Bought them for my girlfriend, she's a surgical PA. Her feet still hurt after coming home from work

Shoe is too big in the toe box and causes awful blisters. I have reached out to Hoka One One to return and requested they mail a return label, as I am immunocompromised and do not have access to a printer to print off an emailed label. They refuse and told me the only way to return them is for me to print the label myself. I am not stuck with $160 shoes I can not wear and can not return due to Covid-19 and being immunocompromised. I live alone and have no one who can help print the label for me. Other stores have been wonderful during this time and helped send me any return labels I may need via regular mail. But not Hoka One One. During a pandemic and already being isolated, it's incredibly disappointing to see a company care so little for their customers. I will never be shopping from here again.

The pronation does not seem to be the same as the previous version of shoes that my daughter always buys.

I am a long time Hoka shoe wearer. I've always worn the Clifton. I bought the Clifton seven and I sent it back Immediately. The shoe is way too wide, my foot was moving around inside the shoe. My foot did not feel hugged as the other Clifton's, Clifton 6. I am very disappointed as I have always worn Clifton six. I do not know which shoe I can use now. The shoe was so wide felt very unstable and not supportive at all like the other Clifton's. Could you please go back to making more Clifton six? I tried to find them on the Internet and was able to get one more pair. Do not buy Clifton seven if you have a narrow foot and need cushioning and support from a shoe.

Loved the look of the shoe and was excited to get it but it did not fit y foot at all. Both arches gave my foot stabbing coin. Returned it and ordered the Rincon2. Looking forward to that model.

They are too big. I need a half size smaller.

I previously had a pair of Clifton 6 shoes. They were my favorite. I told myself I wouldn't buy a different shoe. When I went to buy a new pair I could not find them so I decided to get the Clifton 7's. When I put them on they weren't as comfortable. I told myself I would get used to them. I wore them for a few hours around the house because I thought I had to break them in to be comfortable( even though I never did this with the 6's). My entire top of my right foot was bruised after wearing the shoes and my legs felt tired. I returned then instantly the next day very disappointed.

After wearing the Bondi style this shoe feels too constrictive on my feet.

These are extremely wide from mid-arch to big toe. I wish they had a narrow option because the support is great!
