I like this shoe's fit, stability, and light weight. It is my second pair. I have normal width feet and wear either size US 13 or 14 depending on brand; for these 13 is the right size. What I don't like is that the soles consistently delaminated on both pairs I've owned well before anything else wore. I've run in them a handful of times, mostly using them casually. I've had to shoe-goo both soles back on in multiple places. They should be built better. Use stronger glue!

I use these shoes for work. I am on my feet most of the day. I bought I pair in July, tread started coming off in September. Sent them back (30 day warranty) and received new pair. It has started coming off again. If walking around doing day to day things will cause this, I wonder what trail running might do. My previous shoe was a Challenger ATR. Not only is it more comfortable, but held up very well. They are now 3 years old and I still wear them occasionally. The only reason I gave it any stars- fit, size, upper all keep with what I expect from a Hoka shoe. but when the lugs start to pull away from the shoe, it becomes a real trip hazard.

The tread is so spaced out, it creates pressure points on the ball of my foot. It is pretty painful at times.

The shoe itself is very comfortable, but the tread of the shoe could use some improvements. I have had my shoes for 2 weeks and the sole of the shoe is seperating and I catch my foot on things as a result.

After about a month of wearing these, the left shoe started coming apart on the outsole. It started to detach at the heel and then a piece of it came off. I don't think the issue is wear because the right shoe is totally fine, and that's my dominant foot. It's a shame that this is happening because it's otherwise a good shoe. Comfortable insole, flexible sole, a little wider around the ball of the foot and toes (which I personally like).

Have had leg and quad issues ever since buying them and when I switch back, the problems go away - That's not to say that it's a bad shoe, just not the right one for me

For the price they're made in Vietnam, the back on both shoes rolled in very uncomfortable, looks are good materials feel cheap. Wouldn't buy them again.

I've had these shoes for close to a month. I had to put insoles in them this past week to tolerate wearing them.

Toe box and mid foot is very tight, so much that my feet were hurting. I have average sized 10.5 feet but I prefer the trail shoes with a more balanced/cushioned ride with a more flexible upper material. There is no give or stretch in this shoe (or SG 4). I was disappointed.

This is a shoe that fits me perfectly, and is great for golf (only way I use this shoe). After 2 rounds of golf the black rubber lining on the inner right shoe became unglued. To be clear this is on the outside of the shoe. It looks quite tacky and wreaks of a shoe that lacks in total quality. I have ordered 4 pairs of the Torrent because I was so excited about how well it fit and how well it performed on the golf course. Now I am leery of this happening to the other pairs, which remain unused at this point. I have contacted Hoka in the last 48 hours and await their remedy to this situation.

Im on my second pair, I loved them so much I bought another two! But sadly Im discovering they wear holes in the upper body. In the first pair I put it down to an accident that I did not notice, but seeing the second pair do it in the same spot, made it seem less accidental on my side and more of a flaw inn the aerials design.

So disappointing, the sole is so weak one of the bottom grip got ripped open after the first use. However for concrete road running it's pretty good because the shoes are super light.

I have spent several years using different pairs of hoka one one, from the road to the trail. Mostly the trails. I believe I am ready to try something different unless there's a huge change. Maybe its just my bad luck but every Hoka that Ive bought has fell apart quickly. The otter sole has shredded into pieces, one like the Challenger ATR, the sole splint right in half...twice. My last she the Hoka Torrent 2, the rubber grippers on the bottom just came off and I barley put 30 miles on these trail shoes on smooth terrain. I've been a solid runner and tried to love these shoes...In which I do, but Im tired of buying shoes that fall apart so fast. My second pair of ATRs split in half within the first week. The road shoe also is plush and comfortable without a doubt, but the bottom has worn out faster than ever like with the cliftons, bondis, ect. Ive tried so many. I love how light weight these shoes are and how comfortable, but Im just not happy any more. Sorry hoka one one, unless theses any recommendations or anything that could be done I need to try another brand.

I was not happy with the shoes. For how much I paid for them. They should have been better. The first pair hurt my feet, and the second pair fell like I was walking on rocks I was not impressed.

Love the shoe except that the traction grip stuff on the bottom started to peel off of the shoe after just 40 miles. I would appreciate a new shoe as this one seems to be defective!

I just bought these shoes and the shoe is already separating from the sole. I'm real hoping they will replace these shoes because these shoes are new less than a month of easy wear on them.

They feel good on my feet and fit true to size but……….These seem to be cheaply made. Rubber separating from foam on sole after just 60 miles of wear. This is my second pair of torrent 2’s….the the lower began separating from the upper at the inside ball of the left foot after 6 days/100 miles of wear. The separation was 4 inches long by day 10 of continuous wear. I will not buy again.

The rubber outer sole began to separate from the cushioning within 3 weeks of light trail running. I've returned for a refund and gone back to my Solomons that have lasted for years. A failed switch to a new brand!
