Good comfort, support- but using it as easy trail walking shoe. Wear size 14.

Find the uppers extremely comfortable. However, they midsole seems to be not as "soft" on landing as the GTS20. Not sure if it's a shoe difference or if it just feels stiffer since I'm going from a pair of GTS20s with 400-500 miles to a new pair of shoes

I love these shoes EXCEPT for two issues: 1) The inside heel area fabric begins tearing and falling apart soon after I start to wear them. By the end of the shoes' life 3-4 months down the road, that area is completely destroyed, just from putting the shoes on and taking them off. I REALLY hope this has been remedied in the '22 models. 2) Over time, the foot bed "slides" off to one side or the other, meaning my feet end up "leaning" to the left or right unevenly over the sole. I've continued to buy the Adrenalines, and sometimes Ghosts, for well over ten years now, because of their comfort and the fact that they are available in 2E widths. I just keep hoping the two issues mentioned will get resolved, thus making the shoes perfect.

Great comfort and fit, my only complaint is the little plastic piece in the front sometimes bends and feels funny against the toes. Overall a great shoe, i'm on my second pair.

Great comfort but definitely runs long compared to other styles of Brooks.

At least a 4, possibly a 5. So far I have been "breaking them in" with 3 to 4 miles walks. This next week they will become my primary running shoe. I am looking forward to it. They are both soft and firm - supportive would be the best way of describing them. Love the feel.

This is my second pair of adrenaline gts 21s in Black/Blue Jewel/Nightlife color combo. They feel great and provide just the right amount of support for my running style. I?d give them a 5 star review, but one of the laces broke within 2 weeks and I couldn?t get a replacement from Brooks, although they did say I could just return the shoes. I guess I?ll just wear them with mismatched laces, which is a shame because they?re a pretty cool looking color combo as made.

THe show is a good. I look at it as between the Hoka Rincon 3 and The Brooks Revel 5 in terms of cushion and support. The Revel 5 is neutral, whereas, the Rincon 3 provides A LOT of cushion to the runner.

Adrenaline GTS 21 was my fourth choice, because the Ghost 14 and Glycerin 19 and GTS 19 were out of stock.

An excellent shoe that will be my next purchase when this one wears out

I bought these to replace a pair of GTS 20s that are beginning to wear out. The support is the same as the GTS 20s with slightly more softness and cushion. I work in a retail setting where I'm on my feet all day, with a combination of standing and walking. I will rotate these with my Ghost 13s.

1st pair of Brook's seem very comfortable very good support ankle,heel.

Starts our well but breaks down after 200 or so miles.

The Adrenaline GTS 20's were better than the 21's. too bad you can't get them anymore :(. The 20's almost automatically roll you up onto the ball of your feet when you move forward. The 21s are oddly pointed in the toe and feel bigger despite being the same size. Also under the outside of my ankle it started rubbing, maybe its my socks, but the 20's definitely fit better under my ankles.
