Very disappointed in these shoes. One shoe has stretched out much more than the other. I believe there is something wrong with them!

I loved these out of the box. They rubbed my left heel to the point of blister. Wore blister pad. Then bleed. They went to live with my sister (she loves them too)

I bought this shoe about 2 weeks ago. It runs large and not true to size. Very disappointed in the fleece in the shoe. It is now about 1/3 the amount that the pair I bought 5 years ago has. Due to the wide width and limited fleece, the shoe falls off when I walk. I wouldn't buy this shoe again.

They were too big and I filled Out form and sent back for an exchange. I never got shoe nor a refund! Call713-594-3416

I've always bought this style for well over a decade and these are entirely different than my others. At first I bought my normal size and they were big so I exchanged for smaller but they too were wide. I put dr scholls insoles under the insoles along with my orthotics because I really liked the color and wore them to work. At the end of the day I had toe and knee pain because they kept slipping off my feet. Now o can't even return them.

I have two earlier versions of this shoe. One is getting worn so I tried for another. The new one was too wide and the fleece felt fake. Sent them back.

The new model is no good. Loose and shapeless, a size too big, and the insole fell out before I even put my foot in. It's made or some flimsy ultra fake material with no grip. The backs are lower too so the foot can't stay in. Your famous brand is no longer the gold standard. I've since read hundreds of other reviews saying the same thing. I'm glad I returned them but very sad I can't trust your products automatically anymore.

Not the same support as the regular encore. Fleece footbed bunches and hurts. If you take them out width is crazy very disappointing

Unfortunately, these Encore Ice 4's have changed. I loved them before! But now, they are wider and my feet don't fit so snugly as with last year's model. I'm sure about this because I tried them on side-by-side. (And you would think my older version would even be stretched out.) The footbed is wider than their previously made model so now it's not as comfy and much more of a struggle to walk. They were perfect before in the way they gripped my feet. I would even wear them instead of my sneakers for long dog walks. Had to return these. Wanted to like them. I'm so UPSET!

It was very uncomfortable. My feet hurt after walking on it for one day. I tried again the next day and had so much back pain I stopped.

It's barely okay. I had a callous on my right ankle after driving.

This is my second pair of Encore Ice. I loved my first pair. This pair stretched out around the sides after a couple months and are actually looser than the pair I bought last year

Shoddy workmanship. The fur is so uneven and looks like a child came by and cut it. So disappointed because I love the look of this show. The first pair I sent back because it was so bad and explained problem. They sent me a 2nd pair which were not much better. At least it didn't have glue on the swede. Sending back.

These are made in Indonesia now and were WAY too big.

I have worn encores ices for years in many colors and loved them. I treat myself to a new pair every other year and have always worn an 8 1/2 for a perfect fit. This year, I ordered a blue pair in my normal size, and found them huge. I returned them for a half size smaller, wondering if this was a fluke. But the second pair in a smaller size fell off my feet. I returned these for a 7 1/2, and found the third pair to still be slightly too large. I was baffled, but then realized the issue was the Sherpa liningit is so much thinner than in my older encores! I was so disappointed to realize this because the thicker lining in the older shoes is much more cozy, comfortable, and warmand I'm sure holds up much better. Please go back to the high quality you used to have with these.

Cute, but way too wide and I wear a medium width. Had to return.

These are huge. Order a smaller size. I normally wear a 10, the 9 fit.

The box labeled size 8, the shoe labelled size 8, actual size 10-11. No invoice or return documents in box. This is third time in 18 months that I have tried to get a new pair of one of my favorite shoes and the third time I recieved. a pair of shoes way larger than the labelled size and no return documents.

Too short for a SIZE 11W - They pinch my toes and cant be worn with socks.

I have ordered these shoes before and loved them. They run large, so order 1/2 size down. I reordered these in blue and was very disappointed. I forgot about the sizing and ordered my size and had to send them back. Then I ordered 1/2 size down thinking that would be fine . However, when the shoes arrived I was so disappointed. The right shoe was a completely different size from the left. It was so large and wide, no way could I wear it. It seems the quality has gone way down. These were marked down, but no mention of them being seconds, but I wonder. I won't be ordering these again . Not worth the aggravation .

I have bought this shoe over the years several times. This time the lining in the shoe won't stay in. Every time I take the shoes off the lining partially comes out

Disappointed that this has a design update to the last pair I bought. Now there is a seam running up the back of the heel which rubs every time I walk. The old design seems to have more of the fuzzy lining at the heel, and also did not have this stupid seam. Returned them.

Insole already came out of shoe? Had been worn for just over a week. Very disappointing.
