desk. Out in the woods or in the office, no difference.

My grandmother gave me my grandpa's Stanley classic vacuum bottle last week. My grandfather passed away a little over a year ago. She told me that he used this back in his younger days when he had his own pipeline business and traveled across the American Southwest. I was glad that she gave it to me. It is still in great shape but was missing the cup. I contacted Stanley and they shipped me a new cup very quickly. I hope to get many years of use out of this great product. Thank you Stanley!

I bought one in January 2013 it sat mostly in the cupboard till September 2016 when I got a new job where I would have to bring my own coffee. Excited to finally use it like my dad used his. About a month into regular use I notice there was extreme heat lose through the top. Knowing there was a lifetime warranty I probably contacted Stanley. That was Sunday more even with issues of the colour I had being out of stock and opting for the other since I wanted right away it was at my house in Canada by just after 4pm Friday. So excited tested right away. First night I uses it I filled it for work about 9pm and my coffee was still hot when I got home at 7am. Great product I hope it last as long as the one I have that was manufactured in the 60s. Thank you for the great experience and the future memories to come.

I had bought the 1.1qt vacuum thermos down at my local Walmart, and was interested in the hype. I am a person who does my reasearch, and rarely purchases anything before i read a review or see a video or anything on the product I am purchasing. So when I was looking for something better than the waterbottle I have been using since college, I was very interested in the product. I have owned the product for the last 6 months and have loved it. I ended up getting my mother one, and she take it with her almost everyday.I was originally using it for hot tea, and now I am making Iced Coffee in there, and now back to the hot tea for the cooler months. When I did have the Iced coffee, there would still be ice in the bottle when I went to refil or make a new batch the next day. I love this thing. I bring it on hikes, and kayaking and generally take it most places with me. As a side note, I had an issue with the first one, the wel that keeps the handle bracket on came off mid- pour. Luckily there wasn't much spillage most likely thanks to the cap design and the pour system. I contacted customer service that day, and they immediately sent me out a new bottle. I cannot say how much of a nice experience it is to deal with a company who is so good to their customers. As a anecdote this morning, I had been in a bit of a rush these past few days, and haven't been able to keep a fresh pot of tea in the bottle(nevermind the fact it has been about 70 in New England the last few days in the middle of October). I had made tea 2 days ago, and put it in the bottle, and have been nursing it over the last few days. Well 2 days later I just got to the last cup of it and it was still warm, not boiling, but warm enough to drink and still be just what the doctor ordered on a chilly morning. I would recommend this product to anyone, and I have been trying to get people on board that I go hiking, hunting and fishing with. It is a great product form an established company, who is more than happy to remedy any problem you have with whatever you may have purchased from them. I have a flask, and 2 vacuum bottles, and have given vacuum bottles, and the one hand coffee mugs as gifts, I really like how the product performs and cannot say enough about its quality.

Last year I had bought a classic 1.1qt and after about 6 or so months it stopped holding heat in my coffee so with a call to Stanley they gladly sent me a replacement. I have to say that great customer service is a huge plus in my book. Thank you for the replacement.

My grandmother gave me her Stanley thermos witch she bought when she worked for the state of California 60+ years ago and gave it to me I drive a semi and i now use the one.

The stopper (pictured) of my amazing bottle fell and broke the inside part. How do i get a replacement?

I've had this thermos for years and I love it. I find it will only leak if the pour through lid is not pulled up tight, otherwise it works as designed. The thermos keeps my coffee hot as well.

I received my thermos as a gift. It keeps my coffee hot all day at work. I also use it for water from the office water cooler. It keeps it cool all day as well. One question..... can I put ice in it? Stanley rocks!!!!

I have worked as a cake/chip/bread vendor for over 20 years. The trucks are not air conditioned, as much as people believe they are, and we are not permitted to let them idle to stay warm in the winter. Being subject to the elements for 12-14 hours a day, having cold/hot drinks are a must! These things keep coffee super hot for hours, and ice stays unmelted for the entire day (I usually eat the ice on my drive back to the warehouse at the end of the day) I do want to upgrade to the larger size, but will never go without one. The product has stayed consistently the same for as long as I've been using, which is well past the 20 years I've been doing these jobs. It's a smart purchase that you won't regret

I have owned several Stanley's over the years and been very happy with them.... One I took to Iraq with me and had it the entire time I was in the service.... Got a big dent in the side of it but it still worked and did what it was supposed to do.... I lost it while moving and bought another 1.1qt and a red 16oz one hander.... Those stayed with me while I was a truck driver..... A couple of years back I bought an anniversary one in that classic green color that I have been taking to jobsites and usually carry in my truck.... They have been great they are classic and I love them...

I bought the older, heavier version of this product a few years ago. This thing will keep contents hot or cold for hours upon hours. While I never abused it I did carry my Stanley Thermos to work, kept it with me when I was working on a vehicle or a house, and now upon graduation I carry it to the office. 1.1 Qt is the perfect size to keep you satisfied throughout the day. Unfortunately, the vacuum seal must of broken and lost it's capability of retaining/insulating heat. I contacted the customer service and without any issue they quickly contacted me back, and sent me a new one free of charge and shipping (this topic is important to me. It's unbelievable how many companies expect one to pay for shipping after a product he/she already purchased failed and resulted in an inconvenience for that individual). I highly recommend this product and after such a great experience I'll continue to be purchasing Stanley products.

I recently bought a 30yr. old classic vacuum bottle at a second hand store. I am a broke college student, it was cheap, and I've wanted one for a while. After getting home, I finally opened it up and realized the stopper was missing. I then sent an email to Stanley requesting info about a replacement stopper, fully expecting to be charged 5-10$ for the new part. Instead, the email stated that a new stopper was in the mail and should arrive in a few days, which it did, free of charge, no questions asked. I know it seems like a small thing, but to me it meant a lot. And if I ever buy another one, for whatever reason, I will buy it from Stanley.

Hello is it possible to adjust the folding handle so it will keep open. I bought a vacuum bottle to my friend who uses only one hand so he wants to keep it firmelly.

Perhaps a small feature, but this thermos pours perfectly. Call me weird, but it makes me happy each time. My compliments to the engineers who worked on this detail.

I have lived on a farm since I was very young. My dad has owned this thermos since he was kid, and it has always been present for every job that needed to be done. His thermos could be seen on the tractor, in the truck, or laying in a pile of sawdust from dropping trees all day. When I began college last summer, having hot coffee meant everything. It provided the fuel to do well. I bought the classic thermos I grew up with, and it has since been seen wherever I have been. From the floor of my Jeep, to the side of my bench in the chemistry lab, this thermos is an extention of my body. I look forward to the memories this green bottle will hold through the rest of my life.

I use this Thermos everyday to take hot tea with me to work for my overnight shift. Two of my coworkers have also bought this after seeing how great it is. Keeps liquid hot for many hours. I also take it skiing and camping full of hot soup. It's fantastic! It is well made, durable and works great. What is not to love? Nothing.

I love my Stanley 1qt vacuum bottle. Working overnights, having coffee is essential and it has to stay hot. This thermos never lets me down even if I go fishing for another 4-6 hours after work. Coffee stays hot until the last drop. It also worked great for cold drinks until I decided to get the two 27 oz vacuum water bottles. They are incredible as well. Ive had my Stanley since 1982. Ive recently retired and did not use the thermos for about a year. I pulled it out to use and the thermos did not keep my coffeee hot like before. I contacted Stanley and provided the necessary info by email and just received a replacement within a week. This is a great thermos with a great customer service and warranty. Thx Stanley!
