I wear a size 11 medium width Hoka Bondi running shoe (this shoe isn't available in my size in narrow, which I would prefer), a size 12 in Nike (again, narrow when available), and a size 12 Narrow in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 women's running shoe. The Narrow fit of the Brook's shoecontours to my foot very well. Hoka Bondi in Medium width fits fine. Nike's tend to need to be Narrow but depends on the shoe for me. Hope this comparison helps for others trying to find the correct fit for this shoe. As another reviewer wrote previously, I also wish that they would offer more color selections in the larger sizes than they do - the only option for size 12 Narrow is light"oyster" grey/ light blue.

This is my third pair of Adrenalines so I knew to get 1/2 size larger - really like them!!

These shoes are SO very comfortable while supplying just the right amount of support. I have worn the GTS 19's for several years and moved to the 21's with no regrets other than price! The base is firm yet comfortable. I believe I have found the perfect shoe for my walking addiction. I do not run, but walk at a very fast pace and with purpose. Highly recommend these shoes!

Very comfortable, fit nicely. Purchased them to start seriously running again after achilles tendon surgery in 2018. Color is slightly more yellow than pictured. So far so good.

Fit, size and comfort were excellent. However, the color was not as I saw it on the website. This color is more dingy/dirty looking in person. I'll purchase this shoe again, but I was just not happy with this color. I wish Brooks would revamp their colors all the way around. I fell like the consumer is stuck with purples and aqua teals over and over again.

It's good. Unfortunately the fabric on the back of the heel is pilling.

I am VERY happy with these shoes! As a "senior" person with already wide feet, I finally decided to try a double E size (extra wide) and they fit perfectly!! I'll remember this from now on! I hope width sizes D and EE are available in a greater variety of shoes.

I love the Brooks Adrenaline. This is my third pair. Very comfortable fit and good support. I have have troublesome feet and a now healing back problem. I tried another brand and in very short time, came back to the Adrenaline. These shoes made a big difference for me.

A perfect fit for my feet…snug on the heel, nice arch support, soft on the ball of my feet, good cushion and support. Great color selection, too. Soft fabric, slightly stretchy laces, lightweight. Great for walking with no more aches from arthritis. I chose a 1/2 size larger than the Asics I used to wear. These are more expensive, but worth the quality and comfort.

Large toe box, great for a wide foot. My Brooks Adrenaline 19 have a more narrow toe box which I like better, but I love the support so I'll stick with this shoe.

I put about a million miles on shoes and these are by far my favorite for tread and comfort. Worth every penny and very cool to look at too!

I got these shoes for work(nurse)-I work 7 on 7 off 12hr graveyard. On my feet alot. I have to say before i got these adrenaline gts 21 my feet always hurt and my calf’s ached alot but no longer- I ????????them! They are a perfect fit for me.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have worn Brooks Glycerine for years and these Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes are the best fitting and most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. I have narrow foot with high arch and ordered a 7.5 regular size and the fit is perfect. I have terrible knees and I can feel the stabilization these shoes provide. Love these shoes for the comfort and style! Highly recommend!

Fits perfect, super comfortable, AND because of the color choices you have on Zappos so much fun to choose! I wear them all day.

I get so many compliments on these and the best part is I can tell them just how comfortable they are! I have nothing but good things to say about these shoes!

I had a total knee replacement and needed shoes that were supportive to help me recover. I have one pair that was extra wide for initial swelling and another pair that was regular wide for every day wear after a period of time. They are lightweight and comfortable. PT and doctor approved!

Great shoes for working out. Perfect amount of cushion and arch support. I ordered 1/2 a size larger than my normal size but I always do with running shoes. These fit exactly as expected.

very comfortable and really keeps my knees straight. I use orthotics and this shoe has room in front and doesn’t throw my foot forward.

Love this shoe!!!! I thought Ryka was the end all be all. Not true- this is a fabulous shoe. My podiatrist got me to try it. Comfortable and supportive right out of the box!

I have a high instep so I have to leave the last hole or TWO unused and tie them below. The size I ordered is half a size larger than I actually take and the fit is perfect so I guess these particular shoes run a little small. Lovely shoes! Feel great.
