Fit felt tts for this type of shoe. I tried these to replace some Merrell clogs that are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. The leather is very stiff, and cut into the top of my feet. These were a hard pass. So disappointing

I usually wear a 9.5 and have worn Merrell shoes for some time. The length is longer in this Encore Moc 4 and the shoe slips off my foot. I re-ordered and got the 9. The 9 fits fine with enough room in the toe box and in the heel.

I’ve been looking for a slip-on shoe like this but as others have mentioned it is wider than typical in the heel. However, I have a wide foot and high instep and I was able to step into these shoes easily which felt like a miracle. The left shoe was a perfect fit but the right was a bit snug over the instep. Since there seems to be an inconsistency within a shoe size with many brands I decided to order a second pair in the same size and color (7 1/2W in Black) and was happy to discover they fit comfortably. Also, trying them on with a pair of my hand knit socks gave me a snugger feeling in the heel so they are keepers. Since I have such a hard time finding shoes to fit I decided to order a pair in Brown as well. The first pair I ordered in my size were much too roomy. The second pair in my size were much too tight. I’ve ordered a third pair as my last attempt and hopefully they will fit. All in all a great shoe for running errands (if only they were waterproof). I loved the style but I had to return this pair because they were too small. A week earlier I had ordered the same shoe in a half size bigger which were too big and I returned them. I’m grateful that Zappos handles returns so we’ll.

These might work out if they were a much lower priced shoe and they were for staying around the house but for this brand and the price, they are not a good value. They feel cheaply constructed and not what I've been accustomed to from this brand in the past. The padding and comfort level was no better than shoes less than half this price and they don't seem to bend and flex as they should. The finish on the shoe seems to easily get a scuffed appearance (you can wipe it off - so its not actually scuffed) making the shoes look dirty and not ideal for anything but home wear. I was very surprised at the lack of quality and am returning them.

Seems like a good comfy shoe but it's really ugly!
