Sense Ride 3, what a shoe!! its so nice to have a simple shoe that provides you with comfort, traction, control and firmness necessary for rocks, slippery and even sanding terrain. Its just a very good shoe, recommending it for everyone and all. go Salomon Go!!

I have put a couple 50k runs into these shoes and have had zero foot pain at all. Often I get pain in the ball of my feet but the update from the sense Ride 2 has solved that problem. It is rare to get a pair of shoes that I can truly go on a long run and not even think about my feet.

I put 120 miles on these shoes in the last month. They are holding up well to mixed trail and road running. Salomon makes shoes that work for my feet and running style. The new Sense Ride 3 seems to have more cushion in the heel. I love the lace system - I never need to adjust mid-run. I have had 8-10 pairs of Salomon's, the materials always outlast the miles.

I was a big fan of the Sense 2, durability issues aside. The Sense 3's are a bit more cushioned and not as minimalist as the Sense 2, but they're just so much fun to run in. My only regret is not getting the GTX version, as they do seem to let a of water in. Perfect dry day running shoes for trails and pavement.

I found the perfect trail running shoe. Supportive sole but not clunky. Lightweight and so comfortable. Love this shoe!

Una zapatilla de trail cmoda y muy corredera para muchas situaciones diferentes sobretodo en primavera y verano donde no hay mucho barro. Perfecta para hacer muchos kilmetros o una salida corta. Ideal.

They're light and comfortable. The Speedlaces are very helpful.
In my quiver, they've my gravel/packed ground shoes. The lugs provide traction yet are not as deep as my Speedcross.

Bought this shoe as a high mileage training shoe, have done several very long runs in them and couldn't be happier. The shoe reminds me of the sense pro, but much more comfortable and relaxed in comparison. I've had the opportunity to run in these shoes in wet, dry, as well snow, on pavement, dirt, and rocks, I have run to the tops of mountains in them and the shoe handled all terrain and conditions admirably. I'm not picky, but my feet are, these shoes fit very nicely, though I'm partial to Salomon running shoes. The sense ride 3 fits very much like the sense pro, and speedcross, but feels quite different in sizing and feel then the ultra pro.

Very comfortable. Fits true to size. The width feels slightly narrow through the mid foot, maybe I have them tied too tight. Plenty of room in the toes. Great all around trail shoe.

These are a all around beast for a trail shoe. Super comfortable and light. Great for trail runs and fast hikes. Can be used for transitional terrains. Hard to soft. Rocky to sandy. Breathe very well. Highly recommend. Have put several miles on them.

I bought these three weeks ago looking for a cooler alternative to my favorite trail shoe, the SpeedCross. I run exclusively in the SpeedCross when I am back home in Alaska. Here in Florida I need something cooler which is good in the sugar sand and mud, these did not disappoint. The Sense Ride is the most comfortable trail shoe I have ever worn, bigger toe box than most Salomon shoes and overall wider than the SpeedCross. Grip is perfect for the local trails and the sole is firm enough to protect from the roots. While the tread is not as aggressive as the SpeedCross, it goes through sand roots and mud beautifully. This shoe is well ventilated, much cooler than the high altitude SpeedCross. Finally, this shoe also includes the best lacing system ever seen on any running shoe.

I have now run around 50k in these shoes so thought i might leave a review of my thoughts so far. This isn't my first pair of Salomons as i have owned some XA Pros and already own a pair of Speedcross 5, maybe i'll review these too!
I've got to say that the Sense Ride 3 are super comfy, i wanted some shoes that would be happy transitioning the road sections on my usual routes and these fit the bill perfectly, in fact i'd say these are comparable in comfort to my road shoes! They seem to offer the right amount of support in all the right places and appear to be really grippy on all types of surface both wet and dry.
In terms of sizing, my regular shoes are a uk9 and i normally up size by a 1/2 in running shoes so i went for 9.5, just right and true to size. I've heard differing opinions on the width of Salomon shoes but i'd say these are fairly roomy in the toe area and certainly a little wider than say the Speedcross. I can't comment on the Ride 2s as have never tried them. I love the range of colours, i went for the stormy weather colour way.
As with the Speedcross, i love the speed lace system, so easy and also comfortable. I have read other reviews complaining that the top lace crosses the lace pocket and that it's hard to tuck it away, i guess if you are unfortunate to only have thumbs then this may be the case...!! It's really easy to pull up the pocket before the final tension of the lace and then tuck it away, i believe the position of this helps to keep the tongue from slipping down also.
I've worn these in warmish conditions and my feet certainly didn't feel like they were overheating and although i'm sure there are lighter shoes out there these certainly didn't feel heavy at all.
All in all, really pleased and now look forward to my trail runs even more than before!

I've been running with "On" shoes for several years. Long story short, I gave them 2 chances and won't go back as they break down way too fast for the cost. I wanted a quality well built shoe that could handle trail and road conditions. I have a great pair of Salomon hiking boots so I know they're quality but wasn't so sure about a running shoe. I took my new Sense Ride 3 shoes out for a wet mixed trail/road run this morning and was blown away. Every step felt confident and secure even in wet conditions. The perfect amount of response and cushion for the entire run. While not being a waterproof shoe, I couldn't believe that my feet stayed dry after purposefully running through puddles too. I can't wait to put them on and get back out there.
Salomon, consider me a convert... you've built a perfect high quality mixed use running shoe. Congrats and thank you.

I was looking for a good pair pf disc golf ahoes and ran into Salomon. Tried some different models in REI and went ahead and bought the sense ride 3's online. The shoe is extremely comfortable and lightweight on the fight. I can move fast throwing off the teepad and not feel like im wearing hiking boots but I can still handle the terrain of some of the rockier hilly courses. The sensi fit wraps around the foot well and feels snug!
Cons of this shoe involve tucking the lace away after tightening and the clips being relatively cheap plastic. I broke one side of a clip off from hitting the soles together to shake them off. The intended lace pocket doesnt really work after you've tightened them down because the pocket gets sealed shut by the laces. I do something different to deal with it. I may be doing it wrong or it can be a design flaw. Refer to pictures
Overall best disc golf shoe on the market, buy it!
