I've tried New Balance and every other top athletic shoe out there and this is the most comfortable by far. The only improvement I'd make would be to extend the plastic/leather farther above the big toe on each foot as I always wear out the fabric there first.

My wife is walking, as well, styling and profiling, in her new Clifton 7's!

I have been wearing these shoes for years now since they were recommended to me by my podiatrist. One of the most comfortable shoes you can wear. Love these shoes

They are perfect! So comfortable - like walking on pillows - and the fit is perfect! I particularly like the stretchy wings on either sides that attach the shoes' tongues to the interior soles so that the cushioned tongues stay perfectly in place.

I use my Hoka Clifton 7's for walking and working out. They are very comfortable and supportive. One of the most comfortable sneakers I have purchased. This is my second pair.

Feels like your walking on air, they do run a size to a half size larger then your normal shoe size, definitely size down a half size

I normally wear New Balance, but a recent attack of painful plantar fasciitis led me to try Hoka One Ones. I was worried because I normally wear a narrow, but the moment I put the Clifton 7s on my feet, I knew that they were perfect for me. I use them primarily for walking right now, but I plan to start running again soon. I highly recommend this shoe. It is my favorite running shoe EVER! They are sooo comfortable--with good arch support and excellent cushioning.

I was looking for a running shoe with support that didn't cramp my feet and this was perfect, it seriously feels like I am walking on clouds.

I absolutely love my very first pair of Hoka......I'm a runner who also has foot issues and have a history of pain flare up from a Neuroma. I had been wearing New Balance for many years but after countless recommendations to try Hoka, I finally made my purchase. The Women's Clifton 7 in size 10 in the Tofu / Vintage Indigo. I love the fit and comfort of this shoe. Definitely true to size. Nothing but compliments on the color combination as well. The comfort and fit is truly unbelievable. Glad I made the switch. Thankyou Hoka!!

Pre-ordered and anxiously awaited their arrival. Not disappointed; in fact, after wearing every model of Clifton made, I think these fit best of all! That being said, I do have a more narrow foot. I love the higher heel pull and the extra padding in the tongue of the shoe that makes it better stay in place for a long period with lots of activity. I am a pharmacist who stands for 12 hour shifts, and these shoes make that possible!

I bought the Clifton 7 in Black/Bronze. As soon as I put them on I could almost hear my feet say AAH! I didn't have to break them in. I wore them to work where I am on my feet constantly. The tongue issue others have are not really a problem for me. The Bronze color on the black pops!

Prior to getting the Clifton 7, my favorite shoe has been the New Balance Beacon v2. I have them in 3 different colors, but that shoe has been unseated. When I tried them on they feel much more cushioned than my other shoes. I'm looking forward to lots of use in these and more Hokas to come! I am a size 10 womens in New Balance and the size 10 in the Clifton 7 fit perfectly.

I like this shoe, but it barely has an early-stage rocker at all. It almost feels like a normal shoe ie without a rocker. The rocker was important for me to take some pressure off a toe that continues to give me problems. Shock absorption is great and probably its best quality. I'm always a 9 or 9.5, I went with 9.5 and it fits perfectly.

I wear these for work and am on my feet a great deal in a surgeon's office. They are cushiony and comfortable enough. Not the most breathable shoes, so they get a bit smelly in my opinion. I would likely buy them again.

I'm disappointed in the Clifton 7. It was listed as the highest cusioned rated shoe on the website. However, it's just standard cushion support, unlike others I've worn in the past.

The shoe was comfortable but after standing for a while my heels and the center of my feet was hurting.

Loved the way these shoes looked and the cushioning was superb but I ordered wide since I find most Hokas a tad bit narrow but these were far too wide in the ankle area. Everywhere else fit great. Return and refund was easy. Will try out more.

I wear a 71/2 in pretty much all brands .. Hoka recommended a 7 shoes and quality are good but fit is bigger and wider than normal.. I have to wear thick winter socks for it to fit well..disappointing!! No I did not purchase a Wide pair .. maybe this style runs big?? My older Hoka pair different style was a 7 and fit well..
