I still have a pair similar to these that I've had for 10 years and the lining is much better than this new pair. I don't know why Merrells thought skimping on these shoes was a good idea. As for me, I will not be buying anymore of this brand.

So disappointed, I have had a similar Merrell Clog shoe for many years, wearing them from fall through spring daily, which have finally worn out much to my dismay. I couldn't remember the style name but this shoe looked similar. These shoes have started t squeak when walking and people around me notice. I thought by wearing daily the squeak would go away, not the case. The quality of this shoe is not what I expected from Merrell and the comfort is not near the same. I lived in my old shoes in all kinds of weather.

I need to send this back. Not the snug i remember.

Bad design. Clog wouldn't stay on my foot when walking.

I've stocked up several generations of this shoe and believe they've made it worse instead of better in terms of material and fit. Regarding my recent purchase of this particular shoe, the sizing was way off even as compared to the same shoe in a different color in the current model. The fuzzy lining was different and thinner as well. The color, however, was really pretty. With the lack of arch support and the removable insole that squishes around, though, these shoes have become pretty expensive house slippers.

The shoes are functional but black is clearly dark navy in daylight

One shoe fit my foot perfectly in the size I always wear. The other shoe was too big and slipped up when I walked. My sock would get pulled down. The fur liner felt cheap ,nothing I would expect from Merrell. The defective product return process was complicated technically and beyond my ability to manage. I will call to see what my options are, if any, I have been happy with Merrell up until now.

I have a pair of these that were a previous style. These do not have the same arch support. I removed the foot pad to see if i could add an arch support, but the pad is so narrow and flimsy it is not possible.

Not sized like all other merrell shoes and boots. About 1 full size larger and the medium with is more suited to wide.

To snug and size not accurate. I take a 5.5 and fit was snug. Exchanged for size 6 and still snug.

I have worn Merrill's for many years. These particular ones are lovely to look at but feel like cardboard inside.

Very disappointed with these shoes. I feel like I am walking on atiff boards. Absolutely no arch support. The only positive thing about them I can come up with is that the fleece lining is very warm. The shoes run a bit larger in size vs smaller for those wondering.

The product was big which was same size as my other Merrell same product different color. Don't know correct size to order because of the inconsistency in sizes in different color. Should have never passed quality control.

Very comfortable, however, very slippery on a wet surface

I have an older pair of these shoes and wanted a new pair for 'good'. The new ones are longer, despite being the same size. They went back, unfortunately.

I've worn Merrell Ice for years and loved them. Warm all winter with no socks. Support and plush comfort. This pair is NOT the same. The lining is thin and not the same thick sheep wool. The sizing is crazy big. The support feels like house shoes rather than a supportive shoe. I was so excited to put them on today but Phooey! Hopefully I can find an outlet with an old style. Please go back to your formerr er quality

They don't offer much arch support as other Merrells I've had. I'm disappointed

Unfortunately, the quality Merrell's has lessened over the years & these are no exception. They look & feel cheap.

When I put my flip flops away, these are my go-to shoes for colder weather. I am always excited to see new colors, and I bought the new Shark color, which is a lilac grey. However, there are a few noticeable changes that make me love these less. First, the shearling lining is thin now, and not nearly as warm as previous generations of this clog. These used to be a cozy snug fit and now they are loose and I'll have to get my thickest winter socks to come close to the snug fit I was used to in the past. I am also concerned about the cheapening of the shearling and if it will protect me from the cold Boston winters once those temps arrive. Merrell, please go back to the high quality of the past.

The quality of the fur inside these shoes is WAY inferior to what it used to be. I am very disappointed in this.

I can only give these shoes a 2 because the foot bed is not up to the comfort cushion standard I expected from a Merrell shoe. I have had my favorite all time boots and sandals from Merrell. I thought the footbed cushion was too cheap. The size is accurate. I do wear them for short times, not even for a walk at the mall.
