I have run in Brooks shoes since I started running marathons six years ago. I have run in both Adrenaline and Glycerin models. I go for support and comfort. I recently received a pair of Adrenaline GTS 21?s from Brooks for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I find the GTS 21 to be similar to earlier Adrenaline models. It is very comfortable and I feel stable running in them. They feel less ?cushy? than Glycerins. Adrenalines lead to a more ?grounded? feel for me. Whether I choose to run in Adrenaline or Glycerin, I appreciate the fine quality that Brooks has provided for my six years of running?ten total marathons including three Bostons?thanks for the support and comfort! I?ll be wearing Brooks as my running journey continues.

I was fortunate to be invited by Brooks Running to test this pair of shoes free of charge. It looks beautiful with a very sleek design. I like the color also which is greyish white. It fits my feet very well and I feel very comfortable wearing them. I would say compared with my other shoes, this pair looks more beautifully designed. I tested running for five minutes and everything looks perfect. It will be a great addition to my stock of running shoes.

In regards to Review the Adrenaline GTS 21, size 10.5 Men color all black, I did receive these for free to test out the new style of Adrenaline I am an avid runner, run about 35-50 miles a week, Mainly wear Brooks shoes for running. I can say these did not disappoint.. The shoe is very comfortable and I feel I can run further as I deal with Plantar Faciitis and with the new style I notice my feet did not bother me at all, enough cushion and padding to keep my feet in place and excellent support. They are true to size, super comfortable, I find even after my run I keep the shoes on around the house and running errands. The only Con would be the color, like I said these were a free pair to try, I received all black, I would have liked color, even if the sole had white on the bottom. I would highly recommend this shoe, I usually have 2 pairs that I switch out, they are the GTS style as this is the best style for anyone with any sort of foot issues, I will be purchasing the new style for sure. Thanks again for letting me try these out! I am super excited to continue to run without any foot problems.

I just received a pair of the new Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes, which Brooks provided free of charge, and have run and worked out with them for the last week. I am very impressed with these shoes. I usually wear Glycerin?s but appreciate the extra support in the Adrenaline?s. They provide a very nice cushion feel and, overall, are a very fine, quality shoe. I will order a second pair very soon.

I buy 6-10 pairs of Brooks a year so when I was contacted to test a free pair of the new Adrenaline GTS 21 prior to release, I was quick to accept. I typically log 200-300 miles a month so comfort is my main concern with durability a close second. I have worn the Adrenaline GTS 21 for 60 miles this week and have seen an improvement in my minutes per mile and reduction in foot issues, especially after a long workout. I was initially concerned as the size 13 2E appeared narrower than previous models, but the upper structure of the shoe has more flexibility, feels lighter and is more comfortable than the previous models I was wearing. I probably will not wear them when trail running, but they are now my first choice for asphalt. Although I need more time to assess their durability, I anticipate stocking up once they are available for purchase.

Great comfort and superior support! Best Adrenaline model yet. I wear these a couple times a week. Will definitely but a couple more pairs.

Overall I am happy with the comfort. The Material used crumples down onto my toe when my foot flexes. Not a big deal, but sometimes slightly bothersome. I think it is what I have come to expect with lighter weight materials.

I love the Adrenaline GTS line from Brooks. I'm a bigger guy and I also have nerve damage in my feet from frostbite (and some other poor running decisions), so I wear the soles out pretty quickly. One pair lasts about 4 weeks. However, this is almost twice as long as other brands of running shoe I've tried. They fit well, are comfortable, and lightweight too.

I have been running marathons in Adrenaline GTS shoes for over 20 years, ever since the Talon model was discontinued. I have had zero injuries and absolutely love them, but this latest model surprised me with an extra long tongue. By the time I was done with my run, I was bleeding on the front of both ankles where the middle of the tongue, which was the only part of the tongue that was extended for some reason, was rubbing over my short socks. Easy fix, though, as I just snipped off the center protrusion. Not the best looking fix, but I do not run for looks and I wear out shoes every three months anyway.

Adrenaline has found that sweet spot by balancing comfort and stability. The 21 are my fourth pair (18s, 19s, 20s) and so far my favorite. The 21s feel a bit more cushioned although that could just be a new shoe against my 20s with lots of miles. I feel very confident in these shoes. Some rebound effect. The shoe initially gives and quickly sets a secure platform.

The sidewall of each shoe degraded and broke through after 7 months of daily use.

It feels like they have taken some of the support out of this shoe, hard to tell as my mileage is lower right now. I have had issues with the toe box crinkling some which does not impact the shoe but is annoying for how much I paid for the shoes. Still is the best shoe I can find for my feet right now though

Brooks are my go-to shoe. Usually fit right out of the box. The adrenalines are my favorite. The 21s do feel different than older models. They have a lot of cushioning, but not as much stability support. To my foot, the toe box feels narrower, and they are not as comfortable under the ball of the foot as the older adrenalines. It isn't bad, just different. There has definitely been some design changes, and enough so that I'll look at other brands that may be similar to the older adrenalines.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka, New Balance, Saucony, Mizuno, Asics

snug in the toe box, so some runners may wish to go a size up or go wider. other than that once broken in, which was quick, very comfortable and responsive.

They are comfortable. I wish they had more cushion on the bottom of the shoe. It's not 100% as comfy as I was expecting. More like 85-90%. It does seem a little tight around the balls of my feet.

Very very comfortable shoe; bad grip; does not grip on wet surfaces (I used to wear Brooks Cascadia which were very comfy, better grip although not the best).

A well made, well constructed shoe that I use primarily for walking. The one thing I might complain about is the "squishy" feel when my heel strikes the ground (I walk pretty much on asphalt and concrete). Otherwise, a very nice shoe.
