These shoes are fantastic. You are able to feel the different muscles in your legs being worked. Also my legs don't feel as tired after a workout. This is my first pair of Brooks I have bought but not the last. Worth the money.

I have worn Adrenaline GTS for years. I walk 6-8 miles each day, and this shoe, the wide toe box, and the support are excellent.

I am a 51 yo, casual runner trying to log in 15 miles a week for my health. This is my 6th or 7th pair of GTS's, going back to the first model. My only real complaint about this model is the limited color options. I have only had a chance to run in them a couple of times due to an ice storm we recently had, but they feel good on my feet. The guide rails on the GTS 20's took me some time to get used to. Either I am used to them, or these are better. I love the new support going from ball of foot to my big toe; that is a spot that starts to wear out on me. The lacing system seems a little better than the GTS 20 as well, although maybe it is the same. My foot fits in this shoe better I think. I have seem some reviews that thought this shoe ran about 1/2 a size too small, that might be true, but it worked out in my favor. Not sure what I think of the shape of the tongue of the shoe yet. Mesh is light an airy. In general love the shoe.

I suffered an Achilles rupture in 2019 so was afraid to return to running, these helped immensely, physically and mentally, they are so soft and springy and full of cushioning

Lighter than the 20s and just as comfortable! Very supportive. Toe reinforcement material has changed from prior models and is not as stiff - caused some mild pinching on big toe initially but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue!

19 was great, 20 better and 21 continues the trend! Perfect balance of weight, support and stability.

WOW, where do I begin, I use to wear the Ghost 13, but felt toe box was too big and didn't have much support in the foot when running and some lateral instability. These shoes have fixed all of my problems, super comfortable, VERY stable from heal to toe strike. Even work out with this. Shoes can't get any better. Thank you!!!!

Great choice. Good fit, light, fun to train in. Have not run in 5 years, but used to be a fairly active half marathon participant. Brooks Addiction 8 was my last trainer. Having aged past 70 and gained some Covid weight, I decided to try the Adrenaline GTS 21. I just started baseline buildup for a 5K. After 12 miles of interval training on pavement (including 3 in the rain) I love the shoes. They are light, comfortable and have great traction.

Brooks Adrenaline shoes have been one of the few brands that are comfortable on my feet for all day wear. I don't use them for running exclusively but they are extremely comfortable and supportive. The 21's are even better than the 20's and are the only ones that outperform the 19's. Excellent shoes so far.

I have very flat-feet and been a gym treadmill runner for 20+ years. I am now aged 66. Since the pandemic shutdown, most days, I have been running 5K with 63m gradient. That wore out my Adrenaline 18s. The 21s are just as good as the 18s over the first 50 miles - knees, ankles, feet are doing fine. I am also doing backyard steps - 16 up/down for 60 times...that is okay with the 21s, too. I have replaced the stock Brooks insoles with Sole insoles.

I've been running in the Adrenaline GTS line for more than 5 years. All of the updates, including the most recent enhancements on the 21 have been modest and are consistent with the original fit/function of the shoe. The tongue does feel a little more narrow, but remains comfortable. I'm 5'11" 185 lbs, run between 60-85 miles/month and like the structure of the shoe. It's light and comfortable. As a heel striker, I notice the soft landing particularly when I put on a new pair. Shoes show very little wear, still feel very comfortable when they get wet and dry exceptionally fast after. For me, fit is true to sizing. I moved to these after many years in Asics and will stay with the Adrenaline.

I have tried many brands of running shoe for pronation. The Adrenaline seems best for me. Excellent finish and seemingly excellent quality control. Adrenaline 21 seems lighter and seemingly more toe box room then prior version.

First, I have to disclose that Brooks gave me this pair of Adrenaline GTS 21s to test for free (Thank you Brooks!). For some background I am a casual runner who runs 3 to 4 miles three times per week. Because of COVID I mostly run on my tread mill. I also participate in an occasional 5 or 10K as well. My shoe size is a 10 with a normal width and the shoe color I received was gray with blue accents. I exclusively run in Adrenalines because of the support they offer. Like all my other Adrenalines these too offered plenty of support as well as cushion. The shoe is lighter than previous models which is a big plus. The toe box also appears to be roomier. I was a bit concerned about the material they used to create the upper because it was so light. Would this material hold up? It appears the material is durable and reinforced in the areas that need reinforcing (toe box). I don?t think I will be seeing my toe poking up through the top of my shoe in a few months. Like other reviewers I was not a fan of the color but it looks like several other options will be available. The fit, cushion, roominess, support and weight are all pluses. Overall, the shoe is an improvement over previous models. Sometimes you are afraid that the next model of Adrenaline that comes out will actually be worse than the previous model but this never happens. They just keep getting better!

I am an avid runner and run about 20-25 miles a week. I had to replace my worn out Glycerine and thought of experimenting with Adrenaline 21. It's as if it was designed for my feet! I have issues with stress on "ball of foot" and needed a pair with stability and right cushioning to support the road/concrete pavement trails. I would recommend half a size larger than the current size, with my narrow feet, it worked just perfect!

I have run in Brooks shoes since I started running marathons six years ago. I have run in both Adrenaline and Glycerin models. I go for support and comfort. I recently received a pair of Adrenaline GTS 21's from Brooks for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I find the GTS 21 to be similar to earlier Adrenaline models. It is very comfortable and I feel stable running in them. They feel less "cushy" than Glycerins. Adrenalines lead to a more "grounded" feel for me. Whether I choose to run in Adrenaline or Glycerin, I appreciate the fine quality that Brooks has provided for my six years of runningten total marathons including three Bostonsthanks for the support and comfort! I'll be wearing Brooks as my running journey continues.
