This is my 2nd pair of Solomon's and I'm not disappointed, however I would suggest going a full size up when ordering, I usually wear a UK size 10 and went 11.5 as to wear thicker socks. First couple of times out proved great with great waterproofing and with a very comfortable walk under foot. There's plenty of grip and are an extremely stable shoe. Overall they may be expensive however they're worth the cost.

This is my 4th pair of these shoes, I don't even entertain buying any other brand. They are long lasting and extremely comfortable, highly recommended for everyday use as well as walking / running.

The XA Pro 3Ds just keep getting better. I have been buying them since V1 and each iteration seems to be better than the last. Which is nice, because not everyone can claim that their "new and improved" are actually better than the last iteration. These shoes hit all marks!

Love this shoe. I have had multiple generations of this style of Salomon. Over the years, the shoes have shown some slight changes in the density of the material. This one feels lighter than previous versions, but all the standard features we have grown to love are this there: fit, stability, traction, laces, and the look. For my occasional weekend hikes/scrambles, I find this shoes performs well in the my conditions.

I love this shoe and have had several pair. I hope that they stay dry. That has been the issue in the past one of the issues will leak. However, with a great warranty that has been offered through Solomon. They have always stood behind their products.

This has to be the most comfortable pair of hiking shoes I have ever purchased. Right out of the box, I was able to go on nice hikes and had 0 foot issues or blisters. Easy to put on, and very durable.

They are super light weight and feel good. Very convenient. Hopefully I can get some time off and put them to good use.

What a great shoe. I've tried other brands and always go back to Salomon. Fit perfect and have great trail grip and support.

This is our 10th purchase and they never disappoint. My husband loves Solomon shoes, he doesn't wear anything else on his feet.

I really enjoy these shoes, theyre comfortable and water proof. I wear them every day as my only shoes. They did start to wear down and crack at the seems of the toes after 2 years, right at the warrenty ending period, but i ended up getting a second pair because i liked them so much. I dont even tighten the laces,i just slip them on and theyre good like that most of the time.

This is my third pair - waterproof, comfortable and great for hikes.

I am a 68 year old male with arthritic knees. I bought these shoes for a trip to Iceland during which we spent most of our days on easy to moderately hard (uneven surfaces and steep slopes) hiking trails. The shoes, paired with Bean wool hiking socks, were extremely comfortable. The fit was so good that I always felt like I was firmly attached to the trail even in high winds and steep uneaten hills. Simply put, these are the best hiking shoes I have ever worn.

This is my 4th pair. Hands down the most rugged waterproof hiking trail sneaker. Hope the new one lasts as long as last.
