Really liked these sneakers except that the tab in the back of the shoe at the heel was unusually high. If not for that, I would have kept them. Disappointed to have to return.

New Balance has always been my go to with narrow feet but these felt wide rather than narrow.

I really wanted these to work. They're sooooo lightweight! However I ordered a 7W which I always order in a running shoe as I wear thorlos socks and they're bulky. (my normal size is a 6.5) Put these on and they were tight. Put on an older, thinner pair of thorlos and they were still too tight. Toe box is certainly not wide, and the heel was digging in. Such a shame because they're an attractive shoe and I've never had anything so lightweight. But back they go as they're crushing my feet.

I like the style however a couple of the style elements did not work for me personally. At the bottom of the laces there is a leather strip that goes across the top at an angle. That stip of leather I could feel on the top of my foot. The heel was also a problem. Love the easy on/off heel however there is a molded cushion that goes around the inside of the heel that was uncomfortable for me.

Ordered the regular medium width in 5 1/2. Opened box and one of the shoes had a label indicating it was a wide. One shoe was regular size, one was wide. Shoe was ok, didn't love it. Given the error in the sizing, I'm returning. Probably won't reorder.

I didn’t care for the soft heel counter or the attached tongue. It was extremely difficult to get on over a brace due to both those factors. It was very lightweight which was a bonus.

I like this shoe and got it because my husband likes his of the same style in men's. Unfortunately, I don't think it has enough support for my arches so I am going to use it for biking because I wore them outside before I realized this. Also, the top can get uncomfortable.

I was looking for a simple, light shoe to wear around the house. These are light, but despite ordering wide, my little toe hangs off the insole. The high heel back rubbed on my archives area, leaving my skin raw feeling despite a thin sock. I wear a wide in other NB, so these should fit, but don't.

These shoes were too small for me. But they would be comfortable, if I had a larger size. They are very plain.

I ordered a half size bigger than usual and they were too long. I talked to customer service and got a recommendation for another pair that has worked out great.

These shoes don't have a regular tongue and run really narrow. There is minimal arch support and don't have room for orthotics.

I Love NB. However, I tried putting these shoes on, and one pair (the half-size bigger one) broke immediately. The pull tab in the back of the shoe is skinny and made from thin fabric. It is similar to a thin ribbon. The stitching was not strong and the pull itself was skinny. I have other NBs they are great. I didn't force my feet into the shoe. I had no problem placing size 8 on my feet (my actual size), but half size bigger shoe (8 1/2) had the problem. As soon as I tried one shoe and I didn't even pull the tab. I just hold it, and it got loose from the stitches. I will still purchase NB shoes. They are the on;y shoes I feel comfortable in and they look great. I wish that NB choose better materials or better factories to build this style of shoe. They look great and feel great. I had to send it back :(

Not wide enough to make walking comfortable

I WANTED to love these. However, the attached tongue made it IMPOSSIBLE to get my foot fully into the shoe to see if it even fit. The leather/suede middle band that has the logo on it felt very tight and much tighter than a New Balance wide width usually is. Sadly, they have to go back. The style is adorable.

Felt almost an entire size too small. Could barely fit my foot in.

These are uncomfortable because I have wide feet AND a high arch. Why is the tongue all one piece? I did not expect this from NB. I actually bought these shoes to replace a less expensive pair that have stretch laces and the tongue attached. I could not get those shoes on my feet because of my high arches. I really expected a better fit and more flexibility in being able to adjust the tightness from NB, based on past experience. From now on I'm going to have to look at the pics and reviews very carefully. Disappointed because this was a brand that I trusted to fit. I feel let down. That said, they are very light weight and cute in light grey. The D width works fine even though I often buy WW or EE width. My only complaint is that they are too tight around my ankle and difficult to get on.

I've been wearing New Balance shoes for a long time; I have wide feet and a high instep and NB shoes almost always fit me well. Not these shoes though. They did not feel wide at all, and they pinched my feet along the top. The tongue of the shoe is sewn in, so there is no way to get a looser fit. Flawed design in my opinion, not a great choice for folks with wide feet.

I was willing to give this lighter sneaker a chance, but it didn't last as long and didn't seem to offer as much support as the heavier sneaker. I live in cold weather and these shoes let a lot more of the cold air in.

I was not a fan of the heel. It felt flimsy and not at all supportive.

Very comfy but looked strange at the back part of the shoe where the rubber meets the shoe. Almost looks like they matched up the wrong size upper with the wrong size sole of the shoe. Had to return due to the odd appearance.

Not enough cushion, don’t feel supported, these run large size down.

The Zappo's Product Information about the shoe is inaccurate. The shoe does NOT have a 4 mm drop, as stated. The drop feels more like an 8 mm to 10 mm drop. The shoe itself is very attractive but my foot cannot tolerate the larger drop.

They fit fairly well, but were nearly impossible to get into. Someone made the tongue attach to the side of the shoe so you can't loosen the laces to get them on and at the same time the heel has no integrity, so you end up standing on the heel of the shoe, trying to force a finger between the heel and the shoe to pull it up. I shredded one of the pull up loops trying to get into one until I got fed up and asked Zappo's to allow me to return them. They kindly did. I should have written to New Balance and told them what a design error they made. And besides, they were made in Vietnam, not the U.S.

I exchanged this pair for NB Foam 680. This pair has an attached tongue which will not work on my foot as I have to tie the laces with a skip space to keep pressure off the top of my foot. This was not visible in any picture on website. Exchange was quick and easy
