Super cozy but too big.

Had to use huge insole that would not fit in any other shoe. Then was OK, but shoe looks big on foot....is a size too big.

For me, it runs large. I have another pair from years ago that fit fine in size 8.......I ended up with a 7.5 and it's still a little roomy. Very comfortable and warm.

These are super comfortable right out of the box! But they do run very big and wide! I am normally a 7 1/2 W, but the 7M fit me perfectly! Definitely size down on these!

I have an old pair of these in a size 8 - the new ones are way bigger, I might even have gone a full size down but I chose 7.5 instead - still roomy but heavier socks will help. I like the new gray color.

I got a pair same model last year, but this year, there was less fur inside, so the shoes are a little big. I'm keeping them anyway, because I wore them outside before I realized they were slightly too big.

After seeing the reviews, I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. It's still too big! I am returning for another 1/2 size smaller. They are so comfortable!! I really love these shoes.

The shoes felt a half size too large. I normally wear a size 9. I went with the Zappos suggested size 9 1/2 assuming the shoes probably was running smaller in size. But that was not the case. I am returning the size 9 1/2 for a size 9 and hope this size will fit a lot better.

Ran large, but I wear wool socks and they’re EXTRA snuggy.

This is a very good looking show. I usually wear a 7 and ordred the first pair at that size based on the review of Fits to size. Too big, returned it and then ordered the size down 6.5. It arrived today and it is still too big. I will order the 6 now and hope it fits. At this point my foot swims in the shoe.

I went up a half size to leave room for heavy socks but should have just ordered my reg size. And, my last pair of Merrell had a great insole, but this Ice 4 has no arch support. I would reorder in smaller size if it had the Merrell insert/arch support I was expecting

I agree with other reviews; I've worn an 8-8.5 in this and other shoes but find the current design significantly larger than past Encore orders. I've ordered and returned an 8.5 then an 8 and now returning for a 7.5. Hopeful that this fits correctly.

I will preface that I have VERY narrow feet so getting shoes that don't come in a narrow width to fit, it's always a challenge. So I removed the insoles that came w/ these and replaced them w/ a pair of Ugg shearling replacement insoles. The Ugg shearling is WAY nicer. It's thicker and the insole itself is a thicker foam. I realize that may not be an option for everyone but if you have narrower feet, it should work. Super cute shoe. Hubby loved the red. They are definitely a chunky clog but for running a quick errand or taking the dog out w/ out having to put on socks and lace up shoes, these are going to be awesome. I wish that the fabric was waterproof. Maybe I'll Scotchguard them.
