THESE JUST DID NOT FEEL RIGHT AND THEY WERE SQUEAKY WHEN I WORE THEM WITH MY CUSTOM ORTHOTICS. SOMETIME SA FIT JUST ISN'T WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT.

Love the shoe, think I should have got a half size smaller

Fits well, comfortable and cushy….less stable than other models…good for everyday use, not exercise …for me

Size down.... just like a lot of reviews say! I have always been 9.5 in womens.... And I ordered these in 9.5 and I had to send back... I could easily fit in a 9 with room to spare. They feel like I am walking on clouds yet with good support. No break in period needed.... Walked college campuses for 2 days and only felt good! Pricey but worth it.

The size was fine but after wearing in house for awhile the top of shoe began cutting into the top of my foot.

toe box is a bit short. I should have ordered a 1/2 size larger.

I like the shoes but after wearing them, I wish I had ordered a half size smaller - my foot seems to move around inside the shoe more than expected (they seem to fit a little larger/wider than expected, so possibly a smaller size would’ve benefited me.)

I had ordered previously Hoka One One Bondi 7 which was great in the same size as the Clifton, but this Hoka Clifton felt a little snug on the side of my foot. The room in the toe was great. The Hoka shoe in general is a great feeling shoe. My doctor recommended this shoe to help with my plantar fasciitis and it has done the job.

I was hesitant to buy a pair of Hokas because of the cost. I've been bartending/serving for about nine years, though, and I need a supportive and comfortable shoe to wear at work. This is it, folks. I also wear them running from time to time, and they are so bouncy and wonderful. Buy the shoes.

I am a sz 9 I ordered 9 1/2 to accommodate orthotics

These fit okay but made a terrible squeak noise with my prescription orthotics.

Great shoes! Much more support than Nikes I have been wearing.

My bff who's a devotee of hoka suggested i try clifton7 for its cushioned sole, durability and over all comfort. I got mine half size smaller my usual size basing on the reviews & past experience from my other Hoka shoes the Rincon2. My size 9 Clifton 7 fits me perfectly. I love the dark navy orange color combo too. Although i like sturdy feel & cushioned sole of the Clifton7 my old Rincon2 is still my summer favorite! Its lighter-the sole more foam than rubber. My feet feels cooler given that the mesh material is thinner. It has a minimalist look to it which i also like. Although the Rincon2 is cheaper I think one ends up spending more. Considering the light make of the shoe its not gonna stand the every day wear & tear like the Clifton. Hoka by far is the most comfortable shoes i tried for work( I'm a nurse) & exercise. Although its a little bit pricy than most shoes it is so worth it. I wish i knew about this shoe sooner. I'm a fan!

These might actually have too much cushion. They remind me of riding a mountain bike with the shocks adjusted way to soft. It feels like you are putting way more energy into it than you are getting out of it. Feels like you are walking in a bouncy castle. Having said that, these would be great for people who have to stand all day. They are flat out the most cushiony shoes I have ever felt. I would highly suggest them if extra extra cushion is what you need or like. Not my first choice for running/walking though.

These shoes are like walking on squishy clouds. Great for anyone with joint problems.

Super cute shoe but just didn't fit my feet right, especially in the arch area. I have flat feet and I think it was just too high for me.

I truly LOVED the style of this shoe and the fit was true to size, however I did return because when walking it did not feel there was proper arch support for the cushion and I was afraid with time I would have issues from lack of support.

I am a Hoka Junki. Have a foot deformity from birth and flat feet this brand is a godsend. However this style is not as soft as the Bondi. for running and stabilization they are great. But as to comfort and cush…. I’m sending them back.

awesome shoe overall, really good for concrete running however they are a bit slippery so that’s why 4 stars I think they have a bit less traction and after one month of use it looks like they will wear out (sole) a bit quickly however still worth it you can wear them casually in town as well my daily shoes

I love my Clifton 6, but the 7 felt a little small and did not fit in my arch like my others. I'll maybe try the 8 and see if it's any different!

I have wide feet and low arches, size 10. I injured my right leg years ago. These shoes are too narrow in the midfoot arch area for my right foot. The sole digs into the arch of my foot. If I didn't have that old injury, these probably would have fit. Other than that one problem they were great but I have to return them.

Very nice. I’m a thick sole girl though. They have a chunky good support and are light weight with a mesh upper.

I just got the shoes yesterday. They fit GREAT! True to size and width. I have very flat feet and it doesn't feel like the arch support is enough for me. My podiatrist recommended these shoes and I will be getting custom orthotics in a couple of weeks. I wore them all day today and my feet did fine, no break in soreness. My only issue is that they feel squishy when walking and kind of threw off my balance (which isn't that great to begin with), I seemed to be getting more used to it by the end of the day. I'm hoping they will help improve my balance.

A bit narrow, especially for the top of your foot and arch. It's a squeeze for me and I have average width feet and instep/arch. My husband has these same ones and he has narrow feet, a high instep and high arch. He can only tolerate these shoes for a few hours and has to take them off as he feels 'it cuts off circulation to his feet. I know they will stretch out a bit as you wear them and fit more comfortably. But right off the bat, they can be quite a tight squeeze. The look of them is great, the cushion support of the soles is A+. The best so far in all the styles I've tried from Hoka. But if you have a high instep or high arches, this one is NOT for you. If you're average width like me and are fine with tight shoes till you break them in, then go for this one. The cushion alone is worth it IMO as I have heel spurs, fasciitis and old runners sprains & injuries.
