The best shoes ever!!! I'm going back to buy another color. I have the olive green and it's like wearing slippers all day and they have excellent support. These are a winner!!!

I like the cozy feel of these shoes. I wear them without socks. HOWEVER, this is the 3rd paid of Merrell shoes in the last 4 years, and they ALL squeak. The other 2 are hiking shoes, this pair squeaks in the left shoe, and it started on the 2nd or 3rd day of wearing them. I am so disappointed in the squeaking... I am sensitive to this kind of noise, and I hate it! I wont be ordering Merrells again unless they can figure out how to construct a sole that doesn't squeak. I'd really love to send them back but wore them 3 times before the squeaking started.

Looks like a great wearing shoe, well made and attractive, but unfortunately didn't fit my feet. Because I have very flat feet....when you have no arch, the foot elongates.....I've been wearing a size 12 medium width. I hoped that maybe the size 11 wide might make up for some of the length I need. Well, I never thot about the heel, which was waaaay too wide and every time I took a step the shoe fell down off of my heel. I was very disappointed. Request: Please make more size 12 women's shoes. I love the arch support in Merrell's. I have several pairs of sandals in size 11 which fit due to the open toes and love the arch support.

I have been wearing this slip on for years. My black ones are really worn out, so I got new pair, they were all wrong. Upper was too big and flopped around on my foot. Cant use a size smaller because the length would be too short. Im sorry I have to end my relationship with merrell.

I have purchased these without the fluff inside before but these shoes are a disappointment. I ordered the same size and they are way too big plus there is a tag in the shoe in the wrong place and the tongues are not glued in. Totally disappointed!

The sizing is very off. I have typically worn a 6 M in Merrell's and in this very same shoe years ago but both the 5.5 and 6 were huge. And trust me, my feet have not shrunk. Am very disappointed because I wanted these. When they fit they're perfect for indoor and outdoor.

The sizing is completely wrong. I ordered my normal size 6 and the shoe literally falls of my feet. Very disappointed with the product

The new ones aren't sized like the ones in the past years. I've sent them back twice trying to get a fit with no luck.

i have worn these for many many years. I live in these shoes all winter, from october through april. I have multiple pairs, i even wear them to work. I was so excited to buy the new ones, and now I am DISAPPOINTED. First off, there is no heel backing anymore. The support through the whole foot is gone! Everything i loved about all the previos versions had been taken away.

Let me start by saying I have bought Merrell products in the past and will continue to do so. The Encore Ice 4 does not have the normal Merrell foot bed with arch supports and a defined heel cup. The foot bed in the Encore Ice 4 is completely flat covered with a faux fur liner. The lack of support makes for a painful use experience. I tried to make them work but they will not be used for what I had hoped and that was going to be longer excursions while outside in the colder weather. Sadly in trying to make these shoes work I used them past being able to return them. I will have them for short usage but overall very disappointed that they will not get the normal usage that all of my other Merrell shoes have gotten. I would not recommend the Encore Ice 4 unless Merrell completely changes the design of foot bed.

The arch support in this shoe is in the most awkward spot making it terribly uncomfortable. I was so surprised I even bought a second pair to make sure it wasn't just a one off on the first pair. Both were returned immediately.

This item is unbelievably way too big. I was so disappointed in the sizing of this shoe I should have listened to reviews. Years ago my physical therapist had recommended Merrells for hip issues. I was sold right away from my first purchase, I don't know what has happened with Merrells.
