The shoes are great, and helped my ankle and plantar fasciiitis problems. I only wish you did some of your other shoes in extra wide (4E) -- especially your hiking boots. I would buy them for sure if you made them in my size.

The only thing that needs to change is a better selection of extra wide size. Right know your limited to the bondi 7 in grey or black.

Having painful hallux rigidus and a wide foot, I am constantly searching for shoes with a large toe box. I picked up a 12.5 wide (I'm an 11.5 wide by measurement) in this shoe hoping to have found an answer. Unfortunately, after a day of work I found that this shoe did not work for me. The toe box is not quite wide enough and is snug in height. Also, the seam for the laces falls over the MTP even having gone up a full size. Bummer because on my unaffected foot this shoe was incredibly comfortable, although it did feel a touch smaller than its size. Giving 4 stars because this is a very specific issue and for someone with normal feet I'm sure this shoe is awesome.

I had previously ordered a pair of Bondi 6. The Bondi 7 is much tighter in the toe box area. Also foot padding does not feel as comfortable as the Bondi 6.

Provides superior insulation for people with bad backs or knees. Comes in the WWWWide with that I need. Wish there were other non-flamboyant colors.

Cushy and comfortable right out of the box; however, they feel like they are flat like there is no arch support. I'll be putting a pair of orthotics in them. The styling is somewhat boring. I wish the foam part of outsole was white instead of grey giving the shoe more contrast.

Very comfortable shoe, but the height over foot arch is tight and laces are too short to compensate. Seems though that less substantial materials were used in these shoes versus the Hoka One One's I purchased in 2012. Thank you for the darker colors. Not everyone wants to wear neon shoes

Plenty of cushion. Size up from your normal shoe size. Good walking and jogging shoe. Problem with getting Hoka Hoka to be responsive to my return of another model. Hoka staff issued the return credit through a "gift card." PERFECT! However, the webpage did not accept the number when I tried to order the replacement pair. Great shoes - Poor website!

I'm on my feet all day at work and absolutely LOVE the bondi 7, great support and my joints don't hurt after work. I received my package within a week but it was not what I ordered. Messaged customer support, they were all over the place, didn't tell me I needed to return the shoes (no big deal) and then they couldn't help me reorder my shoes. I had to call another number to then order my shoes, the second support person had a headset that was so full of static I couldn't understand them, they put me on hold then hung up, had to call the number again and explain the whole story to yet another person. The third customer support person was very nice and helped get me through ordering my shoes again. But even with expedited delivery I still had to wait another week for my shoes to arrive. Ver disappointing.

I have had a few wonderful pairs of Hoka shoes. Twice I've had to send them back. These are supposed to be Extra Wide, but I don't see it. Yes, the insole and thick shoe sole are fantastic. It's the toe box you always get wrong. I should not feel parts of the shoe pressing into my foot. I hope they will loosen up over time.

I ordered the widest size, but it's still too narrow at the center of the foot. Hurts a little, but I have no other options. My feet are not unusually wide, this shoe is just too narrow in the center for a "wider" size. Only other option might be to step up a whole size, but that would not be ideal as the rest of the fit is fine.

It doesn't feel wide enough. Maybe I need to wear them more to stretch them .

I normally don't wear a wide shoe, but I have a lot of foot problems and I need the extra width. However, the extra wide on these seemed to be too wide and they are a bit longer too.
I'd also recommend:

I have had multiple Bondi 7's but this pair irritates the outside of my foot so much so that I can only wear them for a short period of time. Have considered returning them but I am on the fence at this time.

I was disappointed to find that the extra wider was exactly the same width as my Brooks Ghost regular wide. If it weren't for that, I would give them 5 stars because the cushioning is superior.

This sneaker was touted by my podiatrist and numerous websites for being good with supination (under pronation). It's not. It actually possesses the very attributes that make it terrible for this condition: stacked high with no support on the side to prevent the ankle from rolling outside. Also, the insole does very little to cup the heel.

Shoes are very narrow plus gets hot too quickly. They give you lots of energy though, you won't feel tired for a long time during the run. Heavy shoes.

Even the "Wide" designated shoes are too narrow at the first row of eyelets. After one 12 hour shift I just couldn't wear them anymore.

I had back surgery and knee surgery, and it was suggested that I purchase these shoes to help me. I will admit that they are comfortable and have cushioning, but they have not helped my back or my knee's. On a slow day at work, I walk about 6 miles on solid concrete. On a busy day, it is almost 12-15 miles. I had high hopes for these shoes, but they are not living up to the hype.
