I love the style of these shoes, but I am super disappointed in how tight they are. I can't even get my foot in the shoe with a thin no show sock on. I have had great experience with other levitates in the past. Wish these came in a wide.

I was in love with these shoes, but the new models run super tight compared to the previous models. I am nurse and on my feet all day. The levitate 1 and 2 was all that worked with my orthotic inserts and did not give me heel pain or rub. Please make these shoes in wide!

Hurt my feet and returned for a refund and bought another pair of Adrenalin 21

These were "okay" I didn't feel secure in this shoe. I couldn't run a long distance without my legs hurting - as I can run longer distances in other shoes - I returned this shoe

If I could leave it 0 stars I would. The levitate 2 was the best shoe you made. The new 4 is a 1/2 size smaller than normal and has no cushion or spring back.

This shoe was really cute but uncomfortable and had no cushion. I would not recommend it.

Too narrow and tight for running- needed to size up

The 4s are just wayyyyyyyy too different from previous series. I have adored the 2s and 3s (but mostly 2s), and the 4s don't have the bounce or the support, and are way too rigid and tight. It's like an entirely different shoe, to be honest. The colors are great, but honestly, I'm out here to enjoy running, and the pretty designs won't make up for a crummy run.:( I'm absolutely sending these back, and will hang out with my Ricochets until the series is more like its previous fits. #BringBackTheLevitate2s

I am very disappointed with Brooks. Every time you get a great product you feel the need to tweak it and then ruin it. I am an RN, work 12 hour shifts, and have horses. Over the years I've had several horse related injuries to my feet/ankles and Brooks were the only shoes that kept me comfortable while at work. I originally wore Glycerin's but now they are made so hard I can not stand to put them on my feet. I was excited when you first brought out the Levitate's because the foot bed felt similar to what the original Glycerin's were. While I love the look of my new Levitate's the foot bed is harder than the pair I have been wearing for a little over a year to work. If you want a better product you need to make the foot bed the same as the first style of Levitate you sold. You used to have great shoes, now they just look pretty. I am not sure why all companies think they have to continuously change their products, and the old adage "If it's not broke don't fix it" would definitely apply to your shoe line. I sincerely do not know what I am going to do now because Brooks were the only shoes I could wear to work and now they have been ruined just like Nike.

Not a comfortable shoe. Interestingly I tried to cancel this order 5 mins after ordering but I was told they have no connection to the warehouse. I find it funny that the have a connection to the warehouse to place an order, but not to cancel an order. Not impressed with Brooks Running company right now.

Not comfortable was expecting more cushion and definitely not here in these shoes! I have tried them several times and just can?t get past how stiff they are

Extremely narrow. Uncomfortably tight. Unable to wear.
