These are great, lightweight comfortable shoes. Some people didn’t like that the tongue is attached to the shoe, but that didn’t bother me at all. These fit true to size.

They were purchased for a person needing relief from sore and tired feet from standing all day teaching. She could not believe what a difference it made in a new shoe that was very comfortable and the cushioning solved her tired legs and feet. She is now a solid New Balance fan and wants another pair for Christmas.

In size 10 it is a tad too short. My toes were touching. I wear a 10 solid in all other brands. The black is a nice dark charcoal

These shoes were cute and comfortable but didn't give quite enough support for me. The sole was a little too bendy, and the arch support was minimal.

These shoes have been great for regular wear or short walks and felt great on my feet as I recovered from a foot injury. For longer walks I needed a more supportive shoe.

Just too hard to put on for my arthritic hands

if I could have chose ¼ size smaller, I would have. while they are a bit smaller than the size 9 I would except, I kept them.

I wish I had ordered a half size larger.

I like these as they are comfortable to walk in. But my toes push against the top side of the shoes in the wides. There’s not enough room in there for me.

The shoe fits comfortably. I didn't realize there is no tongue which makes it a little difficult to slip on. I suspect over a short period of time that the back heel will lose it's stability due to the difficulty slipping the foot into the shoe. I am keeping the shoes because they are comfortably enough, but will not buy it again.

Shoe comfortable, fits well. I would have preferred the tongue being separate rather than all one piece with the rest of the shoe. I'm not sure this shoe will last as long as my old pair of NewBalance but I'm happy.

The inside "tongue" came up so high that it pressed uncomfortably against my ankle. Had to return.

I normally wear 7 1/2 WW (yes, I have them measured regularly), and I know from past purchases that NB runs short so I ordered accordingly. The 8W is just about a perfect 7 1/2WW. A tiny bit too large, but I just wear heavier socks. These are extremely lightweight and well cushioned, both of which are important to me as I have moderate rheumatoid arthritis in both feet. Oftentimes, shoes recommended for arthritic feet are big, clunky Frankenstein shoes, with little cushioning and no flexibility. These are a great alternative for me.

Very comfortable toe box and support, but the shoe is cut high around the ankle and that bothers me some. I have a high arch, so it might not bother others.

Nice fit and beautiful color. The shoe might actually be a bit small for a size 5 because it fit me even though I normally wear a 4 1/2 women's.

Comfortable, if not a bit "cheap" feeling. The attached tongue is also a bit annoying, but, really, overall, not a bad shoe.

Perfect fit. Comfortable...even wore them hiking!

Nice comfy shoe as others pointed out they are slip on with tieable laces. The tongue comes up pretty high. Still not sure if keeping

My first purchase I got these in a size 9.5 wide, which is my true size. As I opened the box and saw how small they were, I was concerned they wouldn't fit. As I guessed, they didn't fit me at all. I couldn't even get my whole foot into the shoe and I untied the laces. Thinking about whether to size up in foot size or width size, I really wasn't sure. When I tried to complete an exchange online, I had to call customer service in order to complete it. Thankful the process wasn't too stressful and it only took about 20 minutes. The next available size up they had was a 10.5, which I was really unsure about. But I decided to go with that size because I really liked the shoes and needed another pair for work. The second pair came today and I'm very pleased to report they fit perfectly!

I tend to have swelling in my legs and feet so trying to get these shoes on with the tongue sewn in was a challenge. Once I got them on, they were very comfortable but I don’t like to struggle putting my shoes on. I will probably be returning them.

I've tried too-many-to-count athletic/sneakers that failed in the comfort and support category. This one comes closest to providing support for my high arches and having enough cushion. I can't rely on reviews of so many shoes that attest to good arch support; I tried and the insole was NOT supportive and left the balls of my feet throbbing and my toes numb. So yes, my feet are fussy--I so wish I could just put on most any shoe like many of you out there (so envious!) and go! All that said, this shoe may come closest to being OK. I haven't put it to the full-on walk test so we'll see. So far for casual wear it seems fine. I would add that it's a flimsy shoe and questionable if it will hold up, but that's probably to be expected given the lower price point. I actually kinda like that it's lighter weight--not a big beefy shoe--and the knit material will be breathable for summer. But hey Zappos!! As much as I love you I would really really appreciate it if the manufacturers would include type of arch support they've built into the shoe. It seems like the athletic shoe manufacturers, especially New Balance, have just decided to go cheap and put a basic hard insole in, leaving it up to customers to buy an insert. Another thing I'd like to see is for manufacturers to state if the shoe runs narrower or is good for wider feet.

Great fit, very comfortable!
