I have a couple of old pairs of these that I've worn out. They had sheepskin -shearling linings. I thought recent models were lined with man made fleece which I can't wear. Are these made with wool?

Comfortable slides that you can hit the dirt with. I would hike in Crocs but they were too slippery. These have great traction and I'm not afraid of slipping even on hilly dirt trails. Fairly comfortable once you cut the tag out.

I had been given a pair of this model shoe as a gift - they were fantastically comfortable & I loved them. I finally figured out that they were Merrell, but by then I could not read the size. It turns out 9 W is actually too big, but to find this out I had to wear them. I wish there was a place in or near Portland, OR, so that I could try Merrell on before I buy them.

None of Merrill's shoes are what I remember them being like anymore. There was a time Merrill winter Mocs were the only shoe I'd wear at work in the OR, on my feet all day. They were so cushy! Those were the days. I cannot for the life of me find a really good shoe anymore. This one has such a firm sole and prominent arch that they were killing me after about 4 hours. I did keep them to wear outside of work, and they are comfortable for average use, but not for work.

Warm and nice sole. I like the color in olive green. I wear them as slippers.

It runs a half size to a full size larger than you normally take. I have had two pair of these, love them, and wanted to add red to my collection. I ordered my normal size 10, and when they arrived, I had a whole extra inch in back of the shoe. I returned it, with no problems. Unfortunately, they no longer had red in a 9 1/2, so I settled for an extra pair in black! Now, here's the good news! It is extremely comfortable, has great arch support, and is warm!

I have plantar fasciitis and have a hard time finding shoes my feet "like." These are very comfortable! I wear a 36 in Dansko, 37 in Naot, and a 6-6 1/2 US. I ordered 6W in these and they are perfect, allowing for the roominess I like in an around the house shoe. My only complaints would be how very strong the smell of the rubber soles is, took a few weeks and still isn't gone yet. Also, the toes scuffed within a week and all I wear them is as inside slippers. So A+ for fit and comfort, not so much for construction materials.

I had a hard time getting use to the size and weight of the shoes.

I was sorry that the sizes had changed with this style. It was solved.

Have been wearing them to walk my dog during cold weather. They keep my feet warm, and don't slip off. They do run very wide, so I needed a smaller size than I normally wear. They are not too "clunky", and clean up pretty well with a suede brush. Can also be worn inside relaxing. Took a few weeks for the "rubber" smell to disappear. Well made.

I bought these to replace my old pair of fleece merrels that I have worn into the ground. These new ones are very comfy, but I am disappointed they lack the support that the old ones had. My old ones had a nice arch support and really contoured to the foot. I could practically run in them, they were perfect when I was on my feet all day at work. These new ones are more like a pair of sturdy slippers, no real support. They also run large, I am usually 7-7.5 and I wish I bought a 6.5.
