Omg!!! I found my shoe! I have horrible feet. One foot has bunions/hammer toe. The other a fractured ankle with hardware. I can’t have anything touching the inner part of my ankle on that foot. I have flat feet and need support, a wider toe box but regular heel. My feet also tend to pronate so I need a shoe that checks all of these boxes as well as doesn’t aggravate a mild case of Plantar Facsitis. These shoes check ALL of those boxes. Comfortable right out of the box! I normally wear an 8 1/2 M and bought 9 1/2 M and they fit perfectly. Have walked 4-5 miles in them with comfort and ease. I love Brooks!!

Nice snug fit but not too tight. Was even asked what shoe I was wearing, by a stranger, while walking on the beach. She liked the look and asked about support.

Fit and size were spot on. Love the GTS 21. I really like some of the new 21 features like the tapered tongue and side ridges. Also love the shoe lace, but that was new with the 20 GTS. Super comfy. Great support and terrific cushioning. Brooks never disappoints.

First I'd like to say Thank You to all of Zappos support team, everyone has been so helpful. I'm new to Brooks, I now have 3 pairs. I have ran in Nike Pegasus for a million yrs., so it seems. I'm impressed with the feel of Brooks shoes, the stability is amazing, cushioning without being mushy. The other 2 pair I own are the Revel 4. I believe I'm sold on Brooks.

I have bunions and over pronate, need good arch support. The Wide shoe was too tight across the toes and instep but feels great for support. Fortunately the shoe is available in XWide, although not in my color of choice. Crossing my fingers.

Really happy with my purchase. They are comfortable and so light weight. Great arch support. I read reviews to order a 1/2 size up. I did, and it felt a bit too big. So I re-ordered my usual size (9) and they are perfect. I have slightly wide feet but didn’t get wide, and again they seem just right for my feet. Will use them mostly for my elliptical work outs and long walks.

This is my first experience with Brooks. I ordered two - one in narrow and one in medium width. I returned the medium and love the fit of the narrow having a narrow foot! Not a lot of walking shoes come in narrow - so grateful that Zappos carried these. So far so good - a perfect walking shoe for me!

I really like the fit of this style Brooks shoe. I like that they are lightweight and have a wide toe base. I highly recommend this running shoe

I have always worn Brooks Adrenaline and I am happy to find the GTS 21still fit and feel the same. Great sneaker.

This is my first time wearing Brooks and I’ll never go back to anything else. The fit is very supportive and comfortable. I have a 5k coming up and I’ve been training in them 3 times a week and so far I have no complaints. They’re lightweight and a perfect fit.

Brooks are the only running shoe I wear!! These are light weight and the arch and width is very comfortable.

Love the Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoe! I’ve been wearing this shoe exclusively for 8 years! I regularly hike in all kinds of terrain, averaging anywhere from 3-8 miles/day. This shoe holds up well and maintains support for at least 8 months before I replace it with a new pair. I have a history of plantar fasciitis and as long as I use a Powerstep Protech arch support in combination with this shoe, my feet are great!!

Fit and size are just as expected, materials are so soft and comfortable, enough room if you plan to use orthotics, outstanding heel and arch support. Whether you are a brooks running shoes recurrent customer or first time buyer, I warranty you wont regret buying Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, Its worth the money! Don't go cheap on your footwear, sometimes can cost you more down the road.

The shoe is comfortable.

I have been wearing the Adrenaline for years. It fits my custom made shoe inserts comfortably. I need a stability shoe for running and the construction of this shoe provides that with very nice styling. Brooks always offers great colors. I love the lavender color in the 2021 model.

I have run in Brooks Adrenaline GTS for years. I did not realize how much I needed new running shoes until these arrived. Love the cushion, support, and lightweight these provide. I do wish Brooks would consistently make fun colors and prints. I only use these for running, so something fun, even a bit crazy would be welcome.

Perfect, total comfort

I have bunions, a narrow heel, and a high arch, so finding running shoes (any shoes... LOL) is a challenge. I loved the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 14 and have looked every year since then at the Adrenaline models. None were close, but these are by far the closest to them. Slightly softer, but very comfortable, and decent stability. Soft over the bunion area and the laces stay tied. I've been running in them for a couple of months, and they are working well. These are a winner!

Great running shoes with support. I overpronate a little and these help correct that. It’s also a bonus that my teenagers told me my running shoes were sick!

I'm a longtime wearer of Sauconys, having been mislead by their website (their return policy is very unclear) and underserved by their customer service department (no refunds, and they don't care) I was looking for a different brand. (To be clear this was *not* through Zappos but through their own website. I just prefer to spend my money with companies who seem to care about my business.) I've dealt with foot pain due to plantar fasciitis I'm pretty insistent on good support. I ordered 3 pair to compare: Saucony Omnis, On Cloud 5, and Brooks Adrenaline. These were the clear winner. I like a shoe with cushion in addition to support, this had it all. Initially there was a spot on the inner ankle that was hitting funny, but given the 30 day run guarantee, it felt like a safe bet to try them more. I do think I've found a new shoe brand. Couple of notes on the other brands/models: Sauconys I wear down to the foam in about 6 months. This is about 550 miles (walking, not running), and while that's within the range, I'm hoping to get a bit more wear out of a different brand with a different style tread. On Clouds - I know these are a really popular brand for many people with foot concerns, but I wouldn't have even known they were an expensive shoe given how they felt on my foot. They were hard, uncomfortable, and not for me.

This model of shoe fits me well, and supports my flat feet. I've have been buying as many as I can in my size--a solid 9 1/2-- before they are gone. But I'm disappointed that sizing is not consistent between colors. The recommendations are to size up, but the 9 1/2 in some colors is perfect. In other colors, the 9 1/2 is too small--like the toe box is crimped down at the tip. And the 10 is too big and I'm tripping over my feet.

These shoes are heaven the first few months. This is my second pair and they seem to only feel great for about 5 months. I wear these as everyday shoes so I'm not sure why they don't seem to last that long.
