Great product, I ordered it because it is 100% wool, and the merino kind, so it feels soft and not itchy. I was pleased with it. It fits true to size, but it's a skinny fit (which is a good thing for the purpose of keeping warm). Probably best to use for situations of high cold, or extended outdoors stay in cold weather (still good for everyday use, but washing it extensively might be tricky cause it's wool).

Warm, comfortable, excellent fit, easy access

Great base layer for those cold days out fat being. Left me warm and great wicking. Worked up some perspiration on a couple of long runs and wicked it away from the core and still kept me warm, just like it was supposed to.

I really like these. I used these while duck hunting in Arkansas; very comfortable, lightweight, and after three days of wear didn't smell.

I live in steamboat springs, Colorado. I wear these as active wear but also for work, and chores. They're super soft and comfortable and don't stink.

Warm, doesn't itch, free of odour after repeated use, well designed and constructed, and washes well without creasing.

These seem like they will be great. I bought them for motorcycle camping and haven't been out yet. Longtime user of Smartwool socks. These thermal pants fit great. I'm 5 foot 10 and 220. Snug but not too tight by any means. I haven't tried the tops yet but wouldn't hesitate to buy. I have an insane amount of Smartwool socks. Embarrassing, really.

I absolutely love these and Smartwool's customer service and warranty is the best! I will continue to buy their great stuff without hesitation!

Excellent base layer for working outdoors all day

Hospitals at night are hot and cold, busy and quiet. These Moreno wool under layer pieces are the perfect answer. They wick when you're hot and cool you off and snuggle you when it's freezing. Moving or sitting, you're comfortable. #sweepstakes

My husband loves these, and wears them while riding his trike in Oregon during colder weather. No pants, just these, and a pair of shorts over! LOL

Mostly for lounge wear in the cold mornings at the cottage. A classic cozy feel. But great for other uses as well. I like it so much we bought it for our grandson who has an outdoor job. Both tops and bottoms.

Was a gift and recipient seems happy with them.

This is my "go to" Christmas gift for my brother, the snow skier. This is the bottom of the pair of base layer pieces. He swears by the Smartwool brand so I buy him a new set every year.

I am in construction, both heavy and finish work in the PNW. I typically wear a thermal under layer from November to March. My work might have me outside in 35 degrees in heavy rain then working inside at 75 degrees on the same day. That said this base layer is a time tested winner for me, keeps me warm outside, and doesn't get hot a sweaty inside. Unless you have a talented friend with a secret stash of merino wool who will make you something better, just cough up the money and invest in your comfort. I find the value to be money well spent.
