I really wish I had read the reviews and had noticed that the shoe runs narrow, small and has a tight toe box. My normal size are small for me and my toes are numb at the end of a trail run. Nice looking shoe though. My go to shoe is cascadia, think I will stick with that style.

Much less cushion the previous Levitate shoes.

They look great. Incredibly uncomfortable. Wore them 1 day and couldn?t wait to take them off . Too tight on the top of my foot. I?m sure a diff style of Brooks would have been better for me.

4 is not anything like 3. I love my 3's. The 4 doesn't support in the same places as the 3. I will not be buying these again. I will be getting as many 3s as I can find before switching brands.

Disappointed. Loved version 2 and 3. But the tongue on 4 is sewn in and so the midfoot is super tight. I tried the size up and even a mens but no dice. Guess Ill have to wait for version 5.

I had the exact same experience as the reviewer in Palm Coast, FL. I LOVED the Levitate 2 and wore them till they wore out. I ordered the Levitate 4 and was so bummed that the new design had an attached tongue, which makes the shoe not adjustable over the top of the foot. They were way too tight compared to the Levitate 2, with no way to adjust them. I'm not sure why the attached tongue was considered a design improvement. I went with a pair of Sauconys instead but would love to find a great pair of comfortable Brooks sneakers again!

Not happy with heel cup. Heel cup is too hard on back of my heels. Why was it necessary to remove all the padding on the back of the shoe? Very disappointed, especially since I loved the levitate 2 and 3.....

I wanted to like these SO BAD because the color schemes are just the coolest. Unfortunately, the fit felt weird, and tight, and there wasn't enough cushioning, so I ended up returning them.

I got pretty bad blisters from the times I ran in them. The design is very nice and the shoes themselves look cool, but they are just very snug.

The new design is not as springy in the front as older designs. Can feel the ground others have mentioned. Not a fan of the new design

i ordered size 9.5 because i have Levitate 2 in this size, but Levitate 4 in same size was too small

Middle of the shoe squeezes your foot. Not as cushy as past models. Levitate 2 was my all time favorite of this series. Will be returning. The quality of Brooks shoes has gone downhill since I started wearing them 12 years ago. Very disappointing.

I wore them once and got blisters on the backs of my ankles. There is no cushion on the backs of shoe. Not comfortable when running.

Always run in Brooks and has had 4 pairs of levitate 2 and 3's . Was excited to try levitate 4 but was disappointed. Does not fit like the others. . Way too tight . Did not like the tongue of the shoe.,

Wore this shoe last five years. 35 year runner. What changed. Heel design eating my heel.

Uncomfortable and difficult to put on. Sorry I tried them!

This shoe does not hold up. The sole cracked on two pairs & I would not recommend this arrow sole on the bottom of the shoe. very disappointed, we have purchased Brooks for our last 6 to pairs and this levitate was not worth the money spent.

Not sure what happened with the design of these Brooks shoes, but they are a huge flop. They run very narrow and lack the support of other Brooks shoes. I ordered online and stepped on something while trying them out, or they would have definitely went back! They will never go with me for an actual run-- I have already retired them to wear only for quick trips where support isn't needed.
