The ankle is REALLY tight. It felt like I was putting a water shoe on. I sent them back.

Yes these are very comfortable shoes , however its not the greatest quality at all . Very Flat soles as well the arch around your ankles no support what so ever . I guess for the price is what you get right . I wouldn’t recommend these styles at all

These sneakers were the hardest to get on and one of the most uncomfortable pair of sneakers ever tried. Big mistake buying my normal size and bringing on vacation.

I love NB shoes. They are the only sneaker/sports shoes that are comfortable for me. I've tried putting on the shoe to see how it fits and the back side of the shoe ripped. :D And this particular shoe is actually half a size bigger than my regular size (I am size 8) these are 8 1/2. Also, I am 137 lb. Don't have bony or chubby feet. It got ripped in the back pulling the hook so I am returning it. I am disappointed with the quality of the material and workmanship. I will still buy NB but I hope that they find a better factory/workmanship place to design and make NB shoes.

Wide enough, but not enough support.

The shoe felt good walking around the house. Felt true to size. I went out for a 3 mile run and came back with a blister on my heel. Haven’t had issues with my other New Balance shoes. Would be nice to have a return policy for happy run feet as I’m stuck paying for a pair of shoes I can’t wear!

Can't tell you how they feel because I can't get them on! I was excited to receive these shoes. They looked beautiful! The shoe width looked adequate for a wide width. But I was so disappointed! I couldn't get them on because the opening is too small! I thought that laceup shoes would have a loose sided tongue that would open up to slide my foot in. But it's completely attached, leaving an opening I could fit my wrists into, but not my ankles! Did manufacturer forget that most people with wide feet also have wider ankles??? This shoe is useless to me. I'll have to return them.

I have other New Balance shoes that i LOVE so tried these. Well....these are kind of weird shoes, with the tongue more of a ruffle. I had hopes for comfort and wore them on a trial walk. Oh boy, returned 30 mins later, removed the shoes and had 2 toes on my left foot rubbed raw from the asymmetrical lacing section of shoe. Very painful. Cannot wear these AT ALL. I would say the toe box is a little narrow and tight?

I do not recommend buying these. The soles wore out in about 6 months. I rotate my shoes, so they were not used daily.

this v2 foam lacks the cushion of the fresh foam that the previous generation had. I’m a teacher and these are not cushy enough for all day on the go and standing for long periods of time for me.

The shoe has no arch support that you can feel, you sink into the foam every time you plant your foot, and the outer foam is so soft that you'll rub it away so that your shoe is junk in a very short period. Unless you like the feeling of running on a sponge and having to buy expensive shoes each month, you should stay away. I am shocked that NB would make a shoe like this and I'm ready to switch brands as a result.

This style was so small I couldn’t get my foot inside. I had to return.

Zero support very flat with little ushioning

NB used to be my go to with my wide feet but with the attached tongue, I can’t even get them on.

I have a very high arch and these shoes do not have a typical tongue to them....it is a collar that is all attached to the shoe and doesn't move over at all when putting the shoe on. I could not even get my foot into the shoe due to the one piece collar.

I walk a lot and far bought these as walking shoes...and now I have shin splints. The soles are thin and they provide no support. Go for the $150 version instead of these. These are a waste if you are looking to use them for loads of activity.

Fine fit and size, comfortable, attractive but with no support of any kind it was completely wrong for me. I returned them immediately.

New balance’s new heel design does not work for my foot. I just slip right out!

I've been a NB customer for ages and these are the WORST shoes I have ever purchased. The lace cage is is made of an inflexible plastic that has resulted in bruising across my metatarsal. I've tried different lacing combinations with no relief. Looks like I'll be in the market for a new brand.
