My 3 star rating is NOT about the quality of the sneakers. I wear a 6.5 WW, have bunions, flat and over-pronated feet. The sneakers give you the "support" and the inside cushion, but in doing do so, the sneaker is rigid to walk in. So, like me, if someone has flexibilty problems with their feet/ankle, these sneakers may be problematic. The several times I tried to wear them, I fell, not having the flexibility to bend enough and push through the shoe. I will have to look for a different, well cushioned sneaker, with a wide toe box and a more flexible sole. Good luck to me!

Ordered this product in March 2021. Product is what I needed, as it works well with my over pronation. It is the second pair of Brooks that I have purchased. However, it has only been 9 months and I am seeing hole in the top of them shoe. These shoes are only worn 3-4 times a week when I play golf and exercise. Based on my previous experience with Brooks I hope this is an anomaly but am really rethinking what I will replace with.

Realized I needed W and these did the trick. Great heel and arch support. However, there's not enough sponge in the area of the ball of the foot and after a three-mile walk at a brisk pace, the balls of my feet are aching. May have to return. Bought a $49 orthotic to help, but that seems a drag to buy a new shoe and then have to spend basically $50 to get what I need.

I bought these because I read they are good for flat footed runners. Wore them for multiple long runs and tried to give them a chance, but my feet and ankles still hurt, and I still get blisters. Just not the shoe for me, but everyone’s feet are different.

I don’t know if Brooks changed their design or my feet changed but the last two pair of Brooks haven’t been good. It’s time to try another brand.

I just can’t seem to find a shoe that fits properly and is comfortable. Granted, I have big feet, size 12ish, and have had several surgeries on my right foot, but all I want is a pair of shoes to be comfortable and provide good arch support. Thank goodness Zappos is great to deal with!

I bought a half size bigger per the web site recommendation and it is slightly too big. I wish I would have bought true to size.

I've worn these shoes in the past, and have an old pair in the closet for comparison. Like the Glycerin 19, this shoe has a significantly higher heel collar, which rubs my ankle in all the wrong places. This seems to be a trend with Brooks, and one that is very disappointing. In addition, they seem to have adjusted their sizing, so that what once fit well is now too large.

always try shoes after my shift at the hospital when my feet are the most tired. The shoe felt tied almost like i need it to up a size. i sent them back.

I have been a longtime Brooks Running shoes fan. I usually purchase the Adrenaline shoes in a 1/2 size bigger than my usual shoe size. This years style runs bigger than those in years previously. I feel that the shoe quality this year is also much cheaper overall. I am disappointed with these shoes.

I wanted to love this shoe! Good padding on sole, WIDE TO BOX!, and soft comfortable fit. Then, I walked in them. It seems that they are designed to prevent interior pronation and cause the weight to be shifted to more of the outside of the foot, rather than distirbuted evenly across the bottom of the shoe. This caused a major problem in that even though there was a great wide toe box that I coveted, it made the outside of my foot shift towards the outer edge of the shoe along the joint line of the sole of the shoe and the side of the shoe. It really hurt when I walked. I tried to shift my foot over so it was sitting directly in the middle of the sole, but it wouldn't stay there. So sad. I love the wide toe box.

I will be returning these. The sides are much higher than my previous pair- which will run on my ankle. Plus the toe box was much too wide for me. Interesting how much the fit has changed since my 19 pair.

The toe area was too wide while the heel fit perfectly. The cut on side is too high as it rubbed on my ankle bone.

Not as supportive as Ghost

I have 4 pair of Brooks adrenaline sneakers including 1 pair of 20 GTS, This is a disappointment the fit isn't the same and not comfortable for the ball of your foot. I will look for the Adrenaline 20 GTS model

After wearing the shoe a full day, felt uncomfortable mainly in the heel. Wore the shoe a second time and the fit feels uncomfortable. Returning

I did as many reviews suggested, instead of my normal size 7, I ordered 7.5 and the fit was perfect. The shoe was wonderful for about an hour. Once my foot settled into the lovely cushy insole, the edge of the shoe rubbed my ankles. Pain! Back they go and it makes me sad because I thought I had finally found a great sneaker.

This would have been a good shoe for me, but the pair was defective. The sole of one of the shoes was attached incorrectly to the upper, so the foot (my foot) did not sit squarely in the shoe/on the sole. I have never had this issue before and didn’t have it with the other shoe. Back they went. (Ordered usual ½ size up for running shoes and the fit was correct.)

I tried really hard to love this shoe but the padding or lack of padding in the ball of my foot was a real problem.

Tried to wear these but on the right foot the right side of my foot hurts. Seems there isn't enough support for the bed of my foot. Also I might should have sent these back and got a size 9 instead of 8.5.
