The full potential of the Bondi 7 may be realized as a running shoe but I've yet to find a better shoe for walking. The extra cushioning and rocker sole are key benefits of this shoe. Now that the Bondi is available in an extra wide width, the fit is perfect and there is no irritation to bunions.

These shoes are very comfy, and feel great. But they do run a size to big. I normally wear a 10 x-wide in men but the tens where very big so I had to trade them for a 9 x-wide.

Best shoes I have ever owned. I walk, work on my feet at home, play pickle ball. My knees hurt to play a small amount of pickle ball a year and a half ago when I first started playing. I had given up to ever having the bounce to run on the pickle ball court. I am 70 and thought I was over the hill. I have bone on bone (two meniscus surgeries, one on each knee back in the 1970's) I read the reviews about HOKA ONE ONE and thought, is this true that someone could walk or jog like before the aging process. I was skeptical but was willing to try. GLAD I DID. Play pickle ball three time a week for the last year. Feel young again.

If you like the Bondi 6 you will probable like the Bondi 7. The fit feels the same. There is more cushioning in the heel. The biggest diffrence is the sole which is firmer.

My feet hurt constantly as I walk 5 miles a day. Within a few days I have no pain.

I’m a Big / Tall guy. Loved the fit of the 13 4X wide ! However, I needed much more FIRM support for my flat feet. I probably just ordered the wrong style of sole .

Great shoe. Well cushioned and marvelous for daily walking. However, I had to replace the insole. The insole that comes with the shoe has little notches (approximately 3) on the outside edge near the big toe. I have no idea why. These notches pinch the skin of your big toe when walking and can cause discomfort and blisters. In a nutshell, make sure your shoes don't have these notches and if they do replace the insole.

At 69, Hoka has added years to my running life. Great stability and cushion. Well designed and made.

Bought this extra-wide pair to be my daily knock around shoe. They hug your feet in comfort and are very light. Very comfortable shoe.

I've had 4E wide feet and have been living in the NB tunnel with seemingly no light at the end as far as finding another company with a shoe that works. I have to say - this is fantastic. The shoe feels great and the X-wide fit is perfect. It is great they have the 4E option because most of the time when I try and cheat with a 2E it is not wide enough. The gray is nice and clean, although I definitely would have been open to some of those crazy colors people seem to avoid.

I use the sneakers for daily use. They feel so great because I flat feet and they are great because they no longer hurt.

I've always wanted to own a pair of Hoka shoes but the arch support was always too aggressive for my feet. After removing the insert from the Hoka shoes and using Superfeet (carbon) the arch is no longer a problem. The rocker really helps propel my body forward and it takes a huge impact off my knees and joints. The cushion is also amazing! I'm a plus size women with a larger body frame. Having the extra support from the cushion allows me to go further than I have in a long time. I was trying to make other brands work but nothing really compares to the Bondi. I'm so glad to give these a try with Superfeet. It's the perfect combo for me.

I've bought several different HOKA shoes over the past couple years. My first pair were Clifton's and the wide fit was comfortable. I then tried some Bondi Extra Wide. They felt a bit big, but were/are still comfortable. During the last sale, I decided to try Bondi 7 in wide. I can wear them alright, but the box feel tight and gets uncomfortable after a few hours. My reason for trying the wide was the limited colors available in Extra Wide.

Unfortunately, I have both very wide feed and a high arch, so even Hoka wides are not wide enough. I need the extra wides, and sadly, like everyone else, those only come in black and grey! Anyway, I handed them to my son whom they fit well.

I have plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, bunions and a hammer toe. I use a custom made orthotic with the Bondi. The cushioning along with the wide size makes them the only shoes I can wear all day. HOWEVER, I own a gray pair and a black pair in fabric and a black pair in leather because HOKA's colors can be hilarious. Image a 72 year old man going out for the day in orange and yellow shows. Too funny! So I gave them 4 stars because they have room for improvement in style.

I ordered an extra wide due to toe issues. They were a tad too wide for me. I think that the wide would work better. They were a little bit long considering that I wear an 8.5 but not much of a problem in that respect. They aren't very attractive looking but when you have foot problems, looks aren't that important any longer. I will try the 8.5 W to see if that works better.

Love this shoe, just wish they would make the "wide" a little wider in the toe box.

I ordered a size 12 at first. I ordered it in my normal width, medium D. The width was too small so I returned them and ordered the same shoe in double E. It fits perfect. I never wear a double E width, the shoe runs narrow. Other than that I love the shoe

The shoes started off a bit snug, but getting better as I break them in. Great cushioning for walking. If I was still a runner I am afraid that they do not give me the same support that my gel kayanos did. Even walking I am having to get used to walking on pillows. I bought them for the cushioning and they have more than met my expectations in that regard. I keep wondering if I should have tried half size higher and the extra wide, but they are good enough as is. Sizing is a bit snug, but not too small.

I originally bought size 11. The size 11 was way bigger than I anticipated, so be sure to look at the sizing chart. I exchanged for a size 10, and that seems to fit well. They let me exchange even after having gotten the soles a little muddy testing out the shoes, which I really appreciated. They are comfortable after 2 weeks, but I relaced them skipping the holes closest to the toes, which increased comfort. I think these look a lot better than my older version of Hoka Bondis (forget which ones, but the sides of the soles seemed enormous, now just big). Better colors too.
