I tried on a size 10 at store, that fit well except for length. Store could not get me a 10.5 so I looked online and found the 10.5, medium width I needed. 10.5 length is good, however, this medium width is very wide and sloppy. I've added an insole and heel slip pads helps but doesn't resolve the heel slip. Nice shoes just beware the medium width is very wide.

Bought these for work. Incredibly uncomfortable unlike previous Merrells that I have worn (and are no longer available). So disappointing.

They smell! I'm not sure why, but they do. And these are not "retro", true to the originals, I had a pair of those forever.

Comfortable shoes, but one side is not made the same. My heel slides out of the back.

I bought what must be too small a size. My left toes are numb from wearing them. I will be donating them to veterans.

Nice looking shoes and would be comfy, if they fit. They're shaped funny though. They're supposed to be wide - and they're reasonably wide (I still couldn't wear thick socks), but unfortunately, they're excessively "deep". This makes them really sloppy, and they don't stay on. A wide shoe should be wide in the front.....but not huge in the back so you walk right out of them.

This is my third pair of Encore Mocs. They are so perfect for stepping out for groceries or to the mailbox, and even walking the dog. Very easy on and off, and so comfortable. I've literally worn out 2 previous pairs. HOWEVER - I am only giving them 3 stars because they have 'cheapened' them. Not nice full grain leather, or at least they don't feel like it, and the lining is cheaper and not as warm. So sorry they have changed the quality.

This shoe is not as hefty as I'd imagined and is short in the toe area being squated off like they are. I exoected a more subtle leather fir the price. They are stiff a bit like thick cardboard. They also came with 3 noticeable spots on the right shoe. I would have returned them just for that but since I'll be wearing these on a woodland environment I let that defect pass. I'm wearing them barefoot for while to stretch them out hopefully. All that being said I feel disappointed in not being very pleased with such an expensive purchase. And to add insult to injury the heels of the shoes are so tightly triangular that they are nearly impossible to SLIP ON. That matters a lot in s shoe advertisef as a slip.on!!!

This was a poor choice for me, I should always go with a smaller heel height. My feet are sensitive to my foot being forced downward into toe. The shoe was beautifully made.
