Bought the same size I wore in previous Hyperion edition. Should've gone a size down. The responsiveness of the foam is fantastic. Have done speed workouts up to 15-mile progressives in them. But, the foam feels slippery in wet conditions. Also, once the shoe is soaked (doesn't take long in South Florida conditions) the sole insert is sliding back. Most likely because I got a half-size too big, but I preferred the non-removable sole in previous edition. Overall happy with the updates 120+ miles on, and looking forward to proper sizing next time! Will def rebuy.

Great shoe so far. The midsole cushioning is very responsive and great for long runs. However the tongue on both of my shoes moves quite a bit down and to the side. Once they sort that out then the shoe will garner a five star rating in my opinion.

I would give them a 5 but I feel there is room for improvement, one thing is the insoles are not great, I swapped out with the levitate 3 insoles and they are a lot better. Also and this is just me but I have a metal plate in my ankle and the ankle opening on these shoes could be just a hair lower, I have never had a problem with the levitate 2 or 3 with ankle opening. Other than that, running in these are awesome it's like if have springs in my heals like the old school "Superballs" that are super bouncy. The Blue souls are neat but they do remind me of that really good packing foam but still cool. The uppers have really neat style and are super breathable, I do hope with all the perferations they don't have a short life span but so far so good!

Extremely light and responsive shoe. Rolls nicely through each strides. Great daily trainer shoe. The midsole is amazing and I hope Brooks uses it in future versions of other shoes. The outsole has more traction than I expected it to have on wet roads

Not as well made as my last pair and I really am not a fan of the stretchy laces

Just ok. Comfortable but Seem flimsy for such an expensive shoe (although the sale price was good). Had an Adrenaline GTS that I liked better. These don't seem like they will hold up very long.

Historically, I have almost exclusively worn Ghosts. I decided to try these because they were half off. While they are comfortable and make a great casual shoe, they don't even come close to providing the 'spring in my step' the Ghost does.
The bottom line is that as a casual shoe, they are great, but as a running shoe, they are not so much for me.

Light weight. Responsive. Great for speed work. Biggest problem is the insole moves around. Bunches up under the midsole of your foot. Super annoying.

They are not as good as I thought they would be. A bit stiff on the sole. I run about 10 miles a week. They shoe is very light which was cool. Don't hate them but also not in love with them either. I should have went up a half size.

Not a fan of the tongue as others have pointed out. It feels like the inner part below my foot has started to turn upwards on the right hand shoe. I will continue to use this for a little longer but at this moment I am not the biggest fan of this model; I can see it being appealing to others

Good shoe for shorter workouts but I developed a bad blood blister on the outside of my foot from running hard in these. Great shoes otherwise but had to donate my pair (and return the second one I ordered after a few runs in the first pair) due to this issue.

These shoes are one of the lightest shoes I have found. I walk at 4.2-4.9 on the treadmill and can only run about 5 minutes at a time but these shoes are really light which helps. The only downside is that these shoes run small, I bought 9.5 and think maybe a full size up would have been better because they are also a little narrow. If the shoe fit better I would have given them a 5 star.

I really enjoyed the upper and the fit was great. The midsole is harder than I would of liked and didn't allow the shoe to mold to my foot. The shoe feels durable and should easily last more than 400 miles.

The weight of the shoe is fantastic. It feels fast on your feet. As I was running in these shoes, I found myself wanting a tad more cushioning on the ball of my foot. Additional cushioning would add weight to the shoe, but it's so light, to begin with, I don't think it would be a deal breaker.

I am not happy with the support of this shoe. I have run in Ghosts for a long time and decided to try these. The lateral support just doesn't exist.

Thin tongue cuts into top of foot. Otherwise it's pretty cool.

I never got a chance to fully review this shoe (and 3-stars may be unfair). The shoe was way too narrow for me and caused pain on the outside parts of my feet. If you have wider feet, you'll probably need to pass on this shoe.

I really like how they are light weight.I know they're meant for tempo runs 5K-10k but I used them on a long run and managed my goal training pace for the marathon training block I am in.They don't provide a whole lot of cushion and support but they are fast and still comfortable.

Great looking shoes. They are super light. They feel flat..not enough cushion for me, back to my ghosts.

I got these on sale thinking maybe they were being discontinued or something but I come to realize that's just the normal "sale"price at all times. I am fairly new to jogging and run at most 3 miles at a time and at first thought maybe I needed to break these in a little longer. They are comfortable for daily use, walking around to run errands, but would not particularly recommend this style for jogging in. I will be trying a different style of brooks before purchasing another pair of hokas.
