I finally wore these outside after sitting in box. Thought they were great at first. It’s the annoying back of the heel..,cut way too high and “collapses” when you put on. Only remedy is unlace completely. Flimsy material.

I would love this shoe except that the tongues are too long and chaff my ankles no matter what sock I wear or how I lace them. I'm really disappointed in the design. I don't know who tested them but can't be the only one they bother. I'm considering cutting off the end of the tongues so I can at least use them for a while.

The side guide rails made this shoe too stiff with limited flexibility. Also the tongue was pointed and irritating due to its extra length.

So disappointed in this shoe. I’ve been wearing Adrenaline’s for at least 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review. If I could return them after wearing, I would. They do not support my ankles at all...have never had this issue with Brooks before. I’m having ankle pain that I haven’t had in over ten years. I’ve even laced them up to the top hole, and they are not working for me at all. Please, fix this!!!

After years of not running, I started again during the pandemic. I bought GTS 20, which I loved from the minute I put them on--but after several hundred miles, I needed to retire them. I bought the GTS 21. I was bummed that the colors were kind of boring and ugly, but really, having a good shoe was more important. Zappos recommended sizing up a half size, which I did ... but regretted, although the smaller size probably would have been too small. The shoe overall feels flat and unsupportive, and it feels like there was less cushioning and spring, not more. Everything just feels 'off', they're not very comfortable. They're going back. I found a new pair of the old GTS 20. I'm holding out hope that the GTS 22 will be better.

I take a 9.5 B in Brooks. This was tight without even standing up! I tried to loosen the laces but my big toe was at the top. I think I'd need a 10 or 10.5 but I'm too tired to keep swapping them out. How sizing could be so inconsistent between models in their line is truly amazing. These aren't cheap by any stretch. Come on Brooks, please get your act together. I have been a loyal customer for many years willing to pay premium prices for a premium product. Sadly, I'm not feeling it. The Ghosts, Glycerins and Adrenaline GTS all fit totally different even at the same size and width!!!

I have ordered Brooks Adrenaline for years. This shoe felt off from the start but I ran for about a week. Then, I visited my local running store and learned that sometimes Zappos and Amazon will receive second-runs of shoes. So, I tried on the exact model and it was a night and day difference than the Zappos version. I know it sounds odd but I experienced this first hand and moving forward, I'll be going to my local store or, ordering multiple versions of the same shoe.

Love this brand but these shoes were obviously not new! The box arrived damaged, the paper inside was torn, and the shoes had marks on the bottoms as if they'd been worn. Do better, Zappos!

Bought the shoes in April of 2021. By September of 2021 - all the material in the heel is gone. I've bought this same brand/model on a yearly basis for 5 years now and this is the first time they've literally disintegrated within 6 months. I don't know what changes Brooks made for the 2021 model year but whatever those changes are - they need to reverse them for model year 2022.

I've previously worn and loved the Adrenaline line but these felt like cheap discount store brand shoes. The quality is severely lacking as is any support. Do not recommend for anyone who actually needs a shoe to support their foot.

I've been wearing Adrenaline for a while. This newer model is not comfortable. Brooks made the tounge in the shoe so narrow that you wind up with bruises on the tops of your feet.

So strange. I ordered this shoe (medium grey/lavender) and another shoe, same style, same size (light grey /light blue). I was surprised to find that the fabric / pattern on the 2 shoes are different. I don’t know if that made a difference, but the medium grey/lavender shoe was much tighter in the toe box than the other shoe, same style number, same size. I even reordered it in a half size larger to see if it made a difference but it did not in the toe box width. Too bad, I really like the colors but the shoe has to fit correctly.

I have 3 pairs of Adrenaline GTS (2018 and 2020) and they have been great. It was time for a replacement. Just purchased the 2021 version and they are going back. The insoles are very different. I felt a big lump under the pad of my foot where toes meet foot. I also felt that my foot was leaning forward vs flat, especially walking around with one of the old and one of the new shoes on. I am really bummed, these were my go to shoes. Why mess with what was working so well?

I love the look of these shoes, but they were one of the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever worn. I own two pairs of Brooks Revel's and love them, so figured I'd give the Adrenaline a try because I wanted a white sneaker with gray. Sadly after taking them on one walk, I had to cut my walk short because the tounge kept cutting into my foot so badly it was painful. Also, I didnt think these had as much arch support as the Revel's. They are getting returned.

Not sure what’s happened to Brooks but something has changed in a bad way. Worn them for 20 years and never had a reason to try a different brand. The last 3-4 pairs I’ve bought have absolutely killed my feet, and what little support they have new is gone after a month. Tried Beast, Ghost and Adrenalin’s. All terrible. Disappointed..

Ugly shoe and very little support. They shouldn't be shown for people who over pronate.

I had to return these because they added some stability support around the ankle the hurt. It rubbed up against my ankle bone. These are my favorite running shoes so I bought two pairs of the 20s. I hope they fix this problem by next year!

I was so excited to get the newest version of the Brooks Adrenaline and loved the color. Put them on today and instantly noticed a big difference around my ankles. So stiff and rubbed on my ankle bone. I am returning these and will stick to the 20s. I hope they fix this problem as I love running in this sneaker.
